Mr kim and Mr park was talking while Mrs kim was sitting beside her husband scrolling her phone. Taehyung and jin also joined with the elders. Yn and jennie discussing something. Yeonjun is lost in his world.

Then Mr park said

Mr park: yn princess
, table is ready na? Ask ahjuma

Yn: yes dad.
Mr park: let's have dinner.

Everyone nodded and left to dining area.

There are so many foods. Everyone sat at their places while taehyung sat in front of yn. They starts eating.

Taehyung time to time glance at yn. But she didn't noticed. He was admiring her. He was admiring how cute she is while eating. She is probably looking like a child while eating. Suddenly yn felt his gaze. She looks at him. Their eyes met.

Yn pov

When I felt someone's gaze, I look up to see it was taehyung. Oh god why he is staring me like that? Whenever we make eye contact, I feel something in my stomach. Then I felt like my cheeks turning red. Same things happens now. I finally look away.

After eating dinner, they cut the cake. While cutting, yn and her dad eyes get teary. Yn secretly cries but taehyung notice that.

Taehyung pov

This is the first time, I'm seeing her cry. She's hiding her tears but I noticed it. No matter what, she feels her mother's absence. My hear clenched seeing her cry. And I noticed her dad too. His eyes also get teary. But then my appa comfort them. He loves her so much. Yn is hiding her tears behind her smile. I just wanna hug her and comfort her.

After cutting the cake, they feed each other.

Yn playfully glared at her dad for eating soo much cake.

Mr park: princess don't glare me like that. I promise this is my last piece.

Yn pout while others chuckles

Taehyung proudly smiling at her, how she is taking care of her dad like a kid.

Mr park: she always do with me like that *pout*

Mr kim: she's doing correct buddy. After all you have diabetes na. Daughters are princess of their dad's.

Mr park: yah right. But sometimes cheating is okay na.. isn't princess ?

Yn: dad...

Mr park: I'm kidding. I'm sorry my mother.

Yn laughs at her dad reactions.

After sometimes they all went to yn's room.

Jennie: wow yniee your room is beautiful.

Yn: your appa designed *chuckles*

Jennie: yah how can I forget.

Then jin, yeonjun also entered. They all sat on couch.

Yn: wait I'll bring my phone.

Saying this she was about to exit but she saw taehyung is hesitate to enter in her room.

She smiles secretly and approach him.

Yn: taehyung come inside. *she said softly in her slow voice *

Taehyung nodded and entered. While yn secretly chuckles.

After sometimes yn came and she get panic after seeing her dressing table mess. But they already noticed.

Jin: yn I don't know you're chocolate lover

Yeonjun: noona every girl have make-up sets in their dressing tables, but you have chocolate kits. Woww noona you're unbelievable.

Jennie: *chuckles* really yniee? You're obsessed with this.

Btw this is what they saw

Yn awkwardly laughs .

Yn: I'm.. I'm sorry I just..umm...dad *she don't know what to say, she was definitely embarrassed in front of them*

Taehyung secretly laughs at her which noticed by yn. She looks away while making a pout.

Jennie: ohkay fine. We are just kidding.

They was talking about their childhoods , school times, college, works etc but yn Is only listening to them.

Then

Jin: yn if u don't mind can I see your mom's picture?

Yn: *widen her eyes* yah sure ..

She took the album and shows to them. They're watching with full concentration .

Jennie: woww yn your mom is so beautiful dude.

Yn smiles.

Taehyung pov

When hyung ask her about her mom's pictures, she first get surprised I don't know why but after she shows the album to us. Her mom is really beautiful. I can see little yn, how happy she is in those pictures. Little yn is really cute. Her small family is beautiful.

Jennie: yn if u don't mind, can I ask u something?

Yn: yah go ahead.

Jennie: *hesitate to ask* how your mom died? I mean I'm sorry if my question bothered you. You never told anything about her. So I just... if u don't wanna answer its okay...

Yn: no It's okay. I'm sorry I didn't tell you before. You all always told everything about yours but I never told anything about me.

She look at taehyung before speaking.

Yn: so I was 8 when my mom left us. *she tried hard to not cry* actually that day, I was in my school, studying in 3rd standard. That day, mom went to shopping with her friends. She almost hang out with her friends. Before shopping she went to dad's office to gave his lunch. Lastly they both met at that time. That time dad was in hurry for his meeting. My mom quickly feed him then bid goodbye to dad then left for shopping with her friends..

She was on the way, a truck hit her car. Then she got badly injured and almost gave up her life on road. Then few peoples takes her to the nearby hospital and call my dad. My dad quickly approach her. He was like his world stop seeing her in that condition.

That day, after lunch our maths teacher was teaching us, suddenly someone called her and she look at me while talking. It was principal, after hanging up the call she called me and didn't said anything. She kiss me on my forehead, cheeks then said

Teacher: yn your dad called. He's sending your nanny to pick you up from school now.

I frowned why suddenly dad called. I simply nodded and went back to my seat. After sometime nanny came and I can see her that time her eyes are red Due to crying. I asked

Yn: what happened? Why are you crying.?

Nanny: nothing yn. Let's go.

I was about to ask her something, but before she drag me towards the car and we drove to hospital. When I reached the hospital, my dad already there. He was crying very badly. I never see him crying like that. I run towards dad and hugged him tightly then asked

Yn: what happened dad? Why are u crying? And where is mom?

Mr park: princess *sobbing* your m..mom mom...

He was not able to speak then nurse call him.

Me and dad went inside the room, what I saw was my tears are shedding non stop. My mom was lying on bed and her eyes are half open. She's fully injured. I ran towards mom and hugged her while crying.

Yn: m...mom mom *crying* what happened to u mom? Why are u laying on bed mom. Wake up mom *sob* we'll play mom. This doctor game is over mom. Come on wake up mom. I gave you injection and tablets mom. Now wake up mom we'll play another game.
Dad see mom is sleeping. *she's saying while sobbing*

Mr park don't know what to say, he is just standing hugging yn tightly. Then they heard faint voice.

Dad quickly went towards mom who was breathing heavily. She slowly opened her eyes and looks at me and dad. She faintly smiled.

Yn: dad see mom wake up. *she said while clapping with her tiny hands*

Mrs park: ho..honey *she speak through oxygen mask* I'm.. I'm so...sorry ho...honey. I ca...can't able.. to survive. I br..broke my pr..promise. ta...take care of you and our..pri....princess.

Dad was crying badly with hiccups.

Mr park: honey, don't worry nothing is going to happen to you. You'll be fine. I'll not let you anything happens. You're my life honey. We have our princess . You promised me na honey *sobbing, we'll raise our princess together, now why are u saying like this . *he was crying very badly in his entire life*

Mrs park sadly smiles and looks at her little princess who was shaking in fear.

Mrs park: I'm sorry honey.. princess won't u come to your mom?

Yn ran and hugged her tightly.

Mrs park: princess, for.. forgive your mom. Your da...dad will ta....take care of you. I'll not be with you. But your mom is wa...watching you from sky. Okay? Take care of your dad wh...when you gr...grown up. Mo...mom loves u lots...

I love you honey, and I love you my yn princess. And-

*beep* *beep*

She closed her eyes forever.

Mr park: honeyyyyyyyy *he yelled while crying*

Yn: moooommmmm .... *the little kid was crying while hugging her mother's lifeless body*

Soon doctors came and they look at my dad then said

Doctor: I'm sorry Mr park, I already told you. She'll not survived. May god give u lots of strength..

Saying this he tapped my dad's back and left. Me and my dad broke down in tears while holding my mom's hand.

That day was a black day for me. That day when rain falls, thunderstorms. I can't forget. Kim uncle also came to the funeral.

Saying this yn broke down in tears. She was remembering each and every time of that day.

Yn: after mom's death, dad was in depression for 6 months. He was only on bed for 6 months. My grandmother and nanny took care of me. After 6 months, dad woke up and starts his new life. He is not like that before. My grandmother suggest him to second marriage, but dad never accept it. Whoever talked him about second marriage, he'll get angry and he say

"there is only one person in my life, whether she's alive or not. And I'm not giving her place to anyone. I loved her, I love her and I'll loving her till my last breath. She's only my love. No one deserve her place."

Even dad's friends also tried to make him accept, but dad never listen any of them. After few years my grandma also passed away then dad and nanny only raised me. Dad never make me feel the absence of mom. He always take good care of me including his office works.

Hearing her story, jennie teared up and what's shocking is the boys jin, yeonjun and taehyung was crying badly. While yn was already sobbing while saying.

Taehyung looks at yn, who's sobbing. She looks at taehyung who's eyes are teary. He handed her tissue paper and signaled her to not cry. Yn took the tissue and smiles in tears.

Yn: I'm sorry guys. My story makes u all cry.

The shook their head in negative. Then jin spoke between his sobs

Jin: I'm sorry for you loss. But after listening your story. I would say you're strong yn.

Yeonjun: yah hyung is right proud of u noona.

Jennie hugged yn tightly and patted her back.

Jennie: yniee, I'm sorry because of me, you remembered that days. And you're strong my buddy.

Yn broke the hug and says.

Yn: no it's okay you don't have to be sorry. You all are my friends and you have rights to know about me. *she smiles to divert their mind*

Taehyung, who's observing each and everything of her.

Taehyung pov

How could she hide easily with that smile. I know the pain behind your smile yn. I promise I'll take your every pain in your life and I'll make your life with happiness.

He said to himself while looking at yn who is already looking him.

Taehyung wipes his tears and smile at her which makes her heart beat crazy and erase her tears.

She don't know why, whenever he smiles, talks, or around her, she always feel safe and happy inside.
