Aryansh, open the door. I will not go back to my home at this hour of night. I already came in a cab.

Piya was shocked to see him shutting the door on her face. How could he do that? She starts hitting on the door because she can't break the door. If she was a she-hulk then probably she would have done that.

She waits for him to open the door but ten minutes have passed yet he doesn't open the door. She has to use the ultimate weapon which will work at any cost.

Her voice breaks while uttering each word and the next second she sees the door open for her grand entry. She removes the smirk from her face and mentally applauds herself for using the brain at the right time. She knows how to deal with his stubbornness.

Aryansh heard every word of hers and he did not intend to send her away. He just wants to trouble her for some time. Already he didn't like her coming alone at night and there's no way that he would let her go alone.

Piya enters and sees him standing in the middle of the room.

Before you over think about my ride then don't worry I called the driver whom you designated for me and he safely dropped me to your place.

Aryansh goes back and sits on the sofa. Piya gets the bowl from the kitchen and unpacks the dessert.

She tries to sit beside him on the sofa but he is not moving so she pushes him with full strength. He didn't move an inch whereas she is taking long breaths as if she walked the ten floors. He rolls the eyes on her acting and moves to the corner.

She sits and takes the bowl to  feed him the dessert. He looks at the bowl with a question mark. She says

Maa cooked the dessert in the happiness of finding a good son-in-law so I brought it.

She feeds him and fortunately for her he calmly has it. She eats from the same bowl but with a different spoon. On seeing her taking a different spoon, Aryansh twists his mouth.

He doesn't understand the reason for getting another spoon. It seems that she is in full mood today to irritate him because she is maintaining the space between them.

Once the bowl is empty, she keeps it in the sink  in the kitchen and comes back to see him in his place.

She sits beside him and leans her head on his shoulder while clutching his arm with her both hands.

He doesn't say anything else to her. He stares at the sky while Piya hesitates to say anything but after gathering courage, she says.

I am sorry Baby

She doesn't receive any response from him so she raises the head to see him. His eyes glisten with the tears but his face is blank just like a plain canvas.

She cups his cheek with her palm and turns it to her side. He turns the face towards her and sees her with hurt and pain.

We have a huge difference between us so maybe we shouldn't be marrying each other.

Ar..

Shhh, those were your words, right?

He asks her in a plain tone as if he's asking about the meeting minutes.

I panicked and worried with the thought of my parents being in the tension. Mumma already has the low bp and papa don't look good these days. We are not a large family like you. It is just four of us and I thought that our relationship was bringing them trouble, Piya shares her concern.

Why didn't you try to tell me?

I tried but you were not listening and then I got angry.

Hurt is a small word which Aryansh felt after knowing her thoughts regarding their marriage.

That's a lie big lie. You mean a lot to me. I tried calling your number once I realised how wrong and rude I was but your phone was off.

Piya regretted after saying those words to him and now when he questions her love, she feels bad. She may say something in anger but there is no doubt that she loves him with her whole heart. She can't think of a future in which he's not there. She sobs on hearing his harsh words and complaints to him for ignoring her in a broken voice.

Aryansh gets confused on hearing the word "wolf". Where does the wolf come from? She stops crying and gives a slap on his chest for not listening to her.

Aloof, Idiot. I tried calling you to apologise but you ghosted me.

Piya doesn't understand what he's saying

You are apologizing so I want to hear a proper one. You may have to get on your knees and take back the words and confess your unending love to me then I may think about forgiving you.

Aryansh tells her in a robotic voice. Piya gives him a galre and comes over him. She sits on his lap and slaps on his chest.

You are so bad. Is this funny to you? Do you like making me cry?

Aryansh lets her do whatever she wants and once she calms down, he answers her.

You made our relationship a joke and also ready to break it then why can't I?

I am sorry. I said in anger but the truth is I really love you. I really do. I was confused and scared....

If you are scared then you should share with me. I would do some thing. We are getting married Piya and you have all the rights to come and order me anything...

He gives a dramatic pause and completes the sentence.

Except changing our marriage date.

I am. I really am but I am scared as well because three months looks very small time and the thought of leaving my family is scaring me.

Shhh, it's just wedding jitters. We stay in the same City so whenever you miss your family, you can come and meet them.

How come you are so understanding?, she lays her head on his chest.

He caresses her hair and she sleeps in his arms. Later Aryansh carries her to their bedroom. She is sleeping but he thinks about the morning incident.

Aryansh receives a call from his grandfather in the morning. His grandfather came to know the chaos he did in his bedroom. The whole room was a mess with the broken furniture and mirrors.

What happened Aryansh?

Grandpa she doesn't love me. She wants to break off the marriage because she thinks that the marriage date is so soon and her family is taking too much stress.

Is she wrong?

Yes, she is. We can do the arrangements and her family does not need to worry.

You will hurt their pride by doing so. You need to convince Piya and her family. Anger will only get the destruction, nothing else.

Aryansh followed his grandfather's words and convinced her family. Before he sleeps, he drops the message to his grandpa.

The next morning, they had the breakfast and Piya leaves for her home in the afternoon.
