BELLA HAMILTON

"Bella,what's up with the cardigan?Any problem?"Gram's asked.

"Uh..nope,just I was a bit clumsy.Spilled some ink",I lied.

"OK,be careful from next time.And how was your first day?"she asked.

"Yeah,pretty well.I'll get used to it I think so",I scoffed.

Can't get used to those bullies.

"Don't worry,first day right,it'll be better from tomorrow",she said and I smiled.

I went upstairs and got freshed,sipping on some hot chocolate looking out of the window,thinking about that hotty.

Hotty?

Damn me!

"Why is that guy..I mean Mahir is effecting me so much?I just met him twice",I spoke to myself.

My cheeks warmed up thinking about him,again.

"Get over him Bella,what's wrong with you?"I smiled to myself.

I was feeling to go out and explore the city,Jessica wanted to hang out with me but she backed off.And I'm such a dumb,I didn't take Jessica's and Rose's contacts also.

I sighed and got dressed to go out.I don't want to stay in home all day.

"Uhm..Gram's,I'm going out,is it OK?"I asked when she was reading something in her files.

"Sure Bella,anyone coming along with you?"she asked.

"Yeah,my new friends.Jessica and Rose are coming along",I lied,again.

"OK sweety,be back before sundown.Enjoy",she said.

"Yeah,done",I said and walked out.

I walked from our home into the city.The city was busy with all hustle bustle today,and it was too cool.

A smile etched on my face when I saw the Beatle's cafe.Jessica wanted to take me here.

I sighed and walked in,got myself a table and took out my laptop and book from my bag.

"Welcome to Beatle's mam,what would you like to order?"a waiter asked.

"Yeah thanks,let me just take a look",I smiled and looked at the menu.

"Ohk...one vanilla latte,with extra choco chips",I placed my order and got into my work.

Some calculus work,have to work on it since I'm weak in this subject.

I was having my vanilla latte and sighed when I couldn't tally the remarks,
"Damn..come on,it's the fifth time",I groaned.

"This calculation went wrong",I flinched when I heard his voice,near my neck.

Mahir!

He was leaning on me from behind,working on my laptop.My concentration on calculus was long gone,it was on him.

His breath was fanning my neck,sending tingling sensations throughout my body.My body started sweating even in this cold air around me.

"And now..it's done",he said.

"Huh..oh yeah..yes",I came back to calculus.

He got up and I stood up from my seat,
"I..uh..thanks",I blushed.

"That was a easy one Bella,I can teach you",he said and my insides churned in excitement.

"Yeah...yes",I half giggled and blushed.

"Uhm..take a seat",I said and he took a seat.

"So,hanging out alone?"Mahir asked.

"Yeah,actually Jessica wanted to bring me here,but she had an emergency.And I didn't have Rose's contact..so..yeah,it's just me",I said.

"Oh..Jessica,is she new?"Mahir asked.

"Yes,she is also a new student",I said.

"Ohk.So you are free now?"he asked.

"Hmm yeah,kind of",I smiled.

"Do you mind..for a walk,with me?"he asked hesitantly.

Oh my god!

"Yeah..absolutely",I said.

We paid for our orders and got out of the cafe.And I forgot to mention,he is looking hot in black hoodie.

"You seem like a topper Mahir",I said and he chuckled shoving his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah,I'm just good in studies,people named me as a topper.Wouldn't mind though",he said and I laughed.

"That's so cool",I said.

"So are you liking it here?In Lynwood?"Mahir asked looking at me.

"Actually yes,I am liking it here.But it's just..I'm not used to this cold weather",I sighed rubbing my palms.

"Don't worry,you will feel warm",he whispered and I heard it.

"Did you..say anything?"I smiled and he nodded his head as 'no'.

"And I'm sorry about your parent's Bella",he said.

"That's OK,I think I'm over it now",I smiled.

"What about you?Tell me something about you",I asked and he looked at me with a smirk.

"What do you want to know about me?"he smiled kicking a stone in the way.

"Anything,you seem pretty hot",I bit my tongue and closed my mouth with my hands.

"Really?I'll take that as a compliment",he laughed and I was flushed red.

How did I blurt it out?

"I..I'm sorry",I said and we both laughed.

"There is nothing special about me.Me and my friends,we all are together since our childhood.And until now it's going on good",Mahir said and I nodded.

"Yeah that day..what were you doing near that lake?I mean..Gram's warned me to not to go near the woods and that lake",I asked.

"Right,and what were you doing over there?Even after Mrs.Hamilton's warning?"he asked me.

I walked back to that memory again,Liam!

"OK..so I had a dick of a boyfriend,Liam.I was waiting for that douche over there,but things went out pretty wrong",I scoffed.

"You are still with that douche then?"he asked,his tone now serious.

"Crap no,he is a real dick.He is a pervert,he was back of me in the name of lust.Such an asshole",I cringed.

"That's good,or else I would rip him off into pieces",he said and I halted.

"I mean..such a douche,back of you for lust,that's wrong right",Mahir asked and I nodded smiling.

"Thank God you were there to save me,or else that wolf..fox..whatever it was,it would rip me into pieces",I sighed thinking about that incident.

"Don't worry,just don't go through the woods or near that lake alone.If you want,I can take you there",he said and my insides warmed up.

"Really?You will take me there?"I asked and he nodded.

"Because,that was such a beautiful place.I don't want to miss out that beauty",I said and he smiled.

"I will always protect you Bella",he said and I was lost.

I was lost in his words for me.

Fascinating!

"Yeah..yes",I blinked and averted my gaze away.

If I stare at him for one more minute,I don't know..I may fall week on my knees for this guy.

"If you want..we can go to that lake now,and by sundown I'll drop you back home?"Mahir asked.

Oh my God,I just want the time to stop!

"Yes,definitely.Let's go",I was excited.

We reached the end of the woods,talking some random things.

"I think today is a full moon day right?Gram's said...it is not safe to roam out on a full moon day",I said and Mahir looked at me.

"Mrs.Hamilton said that?Then sure,it is true",he smiled.

"Come on Mahir",I chuckled.

"Why do you think it's not safe?"I asked.

Because since the day I entered this city,I've been warned to not do things and not go to some particular places.

And I want to know the reasons.

"Don't know,maybe because of people vanishing out of the blue...and we are looking into it",Mahir said and I frowned.

"We?"I asked.

"I mean,my dad's a cop.So I keep looking into his investigations sometimes,I try to help him..but until today,there is no clue",Mahir said and I nodded.

"We reached...and what the hell is going on?"Mahir frowned looking straight.

I looked in his direction and I was shocked looking at the crowd,near the lake.

"What's wrong?"I asked.

We both walked forward through the crowd and oh my God!

A girl was pale dead,her skin completely pale due to soaking in water for long time.

"Oh shit..she is the same girl",I gasped covering my mouth and stepped back.

"Bella..you OK?What happened?"Mahir held me.

"Mahir she..she is..the same girl,from my class.She was the one who threw ink on my cardigan",I said,my voice filled with shock and fear.

"Come back..let's move",Mahir said and we stepped back from the crowd.

"Dad",Mahir called and I looked at an officer.

Mahir's dad!

"Zero clue's again,no injuries detected on the victims body,moving the body to the hospital.Over",he finished talking in his walkie talkie.

"Mahir,what are you doing here?"he asked looking at us both.

"We were just passing by dad.How did this happen?Any clue's?"Mahir asked.

"Nope,same as the old cases",his dad said and I closed my eye's,helding Mahir's arm tightly,when I saw the paramedics shifting her body into the ambulance.

"And she is?"he smiled looking at me.

"Dad,she is my new friend.Bella this is my dad,chief Casper Davisson",he introduced us to each other.

"Hello Mr.Davisson,I'm Bella Hamilton",I shaked my hand's with him.

"Nice meeting you dear",he gave a warm smile.

"I think you guy's should keep going.It's not safe here anymore.Bella,don't come here around,it is very nearby to the place you stay.So I suggest you to not come here anytime",Mr.Davisson said and I looked at Mahir.

"Yeah sure,I'll keep that in mind",I said and he nodded.

Mahir was walking me back to my home,from the woods.All the time,I was helding his hand in mine,tightly.

"I just can't believe it..how did...",he cut me off.

"Bella,don't ever think about this again.This is not new,it has been happening since one year.That's why everyone is warning you to be careful",Mahir said.

"And I want you to be safe and out of it,do not enter outside your house after sundown.OK?"Mahir asked.

"OK..OK",I said and he smiled.

"Good,now just don't think about it.Take rest and have a good sleep",Mahir said.

We reached our home,
"Why don't you come in and meet Gram's?"I asked.

"Got to go..some other time?"he said and I nodded.

"Yeah,sure.Bye",I said and he walked away bidding me a good bye.

I straight went to my room and slumped on the bed.

What the hell is happening around?

MAHIR DAVISSON

I felt much alive after talking to her today,but that moment was spoiled within a blink.

Another death!

And today is a full moon day,our transition day!

Who is doing this in our city?

On the last full moon day,there were no deaths in the city.But just as a ritual,someone is killing on the full moon day,on purpose.

I dropped Bella back and started running into the woods fastly,my eye's turning into florescent,and the wolf within me growled.

I ripped my hoodie in anger and was about to change into my wolf form,but Ryan held me.

"Mahir..no..stop",he came and held me.

I looked at the lake which was crowded with people in anger,I growled and stepped forward,dragging my body out of Ryan's hold.

"Mahir..this place is crowded now,get in control..calm down",Ryan said and I closed my eye's.

My breaths were steady and my eye's turned back to my normal brown orbs.

"We can't risk anything now,not on this day and it is crowded with that crime scene",Ryan said and I nodded.

I calmed myself down and Ryan patted my back,
"Let's get back to home",he said and we reached our home.

"Another mysterious death,after one full moon day",Joe said.

"Someone is purposely doing it on a full moon day,trying to get our wolf form out in front of everyone and blaming it on the wolf's,calling it as an animal attack",I shouted pacing to and fro.

"And hitting us right on the spot,the lake",Ryan said.

"Fuck",I shouted throwing a vase on the wall,shattering it into pieces.

"Mahir..anger can't deal with it,you need to calm down.You have to think about it with a calm mind,you can't rush and make a mistake",Rose said making me sit.

I closed my eye's and tapped on the floor with my leg's,
"First..Rose..I need you to cast a spell around Bella's house,immediately",I said impatiently.

"I don't want her to be in danger right now,I can't risk her",I said.

"OK..I will,and you please calm down.Your pack members are waiting for you out there,you need to talk to them Mahir",Rose said.

"No,first..cast the spell..then I'll go out to talk",I said.

Everyone looked at each other and Rose nodded.She lit the candle and sat in front of it,chanting in foreign language and casting a spell.

She wiped her slightly bleeding nose and opened her eye's,
"It's done.Now her house is safe from all four sides.No supernatural creatures can get in there.But it works only until tomorrow afternoon",Rose said.

"That's OK,I just want her to stay away from the danger which is so powerful on a full moon day",I shouted in anger again.

I walked back to my house backyard and saw my pack members waiting for me,Ryan and Joe followed me.

"Today I inform you to change the locations for transition.The lake,it is crowded with humans.And I want us all to split up during transitions.No one should go in groups,it's not safe as of now",I informed them all.

"As you say alpha",they all said and dispersed.

"Ryan,Joe..split up today.Be all alone and...be safe",I said and they nodded.

We came inside and I gulped some water,
"Mahir,I think I could cast a spell and check it out?"Rose advised.

"I don't think we can find anything.There are absolutely no clue's",Joe said.

"He is right,we are empty",Ryan said.

"I just..why not on the last full moon day,like always?"Rose asked.

"On every full moon day there were mysterious deaths taking place in this city.But it didn't happen on last full moon day,this is something we have to look at it",Joe said.

"But this time,that killers hit us on spot,creating a crime scene and gathering crowd near the lake.Who ever it is,they definitely know about our supernatural form,our strengths and weaknesses",I said looking into the woods.

"And today,another innocent died in name of us.All the people who died till today,it's all because of us",I hit the  slider with my palm.

"Why can't they come and attack on us directly?Such cowards?"I growled angrily.

"Mahir,I'm sure.We could see another death on the next full moon day.But this time,we are going to stop it from happening so.We will find out who is doing this and why?"Ryan said.

"There are no clue's found on any victims bodies till date,is it a serial killer,or any animal attacks for real?"Joe asked.

"We would know it if it was an animal attack Joe.It's definitely not an animal attack",I said.

"Any other supernatural...?"Rose asked and we looked at her.

"No..not possible,they were so done before a millennium.They can't be back",I said.

No,it can't be them at all!

They were  gone long before.

"OK..maybe not.But we have to figure it out and stop the next death on the next full moon day Mahir.We can't let another innocent die",Ryan said.

"What does that killer want from us?"I sighed.

"I really don't have any idea.But,we just found your Luna.We have to watch out for her now",Rose said.

"Over my dead body,no one can touch Bella.They have to cross me to reach her",I growled and all three of them were smiling.

"Not only you,they have to cross our whole pack to reach our Luna",Ryan smiled and my thoughts just flew back to her.

"I..I met her today,I spoke to her",I said in a happiness.

"We came by the lake,she is in love with that lake,even after what happened to her over there",I smiled.

"That day,she was so scared looking at the lake.But still she is longing to spend her time near the lake.That lake has a connection with us,our pack.And now,it's pulling Bella also towards it",I said.

"That's where she belongs to right?Just as you,me,Ryan..our pack",Joe said and I nodded.

"These connections and bondings are made even before we are born Mahir,strong and powerful.This city pulled her here,to where she belongs",Rose smiled.

"She is such a good person,how can something happen to her like that?Loosing her parent's in a young age",Ryan said.

"Wait...",I felt something wrong.

"Bella said..her parent's died in a road accident",I said and they all nodded.

"And their faces were not identical when they found out.Isn't it wired?"I asked.

"Yes it is,I doubted the first time when I heard it",Joe said.

"But Mahir,no one knows about her being your mate,your Luna.Why would they want to go after her parent's and her?"Ryan said.

"Maybe someone knew it....even before us",I said and now they all were in deep thinking.

"And her scent too.Bella's scent",Rose said.

"There's someone out there,shielding her scent from other's",Rose said.

"We completely ignored this,thinking that..it's for her safety.But not anymore,we can't ignore any single thing related to Bella",I said.

"Rose,you are the last one in your blood line right?Did anyone from your family mention about any other coven's witches?"I asked.

"As far as I know,all the coven's blood lines ended,except a few.But right now,not present in any of our surrounding territories...I don't think so",Rose said.

"Rose,I want you to check up on the witchcraft books of yours once.Once go through the nearby blood lines and dig up on it",I said.

"But why about the witches blood line Mahir?"Joe asked and I looked at Rose.

"Because,it is only a witch thing",Rose said and I nodded.

"That means..there are more people out there?Like Rose?"Ryan asked.

"Yes,and shielding someone's scent,it's a thing only a witch can do.Which stopped even my spell on Bella,something powerful",Rose said.

"We need to dig up on it as soon as possible",I said and they nodded.

"And I want to know about how Bella's parent's actually died.I will talk with dad about it,we may get a clue",I said.

"Yes,we will definitely find something",Ryan said.

"Guy's,it's time",Joe said and I looked out of the window.

The moon started showing up and sighed closing my eye's,
"Take care guy's,bye baby..be safe",Rose left bidding bye to us and Joe.

I walked out of my home and started running into to the woods,many thoughts running inside my head.

I can't let Bella into this,I don't want her to be in trouble because of me.

She is mine!

"Ahh...",my bones started cracking.

And within no time,I changed into my wolf form.

I looked at the bright full moon and growled,
"Aaawwooo........".
