Little mahi looking at the food on table with hungry eyes , she wanted to eat this food but she can't as it's the food for masters and their kids . Simran catch mahi's eyes on food and smirk giving food sweetly to her baby girl pari , she didn't offer the poor little girl even one bite not even in plate knowing very well that the girl is starving but come on that's her fault to be born in a poor family .

Simran Randhawa an ex model and now wife of influential businessmen and owner of oil refinery Balwant Randhawa , she hates poor people but what to do this country is filled with poor people and she can't run her house without servants so she bare them .  She never wanted to become a mother this early but because of her in-laws constant pressure she gets pregnant and thank goodness her first child is adhvait or else her in-laws will taunt her forever ., pari was an unplanned child but Balwant got excited hearing about second child news expecting another baby boy but pari was born and he got happy seeing her too cause it's his child his prince and princess leaving her to be their caretaker huh .. 
Pari throw water on mahi laughing wholeheartedly embarrassing or scaring the poor girl but it's her destiny now  , her mother works in Randhawa house and she's been paid extra money for mahi as being their kids real life toy and people say money can't buy everything 🙄

Mahi's eyes filled with tears seeing people looking at her( waiters and other customers) in this fancy restaurant but none come help her , she look down at her hands hiding her tears when some tissues slowly thrown in her lap confusing her looking up at adhvait who sitting beside her chair mouthed to her to her 'use these' and she does so all though she didn't expecting his help at all as he rarely do any good thing for her ..

Later that night mahi ate some stale food sleeping laying her head down in her mother's lap., life is unfair with her and her family but she can't stand up in front of these rich people as long she won't find any better job then this and in her small age she won't get any other job to earn money so she silently bare all of these . She is a toy for randhawa kids well for pari in particular as her parents won't allow her to go outside of house and play with other kids in park or in others houses cause first park is little away from their house and second she's a small girl and anything can happen with her behind their watch so they arrange a full time live toy for pari with whom she'll play after school , they let mahi too attend school as they don't want pari get influenced with mahi's ill mannered behaviour but of course mahi go in a government school where kids like her belongs , Simran never left any chance to remained her that she has to be in her limits and don't ever try to fill up pari's mind with the things she learn in her cheap school and from kids there as if she really care to play with pari .
Mahi hate this family along with her father who is an alcoholic , she never liked pari cause from day one pari beating her , not let her touch her toys and laugh at her being poor that's not friends do with each other but again she isn't her friend she is a purchased kid on whom pari can play and do whatever she wants as no one will scold pari .....

Like this 15 years passed...
Mahi turn 22 and currently in a government college dreaming to get a job so that she can earn some bucks with respect. She no longer a play doll of pari but instead became a servant in Randhawa house from the age of 15 when her mother fall ill and they couldn't cost this job so her mother opted mahi to take her place for a while . Of course mahi never wanted to be a maid after studying so hard and getting top marks but in a way she was always a maid first to be play maid and now a regular maid .

Mahi cleaning kitchen when she heard Simran talking over phone with Adhvait , she's excited that he's coming back from abroad now after completing his college.. huh and here Mahi thought he'll stay there for long time .
Adhvait Randhawa a rich brat who got riches and arrogance in bloodline , he is five years elder then her and pari but of course he isn't different then his family. Just like them he loves to show his authority over people , from childhood he never talked with Mahi in normal way but taunted her for her poor status. Sure he never raise a finger at her but he talks were enough to make her understand that he isn't any different from his family and on top of that the way he looked at her is somewhat——-somewhat ummm strange. He left to abroad at the age of 19 and Mahi take a breath of relief hearing about his departure and a pang of jealousy hit her head as she never gets this much fortunate even after scoring such good grades .

She still remember that he caught her in his arms saving her from falling but after that day those normal stares of him becoming more prominent and she felt some urge to look back in his eyes with same passion.... of course it was nothing but a stupid infatuation from her side because of changing hormones and obviously he wasn't even infatuated with her like come on being this much rich he'll attracted towards her is baseless. It was a bad attraction from her side which was short lived as he go to abroad making her feel little better!!
