"Cheers to 25!" We all yelled, drinking our beers. "I can't believe you're twenty-five, Heather. It's not fair you are older than I and Henry." She explained. I smiled and sipped my beer. "Anyway, how are you and Henry's relationship?" I asked, staring at her and Henry for an answer. They looked at each other confused. The room grew silent for a few seconds. "Mila?" I asked. She looked up, then looked at Henry. "Can I tell her, Henry?" She asked him. "Yeah," He said. "Henry and I decided that we want to try for a baby." Mila squealed and clapped her hands. "Oh, that's amazing, guys!" I yelled. I then got up and hugged Mila. "When did y'all start trying, if you don't mind me asking?" I asked. "Last week. We wanted to keep it secret, but we were too excited." She explained. I then sat down and continued to sip my beer. "Have you found a man yet?" She asked. "No," I said. "You'll be thirty in five years. You should start dating." She said. "I don't have time, Mila. I only really care about work right now. You know the cost to live in Seattle." I said. "Yeah, but you don't want to be single forever, do you?" She asked. "Yeah, I guess," I said. "Okay, give me your phone." She said, reaching out her hand. "Now? It's late. Let's do it at a different time." I explained. "Wait? Why do you need my phone?" I asked. "For Tinder, dummy." She said. "I should go to bed," I said. "What? Are you going to bed? It's your birthday." She said. "I know, but I have work tomorrow," I said. "Y'all should stay here. You both had too much to drink. " I explained. "Were good, Heather." She said standing up, then falling over. I put my beer down and grabbed her arm. Henry then picked her up and laid her on the couch. "Thank you, Henry. You're okay staying here, right?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm good. I'll sleep on the couch. Good night and happy birthday." He said. "Thank you," I said. I walked to the door and made sure it was locked. I then got ready for bed.
