In front of the marvelous silver designed dresser Sia is combing her long rich dark brown hair. She isn't able to get rid of her nagging thoughts, all surprisingly about Sahir. Gazing at herself she is analyzing his actions and her own mixed feelings. Maybe he isn't so bad? She actually misses his touch. Her honey brown eyes are giving more away than she wants too. She shakes her head. "Stop it Sia." She mumbles to herself flustered of her own thoughts, her cheeks heats up.

She tries her best to divert her mind when the man himself walks in to their bedroom with a file in his hand. He is on his phone as usual and Sia gazes at him through the mirror. First he frowns at the screen then he smiles and then he just stares at it as if trying to figure something out. Ever since they got back home this evening Sahir has been occupied with his work.

As if sensing a certain someone staring at him he shifts his gaze to lock eyes with Sias through the mirror. Sias eyes widens a fraction and Sahir smirks seeing her pink cheeks. "Are you checking me out Mrs. Sahir Khan?" Sahir teases while both their hearts makes somersaults hearing the name Mrs. Sahir Khan, it is dynamic.

Sia shakes her head and puts down the brush in her hand. "No, actually I was looking for a chance to speak to you." She states, in the process Sahirs eyebrows slightly furrows.

"What's wrong?" He inquires slightly alarmed and takes a few steps towards her.

Sia stands up and turns to walk up to him. Sahirs eyes automatically registers her black nightgown, partly in silk and partly in lace. His mind keeps reminding him to focus and he does his best to keep his gaze fixed on her big honey brown eyes. His heart is pumping hard in his chest making it a bit hard for him to think straight. "Nothing's wrong." Sia smiles softly. "Sit down, I'll be with you in a second." She says nodding towards the couch and Sahir does as he has been told.

He patiently sits down on the couch while Sia goes to her walk in closet to get a bag. The feeling of anticipation makes her nervous. She takes cautious steps towards where Sahir is sitting in the center of the room while clutching on to the bag with both her hands in front of her. Sahir looks on a bit perplexed. Sia sits down next to him and extends the bag to him.

He takes the white paper bag in his hand and looks at her with a raised eyebrow. "What's this?" He questions and she gives him a small anxious smile.

"Open it and see for yourself." She shrugs and staple her hands on her knee.

Sahir does as she says and finds a neat silver wrapped box with dark blue stripes. He takes the heavy box in his hand with caution as if it either is too fragile or might be a ticking bomb. "A gift for me?" Sahir utters surprised as a question and Sia nods with a soft smile playing on her lips. "What did I do to earn this honor?" He continues with curiosity and Sia shakes her head.

"Will you open it today or shall I go to bed?" Sia calmy retort with zero patience.

Sahirs fingers finds their way to the end of the stripes and he pulls them open. He then rips of the silver wrapper finding a black box and immediately recognizes the brand. His eyes darts up with disbelief. "Sia? What is this? This is too expensive." Sia is taken aback and narrows her eyes.

She fiddles with her hands. "What does that supposed to mean? I am not as rich as you but I can afford a expensive gift then and now." She says shaking her head disappointed.

Sahir notices his blunder, that was not actually what he was referring to. "I didn't mean it that way, I just meant that you shouldn't have spent so much on me." He tries to clarify.

Sia rolls her eyes at that. "Sahir, just open it and see if you like it." she pushes eagerly to see his reaction.

Sahir slowly opens the box and finds a silver colored watch with black dial. His eyes beam seeing the watch he has long been thinking of buying but has forgotten to due to a busy schedule. Sia watches him carefully with anticipation and tries to figure out his opinion. Sahir faces Sia again with a huge grin. "How did you know?" He questions her surprised and Sia looks on perplexed.

"How did I know what?" She drags out the words confused with sparkling eyes meeting his gaze.

Sahir looks thrilled. "I have been wanting to buy this watch but haven't found time." He enlightens her and Sia exhales a deep breath feeling relieved, as he did like it!

"Really?" Sia claims a bit too excited. "I am so glad! Actually I had no idea of your taste so I just picked something I liked." She rants amused with a huge smile. "I was battling between this one and a golden one but the golden one didn't look so elegant and I like silver on men."

Sahir feel a warmth spread through him while seeing Sia cheerfully rant. "Thank you so much Sia, I love it! Can you know tell me the occasion?"

"Actually, this is a late gift. You was entitled this gift as soon as you found your name in my wedding henna, sorry for the delay. Better late than never?" Sia winks and they chuckle.

"Right." Sahir says. "Thank you." Sahir shows gratitude again.

Sia smiles. "Actually, thank you for saving my life today." Sia says thoughtfully and Sahir looks at her mesmerized.

Intensely staring into each other's eyes Sahir and Sia can hear their own heart beat loudly. His eyes having the darkest color ever giving him a mysterious edge while she has deep honey brown colored eyes where you can find peace. Sia feel a bit timid and at the same time right in place. Sahir on the other hand feel warm and has no objection in starring at the lady in front of him forever. The sudden temperature rise in the room makes Sias hand sweaty.

Sahir clears his throat. "You don't need to thank me for that, that's like thanking me for saving myself." Sias heart skips a beat hearing that and she doesn't know how to interpret his statement. "It is my duty Sia." Sahirs deep voice reaches Sia and she smiles hearing those soothing words.

Sia is sitting on the floor in their room one sunny Saturday cursing and stressing. She is preparing for a meeting with her chief and fellow colleagues. She has been given the chance to present the meeting and their project of making the store flourish. If she nails it she might be given a promotion. Even though she has been preparing the last couple of days she feel out of place.

At the evening when Sahir walks in to his room he finds Sia in the same state as he left her. She is sitting on the floor with crossed legs in front of her laptop. Her hair in a messy bun with a pen inserted in it, he holds back a chuckle seeing her funky state. Papers, files and charts are laying across the floor encircling her and the laptop, Sahir shakes his head seeing his amusing wife. "Sia." He utters softly to gain her attention, Sias eyes darts up surprised.

"Hey, you're back?" How has your day been?" Sia smiles while repositioning her glasses on her nose bridge, it is very rare to spot Sia with her glasses on.

She actually is cute in them. "It was good. Have you been here the whole day?" Sahir inquires with raised eyebrows.

Sia nods with a sigh and stretches her arms while rolling her shoulders. "Yes, I need to get done with this stupid presentation in two days." She says troubled and frowns at the laptop in front of her.

"Don't worry, you'll make it." Sahir encourages. "I'll just be back." he says throwing his black blazer on the bed and walks out of the room.

When he walks back in to the room he has a tray with him. Sia is engrossed in her work and the end of a pen is resting on her lips. Sahir makes his way to her and sits down right next to her. Sia turns her head to the left surprised. "What's going on?" She eyes the tray.

Sahir gives her a soft smile. "I am sure that you haven't eaten anything so here's food for your empty stomach." He enlightens her the obvious.

Sia shakes her head. "Sahir please, thanks but I am not hungry." She dismisses the food.

Sahirs eyes turns intense and his expression blank. "Sia, I don't care." He utters calmly. "You'll be able to think better after getting some fuel." He tells her and Sia shakes her head tiredly.

"I don't have time." She whines while typing away on her computer.

Sahir takes some rice and chicken on a spoon. "Just open your mouth." Sia opens her mouth to protest and to her surprise Sahir shoves the spoon right in to her mouth.

She stares at Sahir with wide eyes. "Chew Sia." Sahir rolls his eyes and Sia shifts her attention back to her laptop.

Sia continues working while Sahir feds her morsel by morsel. He loves seeing her dedication to her work and the way her forehead wrinkles when she gets stuck. Sahir tries to help her out then and now with his own inputs which Sia gladly accepts.

When done feeding her Sahir puts the tray to the side and watches Sia amused. "I think I am done soon." Sia suddenly beams catching a smiling Sahir staring at her.

Sia raises an eyebrow. "Are you checking me out?" Sia teases and Sahir nods making her speechless.

Sahir chuckles seeing her surprised expression and Sia hits his arm embarrassed. "Actually I wanted to tell you something." He says when composing himself.

Sia nods. "Go on."

"Well, I had forgotten that I had a business party to attend and I would like you to join me." Sahir says straightforwarded with his eyes bored into hers.

Sia contemplates the offer. "Sure, why not? When is it?" She gives him a soft smile and rests her head on her palm with her elbow resting on her knee.

Sahir gives her a unsure smile. "Well, today. Two hours from now." Sias eyes widens.

"You're kidding me? Aren't you?" She questions baffled and Sahir shakes his head slowly. "You're serious?! You're informing me the very last minute." She says louder than she intended too. "I don't even have a dress to wear!" She looks at him with disbelief.

"I know, I am sorry but I had forgotten! Just join me, everything is taken care of." He tries to pursued her.

Sia raises her eyebrows. "Sahir I don't have anything to wear, it is just not possible." She says astonished.

"I told you everything is taken care of. I didn't even know until a hour ago. I haven't prepared myself either." Sahir tries to reason and Sia frowns.

She holds up her hand. "Are you comparing us?" She points at her. "I need a dress, heals, make up and fix my hair. What do you need? A bloody suit and you're done." She says throwing her hands to the sides.

Sahir nods understandingly. "Yeah well if you put it that way then shouldn't you be hurrying?" Sia stares at him baffled.

"Have you lost it? Did you hit your head? I am not coming." She looks at him as if trying to figure out if he is on drugs.

"Sia, please! You just need to wear the dress and fix yourself. Two hours is more than enough." Sia furrows her eyebrows and shakes her head.

"You're not listening! I don't have a dress." She pronounces every word carefully as if he is slow.

"Yes you have." Sahir says throwing Sia off guard.

"What are you talking about?" Sia asks rigid as she is really confused right now.

"Look at the bed." Sias eyes finds their way to their bed and widens a fraction.

She walks up to the bed with Sahir close behind. There lays a nice blue dress with the upper and lower part consisting of lace. With that is a box of stone studded jewelry and high heels. She touches the soft fabric of the dress.

"You have purchased this for me?" She questions astonished and he nods.

Sahir points at the different pieces. "There you have the dress with matching jewelries and shoes. You just need to put them on." He smiles proudly.

"How can you be so sure that they'll fit?" She questions amused with raised eyebrow.

Sahir smirks. "Trust me, they will." He winks to ensure her and Sia blushes upon hearing that.

When two hours later they walk in hand in hand through the elegant gate of the building with paparazzi clicking pictures of them Sia feels a bit dizzy. However, she still manages to give a dazzling smile while posing along Sahir who steadies her by keeping a firm hand on her waist. "Breathe darling." He whispers to a all tense Sia while snuggling her ear making a shiver run down her spine.

She keeps adorning a smile on her lips while Sahir enjoys her sweet feminine scent. "Hard to do that with you so close to me." She says while boring her eyes into his and keeping her hands on his chest, it might look romantic from a distance but Sia is actually slightly pushing him to get some space.

Not that it happens as Sahir simultaneously smirks smugly and pushes her more towards himself with the hand on her back. Do we need to mention that he is stronger than her? "I know I make your knees go weak but common I am your husband and you should be used to me close to you by now." He winks and Sia nods with a fake smile.

"Yes Shrek, you are just too charming for me to even being able to breathe. Give me a moment and I might as well lay down and breathe my last breath." She whispers through a tight smile.

Sahir just chuckles at her sarcasm and they continue to walk towards the entrance. "No, that's rather a bad idea as Shrek needs his Fiona." Sahir says while intervening their hands, a warmth spreads though Sia while satisfaction is evident on Sahir.

Sia can literally state that this is a experience she'll be forever carrying in her heart, she loves the attention and the glamour. Even though everything that glitters aren't gold, being rich has its perks. To deck up and getting clicked without any certain reason is a fun hobby which Sia can get used to.

Sahirs mind keeps wandering back to how good the dress is sitting on Sia, perfectly made just for her. He loves how his wife complements him with being simple with minimum makeup on but full on elegant and always graces a superior aura.

Walking in to the bright elegant ballroom Sahir starts to greet and meet people. He introduces Sia, as his better half, to his acquaintances and clients. His cheerful mood turns into a foul one as soon as his eyes lands on a man who seems to have his eyes glued on to Sia. His eyes turns ice cold and pitch dark while his grip on Sias waist turns slightly harsh, which Sia of course doesn't miss to notice. She shifts her gaze discreetly to her waist where Sahirs hand is resting and then to Sahir, she follows his eyes to find a pair of familiar smirking eyes boring into hers. She can smell trouble.
