Todoroki's POV:
I was walking around, getting away from my useless father, I turned a corner and bumped into somebody. "I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going." They sounded apologetic but I didn't seem to care because I had other things on my mind. "It's fi...Midoriya?" We had both looked up at each other at the same time, his emerald green eyes staring at my mismatched ones. "Midoriya I need to know wh~" I had wanted to ask him why he had been acting strange but he interrupted me. "I really have to go Shōto." I had then had a puzzled look on my face, the only person who had called me Shōto was... Endeavor.

I guess he had just noticed what he said because his cheeks turned a bright pink and he then ran off. I just sighed and turned a different corner, not wanting Midoriya to think I was following him.

My hands were stuffed into my coat's pockets, I didn't know where I was walking, but my thoughts decided to tag along with me.

I wonder why Midoriya was acting strange, Oh wait, I'm an idiot, I guess I did overreact about him telling me. I guess it was my fault because I eavesdropped on Uraraka and him, but I still wonder why Uraraka said 'good luck'

I just shook my head, trying to get rid of the thoughts, but now that I think of it, being with Midoriya wouldn't seem to bad.

Midoriya's POV:
Once I arrived I spotted Uraraka and Tsu sitting at a table, but they looked a little close, I ignored it and went over to them.

"DEKU!" She ran up to me and gave me a bear hug, I chuckled and hugged her back. "Hey Uraraka, What are you so excited about?" I guess she didn't hear me because she just dragged me to the table she was sitting at. "I heard you ask why I was so happy, well here's your answer." Was all she said before giving Tsu a kiss on the cheek, her cheeks turned a tinted pink. "Awww, Congratulations!" I gave a soft smile, trying to not show the pain of my single self.

Of course Uraraka noticed something was wrong but she seemed to have brushed it off. Nothing much happened after that, we got our beverages, finished them and left.

Todoroki's POV:
There wasn't any where else to go so I headed home, even though I really didn't want to, go to my father and his harsh training, but that will all be over once I'm roommates with....oh right.... Midoriya. This is going to be really awkward, I thought making my way into the hell of a house.

Once I was able to set the tip of my foot in there I was dragged down the stairs, I didn't even try to squirm this time, I always know it would end in a hell of a beating, it's not worth trying.

~Time skip after his 'training'~

I grabbed the left side of my hip, groaning in pain. My right eye had a deep purple bruise, everybody will notice, how am I suppose to go to school like this?, I was about to get up until I got a kick in my stomach which cause me to scream in pain.

"You're a disgrace, Shōto." Was all that flaming piece of trash said before leaving the training room to go and head to his 'hero work'. I tried getting up but ended up falling over, hitting the same spot on my hip. I just brushed it off and basically crawled to my room.

Once I was able to get in I flopped on my bed and starting thinking things...
Why is he always like this?
I wish I had someone to love me....

And then another thought crossed my mind, to be exact, a name

M-Midoriya

I hadn't realized he was the only person who showed me love, actual love.

Flashback

"H-Hi Todoroki-Kun!" He welcomed, smiling brightly, his emerald eyes matching his happy expression. "Hello Midoriya." My monotone voice responded, while packing my bag to leave....

It was the end of the day and I just wanted to leave, avoiding talking to anybody, but that didn't work. "W-would you l-like t-to come o-over and s-study with m-me." He scratched the back of his neck nervously, he was a stuttering mess, I honestly didn't have time to deal with this.

"I don't have the time." I harshly said, grabbing my back-pack and leaving the classroom. "o-oh okay." I could hear the disappointment in his voice, but I couldn't care less.

I didn't need distractions, I only came here to be a hero, and that's it.

End of Flashback

"I guess I was a little harsh." I mumbled, after remembering that I felt this weird feeling I haven't felt... could it be

Love?

Midoriya's POV:
I put my hand in my pockets and walked home, when I had arrived I was greeted by an amazing smell. I arrived at the table and found, "KATSUDON!" I threw my arms in the air in excitement. "I knew you needed something to cheer you up." My mom mentioned, coming out from a corner. It was my turn to bear hug her, but I made sure I didn't hurt her.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I thanked her many times, nobody knew how much I needed my favorite food right now. She just chuckled and said 'you're welcome' and then we both walked to grab a bowl.

~time Skip to after dinner~
I had a full stomach, I thanked my mom once again and made my way to my room. The first thing I saw was, All Might posters. I chuckled, sometimes I can't even keep up with how much of a fan boy I am to All Might.

I flopped on my bed, trying to fall asleep but to afraid to, I didn't want those nightmares to come back... but eventually I fell asleep.

So I may be posting more often, depends on my free time because I have a test coming up.
