Petra's POV

" I just hope Peter doesn't kill Scott. " , Rae sighed.

" I swear if I find one wound or scratch on my Alpha then Peter will regret it! " , I exclaimed with clenched fists.

Rae and I were kicked out of Peter's room since he wanted to talk to Scott privately. Of course, I objected but Peter still managed to make sure Rae and I didn't have a say in it, knowing that we would defend Scott. So now, Rae and I were just left alone to wander in the woods.

" Why does Peter hate Scott? " , Rae asked with curiosity.

" He doesn't physically hate him. He is just being a jerk and playing the overprotective brother role. " , I retorted.

" Hm. I know Killian doesn't agree with Peter and I dating, but he leaves our relationship alone. " , Rae nodded.

" Only because that bloody pirate doesn't want to interfere with Peter. " , I muttered.

Rae frowned as she continued to follow me through a trail in the woods.

" I wish Peter wasn't a jerk. It's not easy to cooperate with him sometimes. " , Rae sighed.

" Now you know how I feel. Peter gets everything he wants and he will get it no matter what. Peter Pan never fails. " , I stated.

" Well hopefully Scott walks out of that room alive. " , Rae said.

" He better walk out there alive or Peter will have to deal with me. " , I gritted my teeth.

" I'm sure Peter wouldn't kill, Scott. I mean he wouldn't do that to you. " , Rae said softly.

" I hope not. Scott is my happiness. He balances me out and well, he helps me with my problems. Scott is the best boyfriend that I could ever ask for. " , I nodded.

Rae smiled slightly before catching up to my pace as she stayed by my side.

" Scott is a good guy. I'm sure Peter is just having a guy talk with him. " , Rae assured me.

I hummed as a response before stopping my tracks. Rae stopped as well and raised her eyebrow at me.

" What is it? " , she whispered.

" Listen. " , I murmured.

Two familiar voices were heard in the woods. I knew exactly who those voices belonged to. I clenched my fists.

Rae stayed quiet listening before her eyes widened. She looked at me before I placed my finger on my lips to signal her to stay quiet. She nodded and zipped her mouth before following my lead to the location of the two voices.

I held my hand up to stop Rae from following me as I hid behind a tree. Rae copied my action and looked at me.

" Listen. " , I mouthed to her.

She nodded as a response before we both stayed slient.

" Make it quick, Victor. " , Evie's voice said sternly.

" Did I interrupt you or something? " , Victor asked

" I was about to go to my spa treatment! So make it quick before my face gets more wrinkles and I smell like nature. " , Evie huffed and gagged.

" You really don't like nature, do you? " , Victor sighed.

" Absolutely not! Nature is full of bugs and icky creatures! Also there is dirt and leaves and weird weather changings! My outfit is not meant to impress the bugs and my wedges are already getting dirty! " , Evie whined. " Neverland is the worst place to vacay at! "

I slightly turned my head to see Evie standing in front of Victor. I rolled my eyes seeing her in her usual fancy outfits and those painkillers shoes. Her blue curls always shiny and a mini crown headband on her hair.

Typical Evie.

Victor just stood in front of her as he pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration.

" Evie. I'm doing all of this for you! Instead of ruling a foreign country, you can be the princess of this island. Neverland can be your kingdom. " , Victor said as he held her hand.

" Neverland? Um no thanks. That is Pan's and Petra's own little world. I prefer a kingdom with a castle and peasants. " , Evie fake smiled before slapping his hand from touching her.

" Ow! " , Victor muttered.

" I'm telling you, Victor. Once Pan finds out that you are trying to take over this island, he will kill you. You are asking for death. " , Evie said poking his chest.

" I'm not scared of Pan. " , Victor said.

" You should be. " , Evie smirked before trailing her fingers down his arms.

" Pan will lose. " , Victor said.

" Peter Pan never fails. " , Evie reminded him before pushing him away slightly.

" Now do me a favor and stop bothering me. I already have a boyfriend who is a prince so I suggest that you stop trying to win me over Damon. It will never work. " , Evie sassed.

" I will get you back if it is the last thing that I do! " , Victor sneered.

" You will have to do more than take over Neverland. I don't like nature. " , Evie scoffed.

" Then I will do some remodeling for your liking. " , Victor nodded.

" How brave you are. " , Evie pretended to swoon.

" Just wait and see. " , Victor gritted his teeth.

" Oh I will. Bye bye. " , Evie smirked before disappearing.

I watched Victor run his hand through his hair multiple times before he snapped his fingers. Devin ran to him quickly with an annoyed face.

" Where is Pan? " , Victor asked.

" Up in his treehouse. " , Devin said in a duh tone.

Victor nodded before dismissing Devin. He paced back and forth a few times before taking a deep breath. I swear I saw his blue eyes flicker purple.

A very familiar shade of purple that Peter said he had witnessed coming from Devin's eyes and Tootles' eyes.

Rae's eyes widened before she gasped a little too loudly. I quickly went towards her and covered her mouth.

The sound of heavy footsteps were heard walking towards our direction before the sound of Devin's voice boomed across the woods.

Victor groaned before looking around one last time and disappearing out of sight. Once I saw the coast was clear, I uncovered my hand from Rae's mouth before she looked at wide eyes.

" It's the same shade of purple that Peter witnessed from Devin and Tootles. " , Rae whispered to me.

" I spoke to Devin and Tootles before and they claimed to have never encountered Peter outside of camp. ", I informed her.

" I think this Victor guy has something to do with it. " , Rae whispered.

" I think he does. " , I murmured
