When Sia arrives from work she finds a distraught Sahir searching for something frantically in their room. He seem stressed. "Hey, what are you looking for?" Sia asks him from behind startling him and he drops a pen which both of them look at with a blank expression.

Sahir spares her a quick glance and keeps looking through the cupboard. "A file, I am sure I left it somewhere in the room. I have a meeting in a few hours and need it." Sahir replies irritated indicating that he is definitely not in a bright mood.

Instead of asking him any questions about his foul mood Sia decides to help him, she knows he'll get bugged otherwise. "Relax, what color is the file?" She inquires taking a step away from him.

"Blue." he answers monotonous and Sia giggles.

"What's so funny?" Sahir inquires with a raised brow.

Sia shrugs innocently and points at the coffee table beside the couch. "There you have your file right under your nose." Sia says shaking her head amused.

Sahir stares at her disapprovingly with crossed arms. "How dim do you think I am?" He questions which makes Sias smile grow wider.

"Very." She drags out the word challenging to annoy him more as his attitude is starting to bug her.

Sahir pinches the bridge of his nose. "Sia that's not the file, I am looking for a darker one." He shares and continues to tear down the cupboard.

Sias smile drops and she continues searching for the file. Whenever Sahir works in the room it is on the bed and for that reason Sia decides to search in the drawers in the bedside table on his side. "Is everything going well in the office? You seem so annoyed." Sia finally inquires while opening the drawer and her eyebrows shoots up. "Gotcha." She mumbles seeing the darker colored file.

"Yeah, I just had a problem with a client today. Nothing major but he was dishonest from his side about a particular information which was crucial for the deal so in other words he wasted my time and now I need to look for another supplier." Sahir enlightens with a sigh. "I hate dishonesty." He mutters under his breath and Sia nods understandingly while grabbing the file.

She is about to turn when something catches her eyes and she stares at the silver colored jewelry perplexed. "You got to be kidding me." Sia now exclaims baffled.

Taking up her twinkling anklet from the drawer she examines it in her palm, it is definitely hers, she thinks for herself. How can she not recognize the anklet she inherited from her grandmother? The one she lost during her friend Sanayas wedding. Sahir attention diverts to Sia as she is unusually quite. His eyes lands on her hand with the dark blue file and he smiles calming down. "Oh, you found it! Thank you wifey." He says with gratitude and walks towards her, he narrows his eyes at Sia as she seem lost staring at her palm.

"What's wrong?" Sahir inquires a bit alarmed with furrowed brows.

She finally snaps out of the daze and gapes at him. "You!" she says and points at his chest surprising Sahir. "You had it all along?" She says astonished with her eyes filled with disbelief while he takes a step back. "Do you know how worried I was?" She questions while scolding.

Sahir feels out of place. "What are you talking about?" Sahir inquires dumbfounded staring at her honey brown eyes.

Sia holds the corner of the anklet and let it dangle in front of him. Sahir stares at the anklet confused while his eyes widens as realization dawns upon him and he snatches the anklet away from her. "That's mine." He states stupidly.

"What?" Sia frowns with her eyebrows furrowed. "Since when do you use anklets?" She inquires with crossed arms.

Sahir scratches the back of his head. "I mean it is my friends." He tries to save with his terrible lying skills.

"Your friends." Sia says aloud amused. "Which lovely girlfriend of yours forgets her anklet in your room?" She plasters a fake smile but that doesn't help to hide the fire in her eyes.

Sahir shakes his head and his index finger. "No I mean it is my cousins." He finally claims.

Sia gives him a bored expression. "Really Sahir? Really? That's my grandmothers!" She throws at him annoyed.

Sahir shakes his head. "What? No! You must be blind." Sia grimaces and opens her mouth to contradict but Sahir cuts her off. "I am getting late, see you around midnight." Before Sia can continue to inquire about it he leaves from there in a hurry while Sia gapes at his retreating back.

She can't believe his audacity. "I am sure that it was my grandmothers, is he lying? No, maybe it was his cousins?" Sia speaks her mind to no one in particular.

The more Sia ponder the more confused she get. "Whatever, I give up." She says with her hands raised tiredly. "If it is mine I'll definitely get it back by hock or crock." She makes up her mind, but what she can't understand is why Sahir would act so oddly for a anklet.

Dismissing her thoughts she goes to change. To grasp what is going on in Sahirs mind you need to solve him and to solve Sahir you need luck with a medium, or just a mind reader.

A bright morning Sia is sitting in the workroom with Cassandra, Karan, Nathan and Serena during their break sipping on each hot drink. They're telling Sia about incidence that has occurred in the office previously when she weren't around.

"There was this one time that I had accidently sent wrong information to a client, actually I had mixed up two clients." Karan starts to confess. "I can't tell you how brutally I was scolded by Sahir sir, I nearly wept." Karan tells Sia with his brown eyes twinkling and even though Sia can feel with him, she chuckles.

"Wow, poor you but how come you have no grudge against him than?" Sia asks her mind, there must be something that keeps Sahirs employees loyal to him.

Karan grins. "What is there to hold a grudge over? I did wrong, I got scolded and then I got a huge bonus with a gift box sent home." He enlightens Sia who look at him surprised.

Everyone around her chuckles. "Actually Sahir sir can't stand carelessness when it comes to work and has a short temperament but he is fair. He might scold us but at the end of the day he compensates for it in his own way." Cassandra chirps in and Sia smiles feeling proud of him.

"Yeah, I knew that Sahir was dedicated to work but I am really happy to know that he takes care of his employers." Sia honestly shares with them.

As on cue Sahir walks in to the room and Sia smiles warmly at him.
Sahirs eyes as always search for Sia and seeing her already smiling at him surprises him but nevertheless he smiles back. "Sahir sir! Do you have a minute, I need to show you something." Hazels damsel in distress voice annoys Sia and she rolls her eyes.

Sahir walks up to Hazel while Sia tries to compose herself, her heart is beating painfully harsh. "Calm down." Nathan nudges her with his elbow and Sia smiles.

"How is work going guys?" Sahir inquires them when done with his super duper important task with Hazel, or well that's Sias sarcastic thoughts. "Is the first samples of the designs ready soon?" He inquiries.

"We are more than halfway through, might be finished in two days." Serena informs him cheerfully and he nods diplomatically.

Just then a disgusting shout is heard. "How stupid are you? I told you to bring me a cappuccino with one square of sugar, I can literally taste the flavor of sugar which I shouldn't be able to. It is like drinking poision." Hazel snaps at a elder lady who is a helper around here.

The lady might be close to Sias parents age and seeing Hazel disrespecting her in front of everyone due to such a minor problem makes Sia fume. "I am sorry ma'am but I added only one square of sugar." The elder lady's voice shakes while Sia can see tears well up in her eyes.

"Don't you dare lie to me!" Hazel snaps pointing at the lady and Sia has had enough.

"Hey! Enough!" Sia yells startling the small audience, she walks up to where they are standing and glares at Hazel who glares back with the same intensity. "Seriously, enough!" Sia tells her sternly and turns to the lady. "I am sorry for the foul behavior of the coworker, I am going to try to compensate it for you later. You don't need to worry, you did nothing wrong. You may go and take some break." Sia smiles while Sahir looks on amused and the lady thanks Sia before walking away.

"What is your problem?" Hazel questions Sia annoyed and Sia inhales a deep breath to calm herself down. "Do you need to interfere in everything? This cappuccino is horrible." Hazel wines like a brat.

Sia bores her eyes into Hazels green one. "Then next time make or get your own cup of cappuccino or whatever you like to drink but don't you ever disrespect anyone like that! For God's sake she is old enough to be your mother!" Sia scolds her furiously.

Hazel smirks. "Well, she isn't" she says proudly and Sia has this urge to slap away her smirk.

"Lucky her!" Sia instead insults.

"Pardon me?" Hazel narrows her eyes at Sia.

Sia raises her eyebrow. "Darling, you heard me right. Lucky her that she didn't give birth to such a disrespectful woman with zero manners." Hazel opens her mouth to retort but Sia stops her by showing her palm. "If you want to work here then don't forget that you need to behave! I can swallow a lot but not the fact that you screamed at a poor lady, who is a senior to us by age, for a damn drink. This company has a reputation to live up to and I am not allowing anyone to throw dirt on it, I am warning you Hazel. Stop creating unnecessary scenes in the office. This is my first and final warning to you, have a nice day." Sia challenges Hazel who stands there tongue tied with worry evident in her eyes.

Sia walks away not being able to breathe the same air as Hazel. Striding to Sahirs office she walks back and forth in there trying to get rid of the extra energy she is carrying. She is craving to punch someone in the face.

Sahir walks in to his office amused while Sia doesn't even notice him. For awhile he observes a muttering Sia while leaning on the doorframe. Sia clenches and unclenches her fists while pacing around. "What does she think of herself?" She mutters under her breath.

Sahir shakes his head amused and takes a step towards her. "I like you feisty." Sahir comments making Sia halt in her movement, she tilts her head to catch a glance of him and look away as a blush creeps up to her cheeks. Sahir chuckles and pulls Sia to him. "I thought I didn't have an effect on you Sia. I thought you weren't jealous." Sia rolls her eyes while biting the inside of her cheek.

"Sahir if you didn't notice the reason I yelled at her was because she was horrible towards the old lady. I couldn't take it and snapped. How can she do that to someone in her mother's age? I don't care how mannerless she is, she should be more respectful towards the elder." Sia shares with him her inner feelings.

Sahir is holding her in his arms from behind and sits down on his desk. Her hands are resting on his and his cologne is making her feel giddy.

Sahir agrees with her. "I know and I am so glad that you gave her a piece of your mind. I would actually be happy if you told her she was fired." Sahir buries his face in the crock of Sias neck sending tingles down Sias body.

She tries to ignore the feelings he wakes up in her by just being close. "I could never do that Sahir, that's not my place." Sia tells him closing her eyes.

"Everything that's mine is yours Sia. You can take any major decision and I will back you up." Sahir gives her the full authority which Sia feels rather happy about.

However, she can't accept it. "Still, I wouldn't be able to do that." She honestly tells him.

Sahir sighs. "I know." He whispers and inhales her fragrance which gives him euphoria.

For each day Sahir keeps showing different layers to his personality. For example today a single mother brings her small child to work as Sahir didn't give her a leave and she couldn't find a baby sitter. Sahir walks up to her cabin, exchanges a few words with her and takes the baby from her. "I'll take care of your baby boy and you promise me to focus on work?" Sahir smiles and the woman named Sara nods.

"Of course sir, thank you." Sara kisses her child before Sahir walks away with the baby boy named Romeo to his office.

The toddler around one and a half year is absolutely adorable with the chubbiest cheeks. Sahir plays peek-a-boo with Romeo and Romeo giggles widely. "Who's the best? Who's the best?" Sahir asks him while tickling him and kisses the babies hands.

Sia walks in to find Sahir with a baby and her eyes widens while Sahir get startled. "Who's that?" Sia inquires while Sahir tries to act professional.

"Well, a employer of mine didn't find a babysitter so I had to step in." Sahir shrugs as if it is the most common thing on earth.

Sia smiles and walks up to them. "Isn't he just adorable?" Sia squeals seeing the cute cheeks while Sahir remains quiet. "Oh you're so cute!" Sia sighs taking the baby in her hands. "What's his name?" She directs her question to Sahir.

"Romeo." Sahir answers monotonously.

Sias eyes and mouth widens in delight. "What?! That's so cute! Sweetheart, I mean Romeo would you be my Romeo?" Sia plants kisses on his chubby cheeks and the baby giggles.

Sahir clears his throat. "What about me then?" He questions teasingly.

"What about you?" Sia questions back with her brows raised.

Sahir pouts. "He gets a proposal and kisses while I get nothing?"

"Jelly?" Sia winks before smirking.

Sahir observes her mesmerized and loves how her beautiful eyes smiles when she is happy. "To be honest, yes." He softly says and Sia blushes.

"He's a baby Sahir." Sia tells him the obvious.

"When did I say that he is a adult?" Sia rolls her eyes at his smart reply. "Anyway, I'll get back to work." He adds and sits down beside his desk with his precious laptop.

"Won't you play with him?" Sia inquires a bit surprised, it was he who was the babysitter not her.

Sahir replies makes her shake her head. "I don't have time to fool around with babies." Sia just sighs and refocuses her attention on Romeo.

Sia keeps showering her love on the baby boy and he giggles at her weird expressions. Sahir has this urge to play with Romeo but as Sia is there he refrains from it. What will she think of him? That he is a softie.

Sia remembers something and turns to Sahir. "Sahir, I'll be right back can you please check on him?" Sia requests him.

Sahir nods and Sia walks towards the door after he replies. "Sure." Sahir checks the door, as soon as it closes he runs up to Romeo. "You're so adorable! That crazy aunty is scary, isn't she? I am your favorite, right?" Sahir inquires with a baby voice.

Sia silently slips in after getting her cellphone she had left behind in the workroom and sees Sahir kissing Romeos hands. "The crazy Aunti is surely taking her time huh?" Sahir claims unaware of Sias presence and Sias raises her eyebrow amused, really?

Sia keeps watching them with a genuine smile. He starts to play peek-a-boo with him and that's when Sia bursts out laughing grabbing both Sahirs and Romeos attention. Sahir goes crimson and stands up trying to act natural while Sia laughs with her hands covering her mouth. "What? The baby was crying." Sahir insists and brushes away invisible dust from his suit.

Sia calms down and chuckles. "Yeah, I could see that." She walks up to him with a smug smile and without warning pulls Sahirs cheeks. "Sahir, you're absolutely adorable when you blush." Sia compliments with a teasing tone making Sahir even more embarrassed. "And I love how you can handle kids." She winks and smiles widely.

Sahir runs a hand down his face. "Stop teasing Sia." He tells her embarrassed.

Sia beams at him. "I am not teasing Sahir." She says in a soft assuring voice. "The fact that you can handle a baby all alone is amazing. Don't worry I won't tell anyone about this side of yours, you can play with Romeo freely in front of me without the need to think about your reputation." Sia assures him and Sahir shakes his head with a cute grin.

Sahir sits down beside a happy Romeo on the couch. He then pulls Sia so she loses balance and sits down on his lap. "By the way did you call me crazy?" Sia inquires with crossed arms instead of letting Sahir and her approximation get to her head.

Sahir smirks amused. "Are you crazy Sia? Why would I call you crazy?" He cleverly answers.

Sia laughs dryly. "Very funny." She sneers at him. "Romeo, see the only reason this Aunti is crazy is because she is married to Mr. Crazy. His other name is though Shrek." Sia smirks, two can play this game.

Sahir chuckles and points at Sia. "Yes and she is the evergreen Fiona." He tells Romeo while nodding and Romeo cutely mimics him.

Sia and Sahir chuckles. Romeo darts his curious eyes between Sia and Sahir. He seem perplexed with a thumb in his mouth while Sia smiles. "He is so cute, I just adore him." The moment the words leaves Sias mouth the baby extends his hands towards her.

Sahir chuckles amused. "Well, the feelings seems to be mutual." Sia takes the baby in her lap. The couple tickles him and plays with him while being in great spirit. Not to forget the hundredths of selfies they take from all the different angles and in different poses.

Sara knocks at the door and without thinking Sahir calls. "Come in."

Sara walks in and Sia is still playing with Romeo in her lap. "Hey Sara, you have a adorable son." Sia acknowledges her.

Sara red painted lips twists upwards amused not at Sias words but at how perfect Sia and Sahir is looking. "Thank you ma'am. From where I am seeing things, you and sir make a adorable couple." Sara smirks and winks through her black frames.

Sia and Sahir looks up at her perplexed. Sara nods at them and Sias eyes widens at the realization. Holding Romeo tightly in her arms she bolts up in a second as if hot lava has burned her bum. While Sahir rests his chin in his hand with a embarrassed smile playing on his lips. They both have been so lost in their own world with Romeo that they didn't even notice that Sia was still sitting on Sahirs lap. "This was, I just, I mean, I accidentally fell on him." Sia stutter and Sara tries to hold back a chuckle.

"Don't worry ma'am I won't tell anyone. Thanks for taking care of my son, he seem very comfortable with you two. Usually upon seeing me after a long day he jumps to me but this time he doesn't even seem to notice me." Sara enlightens with a smug smile.

Sia lightheartedly smiles. "He is adorable and anytime." Sara takes Romeo in her arms which makes Sia feel empty.

"Hello baby, missed mommy? No?" Sara chuckles at Romeos lack of interest in her. "So when are you expanding your own family?" Sara wiggles her eyebrows.

Sia instantly blushes and Sahir smirks. "Actually very soon, right Sia? We have already started to work on it." Sia gasps hitting his arm.

"Shut up Sahir." She has this huge shy smile playing on her lips, not to forget to mention her cheeks are crimson. "We aren't ready yet, as you can see he is himself still a child." Sia tells Sara while stealing glances at a delighted Sahir.

Sara chuckles seeing the adorable couple. "Well, I still think you would make great parents. You have proven it today." Sara says with another wink.

After thanking them she leaves with Romeo while Sahir and Sia waves them goodbye. "I already miss him." Sia pouts with a sigh.

Sahir smirks at her with raised eyebrow. "You know that we can make our own?" He winks engulfing Sia in a bear hug while she embarrassed hits his chest while burying her head in the crock of his neck.

On Saturday afternoon when Sia is working at the drugstore her boss comes to her to drop a bomb. "What?! No it can't be. You said the meeting was on Sunday!" Sia pesters mortified.

Sias boss Adeline sighs. "Yes I know, I am sorry, but if you see the date written on the mail it is of today. I had messed up the date and day. I am sorry but you have to present your ideas today as influenced people will attend the meeting. This should benefit you too, after this you might be handed your own drugstore to take care of." Adeline tries to make Sia understand.

Sia grimaces and is a wreck right now. "I am not prepared and I have my sister-in-laws birthday bash to attend." She tells her boss.

"Sia, I know but see it from the brighter side. You'll be over with it and then can go home to attend the bash, I am sure the party won't end until you reach home." Adeline says optimistically.

However, that doesn't help Sias anxiety to disappear. "Yeah, I'll just go and make a call." Sia says giving up as she knows she can't back off from the meeting.

Sia nervously calls Saafa while playing with a strand of hair. "Hey birthday girl. How are you doing?" She starts conversing.

"Hey Sia Bhabhi, I am doing great. I am in the parlor at the moment getting ready. When are you arriving?" Saafa inquires cheerfully and Sia can hear background music.

Sia heaves a sigh pinching the bridge of her nose. "Look I have a bad news." She says after gathering some courage. "And please don't be mad at me." She pleads.

"What happened Bhabhi? Tell me, you're worrying me." Saafa urges her with worry laced in her voice.

Sia bites her trembling lips. "I am so sorry but I might arrive late to your party. I have this stupid meeting I need to attend which was supposed to be held tomorrow but apparently it is going to be held today. I promise to compensate by taking you out later." Sia informs her in one breath.

Saafa chuckles. "Gosh you scared me! That's okay Sia Bhabi, don't worry! You have already made my day by wishing me with cake and gifts at midnight! What can be a bigger gesture than that? I understand so don't worry. Best of luck for your meeting and I will surely ask for my treat later from you." Saafa encourages Sia which makes Sia smile. "I'll miss you though." Saafa adds a bit gloomy.

"Thank you Saafa, you have slightly reduced the guilt I am feeling. The feeling is mutual, going to regret this so badly. Have fun okay? I'll try to reach as soon as possible." Sia assures Saafa and gains courage to attend the meeting without feeling too guilt-ridden.

During the meeting Sia receives calls and messages from Sahir. After she is done with her presentation and meeting she calls him. "Sia where are you!?" Sahir yells as soon as she answers.

Sia sighs. "Work Sahir, I had my meeting today." She enlightens him disappointed by herself, even though the meeting went well.

Sahir fumes with anger. "Seriously, I had told you about this two weeks ago!" He scolds her.

Sias heart starts to beat painfully harsh. "I know but I got to know at the last minute that I had misinterpret the date. I am sorry." Sia pleads him and guilt starts to prick her again.

"You didn't care enough as it is my sister isn't it? Had it been Soumya I am sure your priories would have been different." Sahirs accusing words slaps Sia across the face and tears starts to prick her eyelids.

With all the energy she can gather she tries to hide her shaky voice. "Sahir how can you say that? For me Saafa is as important as Soumya. Not only for me but for my whole family, that's why they're attending the party in the first place." Sia tries to reason with him.

Sahir lets out a humorless chuckle. "Yeah, your whole family. At least I see our families as one." He says mockingly.

Sia shakes her head while closing her eyes and rubs her temple. "Sahir you're taking my words out of context now." She slowly points out to him.

"Whatever Sia, best of luck for your promotion." He bitterly tells her and the line suddenly goes dead.

Sias heart aches at the humiliation and she does her best to hold back her tears. Taking a deep breath she composes herself.

Walking out from the store she remembers that she took the bus today as her car is in for service. "Crap! Can this day get any worse?" She call out in frustration to no one in particular.

She strolls towards the bus station when a black car with tinted windows slows down beside her. With a drumming heart Sia picks up her pace but when the window rolls down and the familiar face greets her she halts surprised. "You got to be kidding me" she mutters under her breath.
