Humaid's pov

Today I am hanging out with Sk, And the rest of his friends. SK is my new friend. his real name is Sanusi Kamal but he prefers us to call him SK.

We met on the day I visited Silverbird with Walida, walida is the girl from the train station who insulted safeeya. we met again at a conference meeting and we exchanged contacts.

Then we started hanging out on her request.

"Mehn. Look at that girl. SK stop the car please" Hashim, one Of SK's friends said, as we drove past a beautiful girl who looked so innocent In her mini hijab and a beautiful Abaya.

"Hashim Kennan " they hailed while stopping right in front of the beautiful girl.

"Asalamualaikum (peace be unto you)" Hashim said on getting down from the car.

They conversed for a while with her passing him her phone in other to collect his number, I guess.

"Wow you did that so fast," I said, I was amused.

"Yeah, and guess who is calling?" He asked showing us his phone.

"Who?" We all asked in unison as we parked in front of the Cafe.

"The girl, Maimon," he said, "okay I'll save your number now, we'll chat on WhatsApp right?" He said as he immediately picked up the call.

"Bye," he rounded up his call and faced us while we were looking at him in Amusement.

"What?" Hashim asked, while we all walked into the cafe and sat in our normal spot close to the big view window.

"Hashim you no dey tire for woman(Aren't you tired of women?)" Zaki who hadn't said a thing in a while said.

"Why will I get tired of them? When God has given them to us?" Hashim says while typing away on his phone.

"What if Barira finds out?" Sk asked and Hashim hissed.

"Barira is my main, my wife. And if she finds out she knows I will never live here for them." he simply said while the waiter took our order.

"Humaid this one you are quiet, what's up?" Zaki asked.

"Nothing, I am just thinking about something" I simply said.

"Or are you thinking about your wife?" Hashim said while chuckling.

"Forget about her,  that one na wife? (Is she even wife material?)" I hissed. After meeting his wife and the rest, I got to know that there was more to a wife than beauty.

Safeeya Is terrible at speaking English, I dare not even Introduce her to my friends because I know they'll mock me when she speaks her stupid forced English. hearing her speak, you will immediately know that she is illiterate.

"Then why are you keeping her?" Sk asked whilst chuckling.

"For her body,  what else, Because I need to feed my desires with her smelly body." I found myself saying.

"Babaaa!!!!!!" Zaki hailed.

"Well I can't take her out, she only knows how to cook local food and she is classless when it comes to dressing. and to add to it, she has a bad body odor. I have tried my best to make her wear perfume. but she complains that it chokes her." thinking about it, Safeeya is so damn local.

"Why did you marry such a woman then?" They All asked in unison.

"My mum, she made me marry her," I said, forgetting the fact that I also liked her too.

"Hmm... Humaid you have Walida by your side, so just, you know, have fun with her and as it is I know she likes you." Hashim said.

"No no, it could lead to Adultery," I said feeling a bit scared about that.

"See this one (are you kidding me?), look! have to fun my man. As for me, I can't be staring at a girl like Walida without having some fun with her." Said Zaki as he sipped his chocolate drink.

"SK, how about your father's campaign? how is it going ?" Asked Hisham, SK's dad is contesting for the post of president and with the looks of things, he might end up winning.

"It's going great, All the prominent leaders are on his side, trust me. We go win am! (we shall win!)" SK said proudly. I wish I could brag about my dad like this. but poor me, my father is a nobody.

"I think we should get going, my wife is calling me," Zaki said. staring at his phone so Lovingly.

"Yes me too, Asad might be missing me." SK, the only bachelor amongst us said. referring to his little brother who he lived alone with.

We all decided to call it a day and go to our houses, but I decided to go to Walida's Apartment, having what Zaki said in mind.
