"Wolf's as in..werewolf's?"I asked back.

"Mhm..",Mahir nodded.

"Like we saw on the other day?Near the lake?"I asked.

"Yes Bella,the same one's",Mahir replied.

"Who wouldn't be scared of them Mahir..that day..it was so close to me and I..I would be dead if not you",I said,that fear coming back to me.

"Why are you scared of them Bella?"Mahir asked looking at me.

I sat up and hugged my knee's,Mahir also got up and sat straight,
"I don't know..I've never seen them before and the way they look..like huge wolf's,they are scary"I said.

Mahir was silent,staring at me with a blank expression,
"Mahir..what's wrong?"I asked.

"Nothing..let's get going?"he asked and I nodded.

We both got up and started walking out of the field,hand in hand.

"Mahir..why did you ask me about wolf's?"I asked him.

"Nothing Bella,that day I saw a real fear on your face..so I just wanted to know",he said and I nodded.

"I..I..feel protected when I am with you",I said and he stopped.

He turned towards me and stepped near me,
"Why do you feel like that Bella?"he asked,standing very close to me.

My breathing became heavy with this closeness,him near me,his scent intoxicating me.

"Tell me Bella",Mahir asked and I looked at him.

"I..I don't know..I just feel that way,warm and protected",I blushed and he smiled.

I looked away blushing,I don't know what's happening to me.

"Really?"he asked and I nodded.

He took my hand and kissed my hand.My lips parted with his gesture.

I am a mess now!

"I will always protect you Bella..no matter what",Mahir said and I smiled.

"I know Mahir..nothing will happen to me when you are with me",I said and he gave a sad smile.

"Come..let's go",he said and we both were returning back to my home.

I am very sure about two things in my life right now.

First,there is something going around me,of which I am un aware.

Second,I'm being pulled towards Mahir with a jet speed,all those feelings not in my control!

We reached my home and Mahir was smiling looking at me,
"Tomorrow after classes...calculus?"Mahir asked and I laughed.

"No...this time for sure",Mahir said.

"OK...sure,I am very weak in calculus.Can't get a credit in that",I gave a sheepish smile.

"Sure,I'll take care of it.So my place?"he asked.

"Your place?"I was confused.

"Yeah,I stay near by to that lake..so if you are comfortable...",he said.

"Yeah..definitely..your place",I said and he smiled.

"Bye,take care",he said and drived off.

I was still standing there staring at his retreating figure.

What are you doing to me Mahir?

I never felt this instant connectivity with anyone!

And a fear at the same time,a small fear of loosing him even when he is still not mine.

What am I thinking?

I shrugged off my thoughts from him and went inside,
"Bella..you are back",Gram's said and I nodded.

"Yeah Gram's",I smiled.

"Go,take some rest.I'll call after the dinner is ready",Gram's said and I nodded.

The next day I was taking my books from my locker and locked my eye's with Mahir.

This whole surrounding going mute for me,while I stare at him.

"You like him right?"I came out of my trance when Rose nudged me.

"What..Rose..",I smiled.

Mahir smiled at me,passing by.

His eye's,they hold something strong!

"You are blushing",Rose was smirking and this time I really blushed.

"No Rose..it's not like that..it's just...hey,we are getting late for the class.Come on",I smiled and Rose laughed along with me.

We were walking to our class and met Jessica before entering the class,
"Hey Jess",she looked at me and Rose.

"Bella",she hugged me and I smiled.

"You are good now?"she asked and I nodded.

"Obviously she will be,she have a friend like me",Rose scoffed.

"Rose..",I warned her.

"I'm getting in,come soon Bella",saying that Rose left to the class.

"Jess..I'm sorry,don't mind Rose",I said.

"That's fine Bella,I will never mind her",Jessica scoffed.

"So how was your day yesterday?"Jessica asked and I blushed like an idiot.

Jessica doesn't like it when I hang out with Rose,Mahir and other's.

She doesn't get along with anyone except me!

"It was good..I..I was with Mahir",I smiled and Jessica's face was stoic.

"You were with that guy..Mahir?"Jessica asked.

"Hmm yeah?"I was confused.

"Oh..nothing,just be careful",Jess smiled.

"Yeah,sure",I said.

"Let's get to class..come on",Jessica said and we both went inside.

As usual the class was going on and we all came out after the class was finished.

"So Bella..I heard that you were with Mahir yesterday?"Rose smirked.

"Yeah...I was",I smiled.

"What did you both do?"she asked and my eye's widened.

"Rose..shut up",I said and she laughed.

"I hope this..the thing in between you both grow into a forever",Rose said and I was in deep thoughts.

What is that thing in between me and Mahir?

"Hey transfer..you settled very well here",a guy threw a paper ball on me,his gang laughing along with him.

"Just mind your work",I said and was walking away.

"You think you could just walk away transfer?After taking my sister's scholarship",that guy came and stood in front of me.

I held my bag's straps tightly and stepped back,
"I didn't do anything",I said in a low whisper.

"Get out of here you asshole",Rose pushed him.

"You came in my sister's place and enjoying the scholarship..because your grandmother is the faculty..bloody nepo",he said and tears stung my eye's.

"This college is dumb to take bitc....",I gasped when he fell on the floor with a hard punch.

Mahir!

Mahir held his collar and made him look at himself,
"I will pull out your fucking tongue",Mahir was seething with anger,and no one is stopping him.

Ryan and Joe were just watching and smirking.

"One more time,if I see anyone bullying her..I'll show you all a living hell",he shouted looking at everyone and I flinched.

Everyone were looking sacred,like really scared.

I looked at Rose and Jessica,they both were watching everything silently.

"And you..if I see you bullying Bella again..regarding this scholarship,I'm going to make you leave this college.Understand?"Mahir asked helding his collar and that boy nodded.

"Mahir..leave him now",Ryan and Joe took Mahir aside and everyone were still looking at that guy.

I looked at him and he showed me his middle finger.

"Agh..fuck..fuck..my finger's",he started groaning in pain suddenly.

What happened?

Both his middle finger's were twisted.

And suddenly,both Rose and Jessica looked at each other.

"Guy's..what happened to him?"I said and Rose was smirking.

"I just..his right finger..but left..how"she was talking something.

"Rose..what are you talking?"I was confused.

"Huh..nothing,his left finger..",she was looking at his fingers,while he was groaning in pain.

"Left finger has also been taken care",Jessica whispered.

"What?"I looked at Jessica.

"Nothing..just forget about all this.No one will come near you again Bella",Rose said.

"They wouldn't dare to,don't worry and don't overthink about all this",Jessica said.

"You bastard..I will show her a hell over here",he again shouted looking at Mahir.

"Ooooohhhh...",everyone shouted when Mahir hit him on his jaw.

"Dare to speak another word..you bastard",Mahir was punching him.

"Mahir..stop",I was shouting for him.

"Mahir..Mahir..stop",both Ryan and Joe pulled Mahir back.

The whole corridor was talking about this fight and suddenly everyone became silent when the door of our college opened.

A beautiful women walked in and everyone were looking at her with a amusement,shock,fear and everything.

Who is she?

"Mummy Davisson",Rose smiled looking at her.

"Huh?"I looked at Rose.

"Mummy Davisson..Mahir's mom",Rose said and I looked at her.

The aura she is carrying around her is..oh my God.She is such a charming person.

Mahir stopped when he saw his mom.His mom went near him and touched his bleeding lip.

"You are OK?"she asked wiping his blood.

"Yes mom..I'm fine",Mahir said.

He was still angry and his mom was rubbing his back to calm him down.

"What's happening here?"our student counselor Mrs.Mebbin came up.

"There was a fight where my boy also got involved,and as a student counselor you didn't reach here on time",she said.

"I'm sorry Mrs.Davisson,we will talk about it in my cabin.Please come",Mrs.Mebbin said.

Mahir's mother looked at me and I blinked,averting my gaze.

I don't know,I'm scared.

"The show is over,now leave..everyone",she said and everyone started dispersing.

"Mahir..come with me",she said and Mahir nodded.

Mahir looked at me one last time and left with his mom.

We three walked out of the campus and sat on a bench,
"What was that Rose?"I was still in a trance.

"Relax,she is Mahir's mom,Olivia Davisson.She loves Mahir the most.And yes,she was our ex student counselor in our college",Rose said.

"What will be her reaction if she gets to know that..this fight was because of me?"I asked her.

"What will she do Bella?Is she gonna hit you?No right",Jessica said.

"Olivia is not like that",Rose said.

"I want to meet Mahir,now",I said.

MAHIR DAVISSON

Mom was dabbing a cotton at my lips,
"Mom..I'm good",I said,looking the concern on her face.

"So,could you explain me what happened over there Mr.Mahir Davisson?"Mrs.Mebbin asked.

"First,it was not his fault.There are students out there bullying the new comer's,have you looked into it?"my mum asked her.

"Thanks for informing us Mrs.Davisson,we will look into it",Mrs.Mebbin said.

"There is no looking into it,I'll break them into pieces if they bully Bel...",I closed my eye's and calmed myself.

"Mom,I'm leaving.I'll be waiting for you outside",I said and walked out taking my bag.

"All good?"Ryan and Joe asked.

"Yeah,mom's taking care of it.Where's Bella?"I asked.

"Uhm..she looked quite startled,she is outside with Rose",Joe said.

I was going out to see Bella,but met with Mrs.Hamilton in my way.

"Mahir..I didn't knew this was happening with Bella.She never mentioned or complained about it to me.Thank you for..standing out for her dear",she said helding my hands.

"Mrs.Hamilton I..I don't want any students to face this bullying and Bella is my....I mean,she is new here..so",I said and she nodded.

"Thank you once again Mahir,you have to take care of her",she said and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Mrs.Hamilton?"did I hear it right?

"No I mean..just be like this,fight for the right one",she said.

"Oh yeah..sure",I said.

I left her and went out,saw Bella talking with Rose and her friend Jessica.

Jessica was least interested in that talk,but Bella was quite tensed.

And then she saw me,
"Mahir..",she said and was running towards me.

My heart was racing!

She came to hug me,but stopped.

Why?

She looked behind me and stepped back,
"Bella?"I called her.

I looked behind and saw my mom,looking at us both.

Bella took another step back when mom was coming near us,
"Bella,wait",I said helding her hand.

"Mahir..I'll meet you later...",I cut her off in between.

"No,stay",I said and her eye's softened.

"Who is this young lady Mahir?"mom asked.

Bella was feeling intimidated by mom,I could sense it.

I smiled internally,is Bella scared of my mom now?

"Mom..she is Bella..my..my friend",I said.

"Oh hi Bella,it's nice to meet you",mom said and Bella smiled looking at me.

I smiled back and nodded,
"Nice meeting you too Mrs.Davisson",Bella said.

"No..just call me Olivia",mom said and I kept my hand around mom.

"I am sorry Olivia,Mahir got into this fight because of me",Bella said.

"That's OK Bella,Mahir is a person who always stands up for a right thing",mom said and Bella smiled.

"Actually..why don't you come over for dinner some day?"mom asked and I was shocked.

Now even mom and dad are aware,that she is my mate,my Luna!

"Ohh..I..",Bella was looking at me.

"It's just a friendly dinner,come along with Rose one day",mom said.

"Oh..OK..yeah,definitely",Bella smiled.

"Sweety,I and dad are leaving to south side today.Dad got an emergency",mom said.

"South side?
"South side?",both me and Bella asked.

"Yes,dad has been called up for some investigation.So we both are leaving now.I came to inform you,but something else was happening",mom said.

"Oh..OK mom",I said.

South side,that's where Bella came from.

"South side...that was my place,I lived there with my parent's",Bella smiled awkwardly.

"I'm so sorry about your parent's sweety,that is pretty tough for you",mom said.

"It's OK,I got over it",Bella said.

"OK,I should get going.Dad is waiting for me.Take care dear",mom said hugging me.

"I love you",mom said while leaving and Bella chuckled.

"Mom?This is college",I smiled.

"I said I love you",she said.

"I love you too,be safe",I smiled and she went away.

"Sorry about that Bella",I said.

"About what?"she asked.

"About the fight and if you felt intimidated by my mom",I said.

"No,Olivia is cool.But that fight,why would you get yourself in trouble.For me?"she asked getting close to me.

I smiled and looked around,
"Bella..you will get this answer some other day,not now.You won't get it now",I smiled and she was confused.

"Bella..",it was Rose.

"Oops..are we disturbing?"Rose asked,Jessica was along with her.

Jessica was looking at me with anger.

"No..we were just talking",Bella said.

"Thanks for..for what you did for Bella",Jessica thanked me.

"I will always protect her Jessica,always remember this",I said with a straight face.

Because I know,she is someone like us.Someone supernatural.

She is playing around,trying to hide something.And I'm not able to find out weather she is good or bad.

Bella sensed the tension in air and cleared her throat.

"Bella,we were going to do some calculus today.Remember?"I asked.

"You are going with him?"Jessica asked.

"Yes she is coming with me now",I said.

"And by the way Bella don't need to take permission from you",Rose said.

"Guy's stop",Bella said.

"Jess..I am going with Mahir..for calculus",Bella said and Jessica was not OK with it.

"OK..just..be safe.See you again",saying that she left in a fury.

"Mahir..just don't mind her.She is more of an introvert",Bella said.

"No problem",I smiled.

"OK then,you both carry on.I'll see you guy's again",Rose also left.

It was just me and Bella,standing awkwardly.

"Bella..what are you thinking?"I asked.

"I was scared for you Mahir",she said.

"Nothing will happen to me Bella,OK?"I said stepping forward.

She nodded,and I saw a dry tear on her cheek.

"Tch..tch..you are crying?"I asked caressing her cheek.

"No..I am not...I was just",she said looking away.

I didn't think anything and just hugged her,locking her tightly in my arm's.

She slowly wrapped her hands around me and relaxed,
"Nothing will happen to me Bella",I said and she nodded.

We both pulled back and I was caressing Bella's cheek,
"Nothing will happen to you and me..I will always protect you",I said and she nodded.

"Shall we leave to my place?"I asked.

"Yeah,I have to get home early today.Gram's is gonna take up on me for not informing her about this bullying",she chuckled.

"It's OK..Mrs.Hamilton is soft spoken",I said and Bella laughed.

We both were walking towards my house through woods,which are behind our college.

"So today your mom and dad won't be in home?"Bella asked.

"However they won't be.I moved out six years back,I meet them on weekends",I said.

"Oh..so you stay independent",Bella said and I nodded.

"Dad gave me a personalized condo,so I stay there on my own",I said and we reached my condo.

"Wow..this is looking so beautiful",Bella said looking at my condo.

"You stay alone in such a big house?"Bella asked when I unlocked my condo.

"Yeah,sometimes Ryan and Joe crash in",I said.

My pack meetings are done in my home,as I am the alpha of my pack.

This year I have to take charge as the alpha,with my Luna beside me.

And Bella don't have any idea about it.How should we do it?

"Mahir..this house is so serene..and it's a beauty",Bella said looking around.

I smiled looking at her,she is the elixir of my life.

"Wow..do you..you have a piano?"she stopped looking at my piano.

"Yeah,do you know how to play?"I asked and her face fell.

She was just standing and staring at the piano.
