After few counselling sessions, avni was sure about what career she wanted to persue
(Im not mentioning it- assume according to your preference)

She studied hard& with neil's help, she cleared the enterance exam& got admission in college she wished to

Slowly, her fear of feeling uncomfortable around strangers had also reduced to some extent

Everything remained the same in AvNeil life- avni cuddling into his arms every night, them feeding meals to eachother, their small tom& jerry chase etc

But few things had changed as well-

1 avni had started her college life

2 neil's feelings for avni were increasing every passing day& he was fearful about her response

3 although avni's childishness& extreme love for cartoon& her favourite toys had almost vanished, she still used to behave like a baby in front of neil& he used to love pampering her

Random evening-

Neil returned from hospital while avni had already returned from college& was doing her assignments in her room
Once her college stated, avni used to come to neil's room but at night
She came out on hearing doorbell& happily opened the door

She jumped in his arms while neil stumbled slightly by her sudden move but soon balanced himself
He moved inside& locked the door

Soon they had dinner& then they went to bed

Time flew by& avni had completed her first yr of college &although AvNeil used to argue, it didnt take time for them to patch up with the argument long forgotten

It was a random day at home-

Avni had returned from college& neil anyway had an off
He hadnt told avni beforehand& acted that he had come back from hospital otherwise she would bunk college, just to spend the entire day with him

(Actually the maid had come but neil sent her back so that he can make something different for avni)

Avni came out& smelt a very tasty aroma coming from the dining table

She opened the lids of the bowls& smiled in happiness

Avni hugged neil happily while he smile widely

Neil just pulled the tip of her nose while avni pouted
They had their lunch with lot of teasing &naughtiness

Neil was putting the dishes in the sink when the doorbell rang

Avni peeped through the peep hole &stumbled back on seeing the people on opposite side of the door

Avni didnt reply& straight away clung to neil

Neil was slightly confused but when he opened the door, he understood the reason behind avni's nervousness

Neil didnt want to create a scene so he let them in while avni hid behind neil, shivering

The duo left but not before giving neil a look

Neil locked the door& turned to face avni who at once hugged him& started to sob

Neil started to caress her hair& slowly avni slept- totally over neil while he continued to stroke her hair
Soon he also slept

Although ashish& ayesha's arrival had made avni scared, neil somehow convinced her that she should go to college without any fear

Few weeks later, evening-

AvNeil were having dinner like as always when avni spoke

A-neilu you know i have a classmate adhiraj who claims me as his girlfriend

Neil's eyes immediately widened on hearing what he heard-his heart broke down on thinking that she too, loves her classmates

He felt the air around him suddenly becoming thick bcz the floor swept off his feet, once again

He became too numb to ask anything further & silently had his dinner while avni continued to blabber about how was her day in college,

That night, after making avni sleep, he went to her room room& cried his heart out
It took him hours to digest this fact bcz he knew that he needs to handle himself

He wiped his tears, composed himself, went back to his room& slept on the sofa
Bcz he knew that if he slept next to avni, he wont be able to control his emotions &either break down in tears or end up expressing his feelings for her

Next day-

Neil woke up before avni, though with a tear stained face
He was just not able to face the fact that he has suffered another heartbreak but this time, its unknown& unintentional

He again composed himself &started to maintain distance from avni
Avni did find it weird bcz he had stopped hugging her, letting her cuddle into him or rather even stay in his room for long

A-neilu what has happened to you
Why are you ignoring me& why arent you letting me sleep with you like before?

N(avoiding eye contact)-nothing has happened
Im not ignoring you- im just busy in cases& stay up till long so i dont want to disturb your sleep

But avni was definitely not convinced
Neil was going towards his room when avni held his wrist from behind

Avni kept on insisting& neil finally ended up saying what he had been hiding inside him for months

Neil started moving towards his room bcz he knew that he wont be able to see avni going away from him, in the arms of another man

Suddenly he felt 2soft arm wrapped around his chest from behind
He knew who the person was- undoubtedly, it was his avu

He turned around &saw avni's eyes being blurry
When neil tried to break the hug, avni cluthed his waist even more tight& continued to sob

A-ive never been in love so i have no idea about it
But all i know is that whatever you said, it was directly from your heart neilu
