Zeus POV

Jordan, Felipe, Miguel and I are at the beach sitting down looking at the waves crash on the shore without saying anything until Felipe breaks the silence.

"Do you think she will give him another chance" Felipe asked

"I hope that with what I told her and what I gave her she will at least think of giving him another chance" Miguel said

"What did you give her" I asked

"The photos that Felipe, Jordan and I took when you were in the hospital as well as a DVD of when your mom and dad were showing you photo albums while telling you who was who" Miguel said

"Is that the DVD where we showed him her picture but he didn't recognize her yet said that she was beautiful" Jordan asked

"That's the one" Miguel said

"Thank you Miguel for what you did, I just hope that she will give me another chance" I said

We then stayed for about ten minutes when Trisha appeared in front of us, she tried to kiss me but I got up and started to walk away as well as the boys.

"Why do you not want me" she asked

"Because I already have a mate and children that I love" I said

"But your parents want me and you to be together, our pups would be pure werewolves not half breeds" she said

"I don't care what my parents want, I have a mate who I want to be with as well as to be with our pups" I said

"But why her" she asked

"Trisha I already told you Lupe is my mate and her kids are mine, they are the ones I need to be with not you" I said

"She is a lousy human Zeus how is she going to be the Luna of a pack of werewolves" she said

"She will have us all helping her out" Miguel said

"Zeus baby you and I belong together, you know that just forget her and those kids, let's make a family together" she said

"Never, I will always love her and our kids until my last breath" I said

At that moment there was a gunshot heard and as we looked around neither one of us was shot so we all assumed that she had missed.

"You missed" Miguel said

"Did I" she said

WE followed her eyesight as we turned and saw LUpe with blood on her stomach and hand. I ran to her so fast after she had fallen to her knees just in time that she wouldn't fall all the way down onto the sand. She turned to look towards the direction where the boys had Trisha so she wouldn't run away, then turned to look at me and lifted her clean hand wiping the tear that had fallen from my eyes. I couldn't say anything, I was frozen on the spot as I held my hand on top of hers where she had gotten shot, helping place pressure to stop the bleeding.

After awhile an ambulance pulled up and Lupe was taken to the hospital while Trisha was taken by the pack that owned these lands since she had shot a family member of one of their pack members, what we didn't know is that what Trisha had done was a crime that is paid by death which I told the beta to do as he must because the woman that she had shot was my mate and mother of my pups, they also said that they had already informed Maria and Derek about what happened to LUpe and said that they would meet us there.

When we got to the hospital Maria and Derek were already there. Maria was crying really hard but what worried me was that the twins weren't here with them. I walked up to them but before I could say anything a doctor came out and said that Lupe needed some blood donations since she had lost a lot of hers on her way here, we all offered to donate blood and were taken to a back room where several nurses hooked us up to start drawing blood that they would need for Lupe. After we were all done donating blood we went to sit in the waiting room for any news on Lupe. After about one hour Maria got a phone call and was told that the twins were okay and were still asleep. They also asked about LUpe and Maria said that we haven't heard anything yet but she would keep them informed, the hours seemed to be ticking by too damn slow for my liking.

After a few more hours the doctor came out and said that Lupe was out of surgery and was doing well, they also said that the bullet had missed all major organs so that was a plus. She said that Lupe was still out due to the sleeping medication they had given her through the IV so she wouldn't move during the operation but she would be waking up soon, she then proceeded to take us to the room where Lupe was in and then left staying that she would be back later on to check on her vitals and see how she was doing incase she woke up.

Derek was told to keep everybody informed through a mind link since everybody was praying to the Moon Goddess that everything went well and that Lupe would wake up soon, only time would tell if she would wake up or not although I do hope she will since she is the light of my eyes.
