"All they want is to live their lives in peace, and that's not going to happen today! But we can at least try our best to protect them. And when we can get the job done, and find out what Ultron's been building. We find Natasha, we clear the field.... keep the fight between us. Ultron thinks we're the monsters and we're what's wrong with the world. This isn't about about beating him, it's about whether he's right or wrong.... and I hope he's wrong," Maddy said, looking at everyone.

"Nicely said," Steve replied.

Maddy smiled.

They all quickly piled into the jet and took off to Sokovia.

"GO!" Maddy yelled, guiding the civilians away.

Maddy started losing her balance.... the earth started to shake, everything started to crumble and fall apart.

"Cap, you got incoming!" Tony said.

Without even thinking, Maddy raced to where Steve was.

A swarm of bots surrounded her brother... she rushed towards them and started ripping them apart, Steve soon joined.

"I appreciate the help," Steve replied.

"Any time!" Maddy smiled.

"Incoming already came in!" Steve said, speaking into the ear piece.

"Tony! You worry about bringing the city back down.... safely. The rest of us have one job: tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt them back. You get killed, walk it off," Maddy said, speaking to everyone.

Steve looked at her and shook his head.

"Walk it off?" Steve asked.

Maddy shrugged.

A scream filled their ears.... they both turned and saw the bridge, falling apart, taking cars with it.... filled with people.

Maddy rushed over to the car that was about to fall... she grabbed ahold of it and started pulling it back.

"Here, I got you!" Maddy said, grabbing ahold of the woman... who was crying.

Maddy let go of the car and pulled the lady to safety.... she heard more screams, when she turned to look they had already fallen. Maddy set the woman down gently and raced towards the side.

"You can't save them all! You'll never...." a robot replied but was cut off.

Steve had ripped the head off and tossed it over the side.

"You'll never what? You didn't finish," Steve smirked.

Suddenly Thor appeared in front of them... in his arms were two civilians, one looked like he was about to throw up.

"What, were you napping?" Maddy asked, frowning at Thor.

A swarm of more bots appeared in front of them... they all three started fighting them off.

"Alright! We're clear hear!" Barton said, talking through the ear piece.

"We are NOT clear! We are very NOT clear!" Steve yelled.

"Alright, heading to you," Barton replied.

Natasha suddenly appeared next to Maddy....

"MADDY!" Steve yelled.

Maddy turned and saw the shield coming towards her, she grabbed it and pulled to her chest.... running through a group of bots.

"Thanks!" Maddy called out, throwing it back.

After clearing the swarm.... everyone quickly caught their breaths.

"The next wave's gonna hit any minute! What do you have Tony?" Maddy asked, looking around.

"Well nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That'll keep it from impacting the surface if you guys can get clear," Tony said, his voice filled with disappointment.

"We need a solution! Not an escape plan," Steve replied.

"Impact radius is getting bigger every second. We're going to have to make a choice," Tony said.

Maddy looked around....realizing this was the end.

"Steve, we-these people are going nowhere. If Tony finds a way to blow this rock..." Maddy said, but was quickly cut off.

"Not until everyone is safe!" Steve snapped.

"Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there," Natasha sighed.

"Well I'm not leaving this rock until everyone is safe," Steve replied.

"I didn't say we should leave..." Natasha paused.

Maddy and Steve turn to look at her.... both knew what she was talking about but both wanting to refuse that option.

"There's worse ways to go! Where else am I gonna get a view like this?" Natasha questioned.

Suddenly a familiar voice filled their ears.

"Glad you like the view Romanoff! It's about to get even better!" Fury said.

A Helicarrier pulled up along side the floating city.

Maddy smiled.... realizing there was hope after all.

"She's a little dusty, but she'll do!" Fury laughed.

"Fury, you son of a bitch!" Steve smiled.

"Ooohhh! you kiss your mama with that mouth?" Fury asked, which caused Maddy to laugh.
