"Well if it isn't the Star- Spangled man and woman with a plan! What is the plan exactly?" General Phillips asked.

"Azzano! We want to see the casualty list!" Maddy ordered.

General Phillips points to his rank on his collar...

"You don't get to give me orders.... Miss America," General Phillips frowned.

"I-I don't need the whole list. Just one name! Sergeant James Barnes from The 107th," Maddy pleaded.

General Phillips looked over at Peggy and frowned.

"You and I are going to have a conversation later.... that you won't like...." General Phillips said but was cut off.

"GOD DAMNIT! Just tell me he's alive!! Please, Sir," Maddy croaked... nearly on the verge of tears.

"Don't you raise your voice at me young lady!" General Phillips said.

"Sir, Both Rogers are only on loan to the USO. Officially, they are still SSR," Peggy spoke up.

General Phillips stares at Maddy... and sighed.

"Barnes?" General Phillips asked.

Maddy nods.... General Phillips pick up a thick sheaf of letters, quickly looking through the first few.

"I've signed more condolence letters today than I'd care to count.... but the name does in fact sound familiar. I'm sorry," General Phillips sighed... looking at Maddy who was completely broken hearted.

Maddy grew pale... allowing the words to sink in, she stared at the map of Austria on the wall, alongside photos of the facility.

"What about the others? You're planning a rescue mission?" Maddy questioned...

"Yeah... it's called winning the war," General Phillips said.

"But if you know where they are...." Steve spoke up but was quickly cut off.

"They're thirty miles behind the line... through some of the most heavily fortified territory in Europe. We'd lose more men than we'd save... I don't expect you to understand that, because you are both chorus girls," General Phillips said.

"I think we understand pretty well..." Maddy snarled.

"Then understand it's somewhere else. If I read the posters right, you've got some place to be in an half an hour?" General Phillips asked.

"Yes sir I do!" Maddy replied... turning on her heels but stopped taking one last look at the map and quickly walked away.

Maddy places her helmet on her head... and straighten up her outfit, she decided to change a few things.... she was currently wearing military pants, the blue costume shirt, red leather boots, gloves and a leather jacket similar to the one Steve was wearing.

"The Hydra camp is in Krausberg, tucked between two mountain ranges. It's a factory of some kind," Peggy said looking down at the map.

"We should be able to drop you both right on their doorstep," Howard laughed from the front of the plane.

"Just get us as close as you can!" Maddy paused, looking over at Steve who looked completely confident and stunned.

"You know, you both are going to be in a lot of trouble... when you land," Maddy continued.

"Oh and you both aren't?" Peggy laughed.

"Yeah, well where we are landing.... if someone yells at us, we get to shoot them," Maddy smiled.

"They're undoubtedly going to shoot back," Peggy said.

"Then let them," Maddy laughed.

Maddy strapped her helmet on and smiled.

"It's got to be good for something," Maddy laughed.

"Agent Carter! If we're not in too much of a hurry, I thought maybe we'd stop in Lucerne for a late night fondue," Howard called out.

Maddy turned to look at Steve and saw that he was a little tweaked.... she couldn't help but giggle.

"Here take this transponder. Activate it when you both are ready and the signal will lead us right to you," Peggy said looking at Maddy.

Maddy and Steve look at the insignia....

"You sure it works?" Maddy asked.

"It's been tested more than you have!" Howard laughed.

Suddenly the plane jerks.... Maddy stumbled backwards, but Steve caught her.

They quickly strap on their parachutes... Steve throws open the door.

"Rogers! Maddy! Get back here... we're still taking you both all the way in," Peggy yelled.

Maddy stumbles over towards the door... standing next to Steve.

"ONCE WE ARE CLEAR!! TURN THIS THING AROUND AND GET OUT OF HERE!!" Steve yelled.

"YOU CAN'T GIVE ME ORDERS!!" Peggy yelled.

"THE HELL I CAN'T!! I'M A CAPTAIN!! Steve yelled with a smile... Maddy looked over at Peggy and blew a kiss and jumped out of the plane laughing, with Steve right behind her.
