Raina was adorned in a yellow Lehenga Choli with mirror work all over the fabric. She was carefully making her way to her bedroom without using her Henna-clad hands. She kicked open the door, causing a loud bang when the double door hit each side of the wall. Raina looked at the doors apologetically as if she could hear them throwing curses at her. She stepped inside the room, to see Angad lying on the bed. She wasn't surprised. Raina kept standing by the edge of the bed. She didn't want to take risk of ruining her mehendi.

He looked up at her bored face, Henna-clad hands, and bare waist. His gaze lingered a little longer on her waist that caught Raina’s attention.

“You should leave, Angad. I need to rest,” said Raina.

Angad let out a sigh and stood on his knees on the mattress. His cold fingertips gently roamed over the warm skin of her waist, sending shivers down her spine. Her eyelids closed on their own and a moan escaped her mouth. Her breath hitched when she felt his lips only an inch away from hers. If he opened his mouth to speak, their lips would end up colliding. So for the longest moments, both of them kept quiet. His fingertips kept drawing circles on her sensitive skin while his warm breath falling on her face made her breathless. Raina was quite enjoying his teasing. He was doing nothing much, yet the pleasure was boundless. She had never experienced a subtle romance like this and somehow these small gestures felt more intimate than sleeping with those experienced men.

But suddenly he withdrew his hands and got up from the bed, leaving Raina dumbstruck. She looked at him in disbelief as he wore his slippers and passed her an mischievous smile.

“We will meet tomorrow. On our wedding. Bye, Raina.” He waved at her and walked away.

Raina gaped at his audacity to tease her.

“You didn't even kiss me,” Raina grumbled angrily.

The next morning was a cheerful one. Chandni, Chahana, and Ruhani were running around checking last-minute preparations. Jashn and Jodhbir were on a run to find a new Sherwani for Angad because the genius Angad Shekhawat dropped chutney on the Sherwani he was supposed to wear on his wedding. When his brother-in-laws failed to get a new Sherwani, he ended up wearing the Sherwani that his father wore on his wedding. Well, Angad couldn't find a better outfit for his wedding. Though it was a bit tight, considering how much he ate during the functions. But Chandni was in tears when she saw him in that Sherwani. While Chahana demanded that the Sherwani should be passed down to her daughters so that one of her grandsons can wear it in the future. But Angad argued that he wanted to keep it for his children. The baseless argument ended when the breakfast was set.

Raina was already dressed in a red and orange Lehenga as she devoured the Chole Bhature Ruhani brought for her. Naintara was styling her hair into a elegant bun. And Ruhani was waiting for her to finish the food so she could do her makeup.

About an hour later, the wedding ceremony began. Raina was taken to the Mandap and Angad was starstruck by how beautiful she looked. Red and orange weren't her colours yet she looked gorgeous. Raina knew that a pastel shade would have suited her better but she wanted to keep it traditional.

The wedding got over an hour ago and Kangana was crying while hugging Chandni, “I had never imagined my daughter will get married one day. And that too to my friend's son. I couldn't have asked for anything better.”

Chandni smiled through her teary eyes and hugged her back.

“Should we tell your mother? Her elder daughter is also getting married soon,” Rudraksh whispered into Naintara's ears. Tara smiled and nudged him lightly.

Angad entered the bedroom after paying two lakh rupees to his greedy sisters. Raina had already removed her jewelry and makeup and was now resting on the bed. He slumped down next to her, making her jolt up from her slumber.

“You scared me, Angad!” Raina exclaimed.

“Sorry,” he smiled ear to ear and pecked her lips. He continued, “You should change. This Lehenga must be uncomfortable.”

“Actually your sisters did something,” said Raina.

“What did they do?” He asked.

“They locked the closet and left the shopping bag on the couch.” She pointed at the said white shopping bag that was resting on the blue couch.

“What's in it?” Angad asked.

“A lingerie set,” she sighed.

Angad awkwardly looked here and there and then his gaze went to the bathroom, “Umm... you can wear a bathrobe then.”

“They took that too,” Raina smiled, as if praising her mischievous sister in-laws.

“How sweet of them,” Angad mumbled sarcastically.

“I think they already knew we haven't slept together,” Raina assumed.

Angad looked at her and asked, “Do you want to do it?”

“I want to ask you that question first.”

Angad sighed before replying, “I'm quite nervous. I've already told you naa. I'm a virgin. You are quite experienced. You won't be satisfied.”

“But you left me breathless yesterday. You surely know how to tempt a woman,” Raina smiled. Her words made him chuckle.

“Should we do it then?” He asked her, quite excitedly. Raina nodded with a smile.

They helped each other undress. Raina didn't bother wearing the lingerie set though. They was in their undergarments when their lips locked. It was a soft kiss filled with gentleness. He didn't bite her lips, they were too soft to bear a mark. His lips moved down to her neck as his hands roamed all over her back. And just like that, the world around them faded away.

The next morning, Angad woke up to Raina caressing his hair. She was already dressed up in a pastel green saree and he was still lying naked underneath the covers.

“Good morning, Angad,” She kissed his cheek.

“Good morning,” Angad yawned, “Why are you dressed up? You should rest.”

“Angad, it's already afternoon. My legs will start aching from sitting idle if I didn't go downstairs.”

“Then go. I wanna sleep the entire day,” And he closed his eyes again.

“Aren't you hungry? It's been over twenty four hours since you ate.”

He waved off, “Nah, I'll fast today.”

“Okay, go back to sleep then.”

“Thank you,” Angad mumbled before slipping into the slumber again.

Angad woke up in the evening and by the time he came out of the shower, it was already time for the dinner. He wore his night clothes and went downstairs to see dining table being set.

“Good morning, princess. Rise and shine,” Ruhani teased him.

Angad glared at her, but baby Shashank in her arms passed him an adorable smile that melted his heart.

“Aww, my baby!” He kissed Shashank's cheeks, making the baby giggle.

“Angad, are you feeling good now?” his mother asked.

“I feel refreshed now. Last night was a little exhausting.”

“Ooh, I hope it went good,” said Chahana.

“Yeah, it was- that's none of your business,” it took Angad some moments to understand that his sister was teasing him.

Everyone began laughing at Angad's reaction. Then everyone gathered on the dining table and ate the dinner together. Chahana and Ruhanj teased Angad and Raina a little more and stopped only when Chandni glared at them.
