Another day, another battle, another heart break, another guilt and my old suffering soul.

Scanning her room, she sighed finding herself in her alloted room. Completing her morning business, she did her wudu and spreading the prayer met, she stood to offer her namaz.

While here, Ruhaan was shooked harshly by Ziya. As this bulky man was sleeping peacefully. Groaning he frowned at his mother.

"Beta uth bhi jao ab, Namaz ada karo, or Rooh ki dawayi ka time ho rha h, jao dekar aao" she said smiling at him.

"Mama ap dedijye na, me nhi ja rha uss ladki ke paas!" He said, his veins popped up at her mention.

"Aese nhi bolte jaao bhi ab!" She said glaring at him. He sighed and stood up. Grabbing her tablets he marched to her room. He knocked few times. And as she was offering namaz couldn't attend his call on the door.

He rolled his eyes and pushed the doors to unlock. He saw the small figure offering namaz, he scoffed and said, "oro ka sab kuch chin kar ab khud ke liye maang rahi ho?"

She didn't uttered a single word to him. Just bowed her more, into her dua.
Tears left her eyes. Or ek kamzoor insan kar bhi kya sakta h 🙂

As she stood up from the prayer mat, he dotched the tablets towards her, she caught it and looked at him confusingly. "Subha ki tablets h, apni dawayi khud bhi yaad rakh liya karo, iss ghar me sab tumare nokar..

"RUHAAN" he heard Wajid's warning tone from outside.

Ruhaan stiffened at his words.

Rooh didn't spared a single glance at him and locked the door. With heavy heart, she took deep breaths and gulped down the medicines.

And here Wajid was shooting daggers at this hulk.

"Ye kya tareeka h baat karne ka?" Wajid asked raising his eyebrows.

"Baba me bss clear kar rha tha, wo apna dhyaan khud rakh sakti h, koi choti bachi thodina h jo mama, Eira or ap bhi preshan hote h" he said frowning.

"Humare ghar me h matlab humari hi zimedari h! Or aainda me tume aese baat karta na dekhu" he warned him.

Getting scolded by Wajid, that too early morning ruined his mood. He nodded and went upstairs angrily.

Ziya frowned at her son. "Ap pyar se baat nhi kr sakte usse?" She asked frowning.

"Haa wo bhot pyaar se baat krta h Uss bachi se! Zyda taraf daari mat kariye apne bete ki, bhot tedi kheer h" Wajid said glaring at his back.

"Baap par hi gya h!" Ziya said sipping her tea.

Wajid rolled his eyes.

Rooh got ready for the day. She checked her small wallet that hardly had any money. She frowned and worryingly she starting pacing back and forth. She needs some essential things but she can't ask anyone for anything else. She already feels the debt of taking someone's heart!

Her eyes went to her reflection in the mirror, her gold earrings. She quickly removed them. It was gifted by Nisa on her 15th birthday.

She quickly shoved them in her bag, grabbing her books, she went downstairs. Having breakfast quickly and quietly without a word with anyone. Though Eira kept trying to built conversation between her and Ruhaan.
Ruhaan paid no heed. And soo she.

She stood upto leave. As Wajid and Ziya already left, Saad too drove to his office. Ruhaan too stood up to leave.

"Haan bhai drop Rooh" Eira said purposely.

"Nh..nhi.. hum chale jayenge" Rooh said and Ruhaan didn't waited for anymore words to be exchanged and drove to his office.

Eira felt bad for Rooh. This girl has to walk! Literally walk for straight 2 hours.

Rooh happily grabbed her things again and waved bye to Eira.

"Be safe" Eira said cupping her cheeks.

Rooh nodded and left.

As soon as Rooh left, Eira dialled Saad's no.
"Saad, your brother is a jerk! Plz make sure Rooh safely uni phoch jaye" she said pouting.

Saad made sure to fulfil his wife's demand.

While here Rooh was wondering on streets looking for jewellers shop to sold this ornaments and get some money.

As she walked towards an isolated place, her heart skipped few beats and she stood at her place for few minutes cluthing her shawl near her heart.

When her breathings got back normal, she entered into a small jewellery shop. The man eyed her from top to bottom.

"Ji kahiye" he said motioning her to sit.

"Ji darsal hume ye bechne h, kitne me bikenge ye?" She said presenting the jhumkas.

The man took the jhumkas in his hand and stared at them, examining.

Rooh could feel herself trapped as the shop was completely in an isolated place. Also no customer was seen here!

"Apke h? Bill dikhaye" the man said.

"Bill toh nhi h, lekin humare hi h" she said meekly.

The man raised his eyebrows, "churaye h?" Rooh shivered at the words and quickly nodded in no, "nhi nhi, Allah ki kasam, churaye nhi h, humare hi h"

Sometimes it feels soo helpless when you can't justify yourself, but you are innocent.

The man felt pity on her and said, "me aesa karta hu, me apko pese de deta hu, ap rakhlo ye, muje nhi chahye"

Rooh looked at him confusingly. "Kyu? Bina rakhe pese kyu de rahe h ap?"

"Bibi ji, umar ka takaza keh rha h ap sach bol rahi h, or bhala karna konsi buri baat h, kaash meri bigri ban jaye apki madad karke" he said smiling helplessly.

She smiled sadly and said, "hum apko saare pese lota denge, humari job lag jayegi jald"

He smiled and nodded. Handing her over 25 thousand rupees. He made her the happiest person.

She smiled wholeheartedly and said, "hum apka ahsan zindagi bhar nhi bhulenge, Allah apki har tammana puri kare"

The man nodded smilingly and Rooh left.

On the way back to haveli, she brought all the necessary things, her own medicines and also applied for a job.

As she was entering into the haveli. She was counting the coins, which the cab driver gave her back.

She bumped to Wajid and dropped all her coins. She gasped and quickly bended down picking up each one coin. She desperately needs money.

Wajid helped her collecting her coins and gave her back. She mumbled small thank you.

"Apko ye pese kisne diye?" He asked softly.

"Cab driver ne" Rooh answered politely.

Wajid nodded in no, "nhi beta, mera matlab apko pese kharach ke liye kisne diye?"

As he remembered, he asked Ziya to look after all her expenses. And she always uses card.

"Wo.. woh..

Meanwhile Saad entered saying, "Rooh aaj ap kis route se uni gayi thi? Muje mili hi nhi" Rooh was now sweating as the questions bombarded on her head were too heavy to answer.

And here, Eira came running, "Saad, ek garbad ho gyi h, apne jo pese diye the rakhne wo nhi mil rhe!" All were now confused and surprised.

Rooh couldn't help and bow her head down. She thought everything was going against her.

Meanwhile Ruhaan entered making her shiver.

His eyes ranked her and his said his salam.
Sensing everyone's tension he asked, "bhai pese nhi mil rhe" Eira said.

"Zaheer h milenge kese kal hi tumne muje diye tha, Saad phele chala gya tha toh" he said shrugging. As Eira totally forgot this.

Rooh sighed in relief. Ruhaan's eyes snapped towards her, she looked away and slowly marched to her room.

--

"Roohi, Mr. Rehab wants to meet you" said her warden and left. Rehab couldn't breath. She looks exactly like her. The same! Are they twins? He stood up and found themselves staring at each other.

Roohi, was a 18 year old girl, orphan, strong, tezi zuban and a drama queen.

She raised her one eyebrow saying, "who are you?"

"Rehab, anyways pack your stuff we need to leave" he said in his most dominating voice.

"Wait a minute, me apko janti tak nhi! And by chance are you my brother's friend? Or anything?" She asked crossing her arms near her chest.

Rehab stiffed at her words. He clenched his jaw, "yes.. he was one of my good friend, also he worked for me" he said the half truth.

She nodded and asked, "toh? You are not my guardian or me apke sath kyu jao?"

"Coz before his death, he gave your custody to my mother, ab ek sawal nhi" he said warning her. She flinched and moved back.

He felt back to scare her.

"I understand by your words you don't like me, lekin harshly baat kyu kr rahe ho ache se bolo, bachi darr gyi" she said softly, pouting.

He stared at her with emotionless face.

"Grab your luggage" he said looking away.

She nodded and went to grab her luggage. Roohi was healthier than Rooh. While Rooh was all pale and losing weight but Roohi was exactly opposite.

She sat quietly on the passenger seat and looked out of the window. While he drove quietly.

"Mr. Rehan can ask you a small favour? Phela or akhiri hoga i promise" she said looking at him. He just gave a nod.

"Plz muje kahi bhi chor dijye, I don't want to be a burden on someone Whom I don't even know" she said firmly.

Her words were soo heavy he kicked the brakes and turned to her.

"You know me? That's enough" he said trying to hold his emotions. But her everything reminded him of Rooh!

"I can't burden you, or your family,... I am just an orphan.. i understand mere bhai apke yaha kaam karte the Isliye..

"You are not a burden Rooh, you are my responsibility " his tongue slipped.

She stared at his face confusingly, "its Roohi, and I am not your responsibility Mr.!"

Realisation hits him!

"I am sorry... really sorry... but you are mine responsibility, as we are getting married!" He said dropping the bomb.

"What the maggie, strawberry, holy water!!" She yelled making him close his eyes.

"Are u kidnapping me! Oh no... oh god... koj bachaaooooooo" she yelled loudly jumping off the car. His eyes widened.

He quickly jumped down and pushed her back in the car.

"Shut the hell up! " he said removing his gun. Her eyes widened. As she had read all mafia dark romance stories. A wide stupid grin showed up on her face.

"Don't tell me you are a mafia?" She said with excitement.

"Yess i am, and now you are stuck with this mafia, so keep your mouth shut! I DARE YOU TO PULL UP ANY STUPID STUFF!" he warned her dangerously. While she nodded with excitement and grin.

"Wahhh mafia!! Yayyyyy life is sooo mehrabaaan on me!!" She squealed and gave him a thumbs up.

He just rolled his eyes and thought, "ye bss dikhti uski trha h"
