You were hurrying after two kids,both black furred mief'wa,as the three of you happily chased each other through town.
"Can't catch us Name!" They said in unison.
Everything started to fade away...
Your eyes shot open as you sat up quickly,giving a quick gasp as your breathing became faster.
You look around,you were in a small room,not much,just sort of a guest room,nothing special.
You looked down at your arm and saw it was bandaged up,but that wasn't the only thing you noticed,you had new clothes on.

You were about to get up to look around,when you heard the door open,and heard a calm voice.
"Ah,you woke up,I was starting to think you never would."
You looked up to see a women with auburn-red hair,which fell over one of her shoulders,and smokey gray eyes,that compliment her hair and skin color very well in your opinion.
She as well had a gray top,which revealed her midriff slighlty,a pair of brown trousers,goggles,and leather gloves.
"My name is Nicole,I'm the lord here in Scaleswind,my guards came running to me saying you fell unconscious at the gate with bleeding wounds,what happened to get you so injured and exhausted?" She asked as she sat next to you on the bed.
"Well,you see-"
But before you could finish your statement,a small blue haired boy comes dashing through the door,Jamari wrapped around his arm,the boy swinging said limb around in a panic.
"Get it off! Get it off!"
The women,who you now know is named Nicole,seemed shocked and a bit disappointed,but you simply gave an annoyed sigh,she looked at you as you stood up calmly and walked over,kneeling down,and patting the floor.
"Jamari,cmon boy,come here."
With those words your scaled companion unwrapped from the boys arm,and slithered over,coiling up around yours,coming around and resting his head on your other shoulder.
"That's a boy Jamari,that's a good boy." You said in a calm way as you gently rubbed the upper side of your finger under his chin.
"Good boy!? He attacked me!" The blue haired kid said in a panicked manner.
"Did you do anything to anger or scare him Dmitri?" Nicole asked in a slightly annoyed tone.
"I didn't do anything mom! It just wrapped around my arm and started to squeeze it tight!" The boy,who you presume is Dmitri,hollered in a scared way.
You picked up a faint metallic smell,and saw a bit of red on the ground where Jamari slithered to you,as well saw a crimson stain on Dmitri's sleeve.
"Dmitri,are you bleeding? Were you injured?" You asked,kneeling back down in front of him.
"Yeah,I cut my arm running through the garden,cut it on a thorn bush,so I pulled my sleeve down to cover it while I came in to find my mom." He said,holding the wound a bit.
"That explains it,Jamari wasn't attacking you,he was trying to help you." You said as Jamari gave a nod.
"Help me!? How!?" Dmitri explained in a shocked manner.
"He's trained to wrap around somebody's wound,to stop it from bleeding." you spoke in a calm manner.
"Well,he defiantly has a kind way of doing it!" He said sarcastically.
Nicole then whacked him in the head,knocking him off his feet as he yelped.
"Dmitri! Don't be so rude,their companion was just trying to be kind. Now apologize,go bandage that wound,and take 3 laps for that sarcasm!" Nicole snapped at her son.
"But mom-!" Dmitri started but never finished.
"Now Dmitri!" Nicole snapped at him once more.
"Fine. I'm sorry for how I acted," he said facing you.
"It's okay,I forgive ya" you said in a casual way.
He then nodded and hurried off to tend to his injury.
"I'm so sorry about Dmitri,he's my son,but I feel like he's a whole different person sometimes,so I gotta knock him back to reality once or twice," she said with a sigh.
"It's alright,he's a kid,he needs to learn," you said giving an understanding look.
"Now,how about we head down and quickly get something to eat,your thin as a twig,it surprises me how you ran as fast as my guards say you did," She said with a slight joking tone.
"Sure,I haven't had a good meal in a while," you said as you stood from kneeling,and the two of you headed downstairs.
