Back at work, Jimin came to visit earlier this time. He looked a bit down which made you worry. It was all stress from work so he didn't say much but he still wanted to see you. You made him some coffee which he thanked you for since he really needed it right now. He didn't look like that when leaving Mina in her new preschool. He was very cheerful and carried Mina with him. Now he wasn't too smiley and it made you worry.

Jungkook was busy in the kitchen as you were alone with Jimin since no customer was there yet. You sat in front of him and decided to ask what was wrong, "Are you okay?"

He looked up at you and smiled as he said, "It's just work. Don't worry about it."

"Tell me if you need anything," you said, holding his hand. "And I mean it. You've done so much for me and I want to help you. You make my daughter happy and her happiness is everything to me."

His phone then rang so he answered it and after talking on the phone for a few minutes he hung up, "I have to go. I'll see you later."

You nodded and stood up with him. He looked at Jungkook who was busy in the kitchen and then around to make sure nobody was there. He leaned into you and surprisingly pecked your lips. It left you shocked and surprised but he just smiled and left.

After work you and Jimin went to Mina's preschool which closed at six and you got out of work at five so you had time to pick her up. You walked inside with Jimin and saw the same lady that you saw earlier in the morning taking care of the kids with three other adults.

"Hey Y/n," she smiled, remembering your name. She turned to the lady next to her and said, "Tell Mina that her parents are here."

"P-Parents," you mumbled and almost choked. Jimin just smiled and sneakily held your hand. Mina came running to you suddenly and hugged your legs. You picked her up in your arms and kissed her cheek. "My little angel!"

"Why is Jim here?" She asked, pointing at him and poking his nose. "Is he not daddy?"

"He isn't, my princess," you explained. "He might turn into your daddy if you'd like though."

She smiled as Jimin was a bit shocked to hear that.

"Yay!" Mina clapped. "Jim is nice! He makes mommy happy!"

The lady from before just smiled watching the scene.

"We should get going," Jimin said. "Mina, are you hungry? Let's get you something to eat."

"She'll eat at home. She's a big girl."

"But Jim!" She said in frustration. "I want to play with Jim!"

You chuckled a bit embarrassed but Jimin just found it cute. You all made your way to the car and when you were all inside was when he suggested something, "Mina want to visit Jim's house today?"

She nodded excitedly and said, "We can mommy, right?"

"Um, if Jimin thinks it would be alright?"

He smiled and without hesitation drove to his house. Once you arrived and went inside, Mina stayed surprised at the big house she had gone into. She kept looking up at the stairs, pictures, decorations.

"Mina, it's not nice to stare."

She looked down and apologized, "Sorry mama."

"It's fine," Jimin said. "She's the only one I'm gonna let stare at my house."

He poked her nose making her smile and you chuckle.

"See! Jim makes mommy happy!" She said as she clapped her hands. "I want Jim daddy!"

To distract her from the topic you suddenly thought, "Baby want to watch your cartoons?"

She suddenly nodded and Jimin gave you the remote control to his large tv. You looked for cartoons as she stayed on the couch entertained. When you found something for her to watch, you looked at Jimin and pulled him to the corner, a bit nervous, "Jimin, I'm sorry if what she says bothers you about being her father."

"Why would it ever bother me?" He scoffed. "I love that little girl with all my heart even if she isn't my child. Not to say I kinda fell for her mom as well."

That smile that would suddenly appear and how his eyes would disappear every now and then made you happy. Just like every little thing he did.

"If you don't stop this soon you'll have me all over you in no time."

He smirked and said, "What if that's what I want? I want to love you and show you how much you mean to me."

"We both want the same thing, Jimin. But it's different for both of us," you sighed. "You don't know how much I've cried because of that one man who destroyed my life at such a young age. I'm sometimes afraid that it might happen again. You don't know how much I wish for you to be the one who deserved to have the title as Mina's father. Even for just one second."

He stopped you from talking and pulled you into a hug when he saw tears going down your cheek, "Don't cry, baby. When you're with me I don't want you to cry. I don't want you to feel pain or anything you don't like. Everything happens for a cause. You have Mina now right? You love her and will never leave her side."

You pulled back and cleaned the tears from your face. He held your hands and kissed your forehead, "If we last together and ever get married, I'd love to have as many kids as you want with you. But right now, let me be the father that Mina doesn't have."

You nodded little by little once again, falling for Jimin's caring personality. Another thing you loved about him.

"Let me ask you something," he said. "If it doesn't bother you, can we talk about that night?"

"Which night?"

He sighed as he continued, "If you trust me enough and only if you want to talk about it. If it's fine with you to tell me what happened. I'm not pressuring you to do so and you don't have to either. If you don't want to, it's alright, but if it's fine with you, I would like to know what happened to you exactly four years ago."

"I know it might sound childish but can you cuddle me until I fall asleep?" You asked and he nodded. He got in bed with you and covered you up with the bed sheets.

He laid down next to you and cupped your cheek as he said, "I won't do anything else but just hug you alright? I don't want you feeling tense. I want you to feel safe in my arms."
