"Lee Y/n..."

She beamed happily but Taehyung was frozen at his spot. Jungkook noticed it so he decided to close this topic as soon as possible.

"But how..?" Jungkook asked her.

"I met her at the grocery store and then we became friends. Also, she's com---"

Her words got cut off when the maid came towards them and bowed respectfully.

"Ma'am, the workers have arrived." The maid spoke while her head was hanging down because no can dare to look up in front of Taehyung or near his presence.

"Ohh...let's go." Jisoo said and went with the maid.

"Brother, we have a meeting with our clients at 3 o' clock."

Jungkook informed him but as soon as he heard him he left from there towards his room while his hands were inside in his pocket.

At 2 o'clock

You walked out of the hospital with Minjee after giving the soup and lunch you prepared for them at your house. Suddenly, you remembered about that man who saved you that night from those drunkards and also you promised him that you would pay him the lunch as a thank you.

You checked the time on your wristwatch and sighed in relief that there is still time left for you to go there. You already told this incident to Minjee because you can't hide anything from her and being a best friend Minjee understood you and kept it a secret from others.

You were now heading towards your house with Minjee beside you but you stopped in your tracks when you saw the same park.

"Minjee-ah..." You called looking at her.

"Yes, Y/n. What happened..?" She worriedly asked you.

"Do you remember that man who saved me from those drunkards, and about his promise?" You reminded her making her nod at you as a reply and showing her hand to continue further.

"So, can you please accompany me?" You showed your infamous puppy eyes to her which were Minjee's weakness.

"Okay then, let's go." Minjee sighed and started walking in the direction of the park followed by you who was smiling like a kid.

"You are so sweet, Minjee. I'm grateful to have you in my life." You chirped happily and held Minjee's hand like a kid.

She smiled at your childish behaviour and gripped your hand tenderly. After a few minutes, you two walked inside the park and started looking at the place where you saw him first.

Soon they reached there, and you instantly spotted him who was sitting on that bench with his eyes closed. You smiled at him and looked at Minjee who was busy looking here and there to find him. You pressed her lips together to control your laugh.

"Minjee-ah, look he's there." You spoke, pointing your index finger towards him making Minjee look in that direction.

"Ohhh...he's handsome" Minjee complimented him but you ignored it and started walking towards him where Minjee laughed and followed you.

Once you reached there, you called him by his name with your soft and sweet voice which made him open his eyes instantly.

He looked at you and smiled making you smile back at him while Minjee awkwardly smiled at him. He stood from his place still smiling and tried to hug you but you moved back immediately.

Your action made him come out of his dream and smiled nervously at you.

"I'm sorry Ms. Y/n for my action. I just became happy to see you again."
He nervously spoke with his calm tone.

"Ohh..no no it's ok. It just I don't like when someone hugs me without my permission until I know them." You answered him honestly. He nodded and moved his gaze from you to Minjee who was staring at him.

You followed his gaze and chuckled.

"She's my best friend Minjee." You introduced your best friend to him with a small smile.

He nodded at your statement and forward his hand towards Minjee for a handshake which she gladly accepted. They both shooked their hands together and smiled.

"Hi, Minjee. I'm Park Chanyeol. Nice to meet you." He spoke politely and took his hand back.

"Hello, Mr Park. Nice to meet you too and thank you so much for saving my bestie." She thanked him politely with a small smile whereas he just nodded at her statement and again moved his gaze back to you who was smiling too like them.

"How have you been..and how did you get this...?" He asked her, pointing his finger towards your forehead where he saw a bandaid which made you huff a sigh.

"I'm fine Mr Park, this is just an accident..don't mind it." You lied to him because you don't think it's necessary to tell him.

"Ohh.." He answered.

Suddenly, his phone ringed which diverted his gaze and looked at his phone which was inside his pocket. He took it out and looked at the caller id and instantly declined the call.

You peeked your head at the mobile screen and smiled when you looked at the id name which was written : "🖤My Queen🖤"

"Your wife must be missing you." You teased him but hearing your words, his eyes turned dark but he calmed himself.

"I'm not married Ms Y/n." He answered you with his fake smile which made you crack a nervous smile and spoke,

"Must be your girlfriend, Isn't it..?" You inquired him bewildered whereas he just shooked his head and casually replied,

"She is my sister."

You mouthed 'o' and nervously smiled at your stupidness to ask him that question.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that." You instantly apologized to him.

"No problem Ms Y/n." He smiled.

"Shall we go to the cafe now...?" He asked you ignoring Minjee's presence who was standing there watching their every move. You hesitated at first but anyway nodded your head because you were not alone. But before you can reply to him, your phone started ringing which annoyed Chanyeol but still he composed himself.

You took out your phone to look who has called you, but then you furrowed your brows when you saw an unknown number but you accepted the call thinking it might be important.

You placed your phone on your ear and stopped when you recognized the voice.

"Jisoo.." You spoke through your phone while smiling but on the other hand, Chanyeol's body tensed up after hearing the very familiar name from your mouth. His behaviour didn't go unnoticed by Minjee but she just shrugged it not giving much thought to it.

You cut the call and looked at him apologetically because you have to go now. You sighed heavily and looked at him.

"I'm sorry Mr. Park but I've to go somewhere because of my work..."

He furrowed his brow at your statement and nervously asked,

"W-Where.. And why do you even work..?"

You sighed at his question and decided to answer him.

"Actually my father is hospitalized and we don't have enough money to pay the bills. Also, I will be finding a job from tomorrow and about this work, it's just a party where I'm a chef and nothing else."

He nodded and suggested, "Do u need my help for finding you a suitable job..?"

Your eyes sparkled after listening to him and quickly nodded her head as a yes.

"Then, give me your number..I'll call you if I find any suitable job for you." He said and grabbed his phone from the pocket and moved his phone forward to you. You hesitated first but then give in with a nod. You typed your number in his phone and handed him back.

You bid goodbye to him and left from there.

"Who's this Jisoo..?" Minjee asked you in confusion because you have never mentioned this name to her.

"Ohh..she's the one whom I met in the grocery store and we'll be going to her mansion after 1 hour."

You answered her making her nod at you.

At Kim's Mansion,

Jisoo was sitting with her brothers in the office room. They both were discussing their upcoming meeting with the clients whereas she was busy with her phone calling someone abruptly but that person was not receiving her call. She frustratedly sighed and spoke,

"Why isn't he picking up my calls..?"

Jungkook noticed her frustration so he walked toward her and sat beside her. He was staring at her who was frustrated from calling him again and again. He smiled and decide to tease her.

"Have you annoyed Brother in law so much in these years that he avoids your calls now?"

He teased her to which she glared at him and then looked down at her lap with a sigh. He then tried to ease her worry.

"He must be busy with his work, Noona."

She pouted when she heard him and replied,

"What busy work is he doing that he don't even have time to pick up my calls."

"Don't worry Noona.. he'll call you when he'll be free. Hmm.."

Jungkook softly spoke to her making her nod and stood up from her place and walked out from there to check on the decorations of the mansion.

Jungkook shifted his gaze to his brother who was working on his laptop. He checked the time on his wristwatch and stood up from his place and went nearer to Taehyung.

"Brother, we should go now." He informed him about the meeting to which he looked at him before closing his laptop."

"Hmmm.."

Meanwhile

Minjee and you arrived at the address which was given by Jisoo. You both were stunned to see a modern beautiful mansion which was decorated beautifully with different flowers to make it more elegant and beautiful.

Both of yours gazed cut off when a guard came in front of you as a pillar to which you two nervously looked at him who was staring at you both intensely.

"Hello, Mr. Guard actually we are here as a chef. Can you please let us in..?"

You nervously asked him to which he nodded and moved aside before opening the mansion gate for you both.
Before going inside you both took a glance at the name of the mansion "KIM MANSION" which was beautifully printed in black bold letters on gold plated metal which was hung beside the gate of the mansion.

You and Minjee sighed and looked at each other and spoke together,

"He was scary..!"

Both of you laughed at the same time at the statement which was for the guard and went towards the door of the mansion which leads to the living hall.

You went inside with Minjee while admiring the interior designs of the mansion. You felt the weird feelings inside your heart after entering the mansion but you shrugged them off.

"God, I hope I won't make any mistakes here." You mumbled to yourself while praying.

Taehyung was coming downstairs while talking on the phone followed by Jungkook for going out to the meeting. Taehyung felt something inside him but he ignored it instantly.

You both were feeling something inside them. Taehyung lowered his phone from his ear while you darted your eyes everywhere to know why you were feeling something different here. You both tried to ignore this feeling and started walking towards each other, separated by mere feet, hidden from each other by the decorations that workmen were carrying between them.

Taehyung froze in his tracks because of his feelings, the last time he had this feeling was when you were right in front of him.

"No, she's not here. I don't want to think about her..."

Taehyung mumbled to himself tried to look at his right but didn't see anyone because of workmen between them. The workmen were going from there but before he can spot you Jungkook called him.

"Brother, we are getting late."

Jungkook informed him making him dart his gaze to Jungkook and hummed in response ignoring his sudden feeling.

They went out of the mansion while you and Minjee were looking all where like a lost child not until a maid approached you.

"How may I help you, ma'am?" The maid bowed to which both of you bowed at her too as respect.

"Umm..do you know where Jisoo is..?" You asked the maid.

"Ohh..Jisoo ma'am, follow me I'll take you to her." The maid answered and started walking towards the kitchen area, you two followed her from behind.

Soon you reached where the maid spotted the Jisoo and a middle-aged lady was with her. They were discussing the preparations and decorations with the maids.

"Jisoo ma'am, someone came to meet you." The maid bowed and informed Jisso before leaving there with all the maids.

"Y/n, you came at the right time. You can start your work now." She spoke politely to which you nodded and smiled at her.

"Y/n, meet.. she's my Aunt, and aunt she's Y/n about whom I talked in the morning." She introduced you and Mrs Jeon to each other. You bowed at her respectfully while Mrs Jeon just rolled her eyes at you and instantly left from there.

Jisoo apologized to you for her aunt's behaviour to which you responded that it was fine. Jisoo flashed her smile at you and soon her attention went to Minjee.

"Y/n, who is she..?" Jisoo asked you in confusion while pointing her finger at the Minjee.

"Jisoo, she is my friend. I asked her to accompany me. Is that okay..?" You nervously spoke to her whereas she chuckled at your question.

"Of course. I don't have any problem and I should go now as I have to check how much work is left and yeah if you have any problems while finding things then please ask the maids present here." She informed you before going out from there.

"Y/n, she is nice." Minjee spoke.

"I told you she is very nice." You chuckled at her. Soon, you started doing your cooking while Minjee was helping you.

After 2 hours,

You and Minjee both were done with the cooking. At the same time, Mrs Jeon and Jisso entered the kitchen to check on the food. A smile crept on Jisoo's face when her nostrils hit the aroma of food while Mrs Jeon rolled her eyes at you two.

"Y/n, the food you made has a delightful aroma..." She stated to you making you smile. You guided her to taste the food you made.

Jisoo tasted the food and her eyes lightened up after stuffing the food inside her mouth.

"Y/n, your food not only has the delightful aroma but the taste too." Jisoo complimented you while Mrs Jeon moved Jisoo aside and took the spoon to taste it. Her eyes sparkled after tasting it but soon turn her face into poker.

"It's not bad..." Mrs Jeon voiced out making you pass her a small smile. You bowed and thanked her respectfully.

Mrs Jeon phone started ringing which she left from there. Now, only three were left in the kitchen except a maid who was arranging the wine bottles.

"Y/n you are truly a great cook." Jisoo again complimented you whereas you just thanked her grinning proudly. Well done Y/n..

Jisoo got a message on her phone but when she looked her mood drowned which didn't go unnoticed by you and Minjee.

"What happened Jisso..?" You asked her worriedly to which she sighed and answered,

"Actually my husband won't be able to present here at the party as his friend got into an accident and he messaged me that he's home now to take bath and then he'll go to the hospital."

"Ohh..." You were surprised because you didn't think that Jisoo is a married woman.

"I should go now, what if he needs something." She excused herself and went out of the kitchen.

"Yahh...Y/n her husband is lucky to have such a beautiful and kind lady in his life. I hope he won't hurt her in the future." Minjee stated making you humm as a response.

''I'm getting bored here Minjee." You pouted with a sigh.

"Me too. Let's go outside." Minjee suggested whereas you furrowed your eyebrows at her.

"Why.. and what if something happens...?" You questioned her not sure whether it's good to go or not.

"Aish...to lighten up our mood and don't worry nothing gonna happen." Minjee assured you and you nodded cutely and soon you two walked out of the kitchen.

You two were now out of the kitchen roaming in the living room while watching the decorations which were on the edge of completion. Both of you were now standing beside the sofa of the living hall but suddenly Minjee phone rang to which she huffed and took it out to receive it.

"Y/n don't go anywhere. I'll be back in 2 minutes." Minjee declared making you nod at her as a response and you stood there while watching Minjee who was walking to the corner to talk on the phone.

You sighed and looked here and there but your eyes caught something... not something but someone who was coming in your direction. Fuck!

"Oh God, what is this devil doing here..?" You muttered and tried to find a place to hide from him. You looked towards the stairs and soon started climbing and went upstairs to the mansion.

Jungkook was parking the car outside the mansion, while Taehyung came inside going towards his room. He again felt that feeling so he looked upward but found no one other than maids and workers. He shrugged it and started going upwards towards his room.

You found a room which was near the corridor and was already opened. You took this as a chance and hurriedly went inside the room to hide from him.

You heaved a breath silently while praying to God to save you from him. You looked around the room which was 3 times bigger than your room. You found makeup products on the mirror table to which you assumed that it must be Jisoo or Mrs Jeon's room.

You peeked your head outside to look whether he was here or not but you found him coming nearer to you which tensed your both mind and body.

Taehyung was on track but stopped when he felt that feeling again like you were near him but that's not possible because how you can be here in his mansion. Taehyung again started marching towards but his mind was somewhere else but suddenly he bumped into someone.

The worker's body tensed up after seeing the person with whom he bumped just now. So, he instantly bowed and apologized to him while looking down to the floor.

"I'm sorry sir, I didn't see you.." The worker apologized to him even though he wasn't who bumped but Taehyung.

"Can't you fucking see where you're going.., the cost of your mistake can be your job...UNDERSTAND...!"

He shouted at him to which the worker bowed and apologized multiple times not to remove him from this job.

You saw how he was shouting at that poor worker. You were still looking out of the door but suddenly the bathroom door opened in that room. Chanyeol was shocked to see you in his room but you still didn't notice anyone's presence in the room which relieved him. He immediately went back into the bathroom to hide from you and closed the door silently so that you couldn't hear him.

Taehyung was busy shouting at that poor man constantly. You took this as a chance to escape from him so you ran frantically through the unfamiliar corridors and leapt into a room but little did you know that the room you entered belonged to him, the devil himself. You looked inside the room and were amazed by the beauty of the room.

You heard the footsteps coming nearer to you which shivered you internally and then did something that only you can do.

You jumped into his closet without thinking twice as no thoughts were coming to your mind as you were afraid to get caught. You closed the closet door abruptly and sat quietly between his clothes which were hanging.

Taehyung opened the door of his room and entered inside. He was talking with his secretary on his phone about the upcoming project. He directly went to the closet and opened it halfly. You realized that he was coming straight to you to which you shifted a little deep inside the closet.

He stretched his hand inside the closet and absently looked for a new suit while on the phone, almost touching you as you handed him a black one. He took it and closed the closet.

Seconds later, he realized something is wrong so he ended the call instantly and looked back at his closet but he found nothing but silence.

I think … could she be here? But no, she can’t be. I think I felt her downstairs. And … Get a grip Taehyung, she’s not here, she must be at her house.... and she’s definitely not in your damned closet...

He thought to himself and started to leave from there. He almost left but your sequel of pain as you bumped your head into something to which you hissed loudly but immediately closed your mouth and cursed herself, it stopped him in his tracks. I'm dead now..

He strode to his closet, hardly daring to hope, and opened the door to find you sitting there with your hands over your eyes, mumbling God's name over and over again.

"What the hell..." 

He was utterly flabbergasted.

When he saw you in the closet, he was startled, to say the least. You removed your one palm from your one eye and looked at him with one eye closed. He didn't know whether to believe it or not that you were there sitting in his damn closet. You looked so beautifully innocent, untainted by the material world.

"Angel, what are you doing here...?"
