All you could hear was forks hitting plates as our 'family" sat at the dinner table. Gaby looked at me from opposite the table, her eyes slightly glossy making my heart sink. She looked back down at her plate and I did the same. A hand is placed on back and I look up to see Adam looking down at me, his eyes looking just like Gaby's but his lips held a small, weak smile.

My father, mother, and Holly were carrying on with their dinner, they had no clue of what would be taking place later tonight, only Adam and Gaby knew. I finished up my food before standing up from the table, taking my plate with me to the kitchen. I placed it in the sink before walking up the stairs. I reached underneath my bed and pulled out the heavy suitcase that was filled with my clothes.

Yes, I decided I'm going to leave with Jason. I know what you're thinking, this is crazy, how can I just leave my family for some boy? Well he's not just some boy, he's the boy I love, the boy who's fought for me more than anyone else in my life has ever. My parents mean nothing to me compared to him. He holds my heart and he will forever, I am not willing to give him up just to please other people.

I pulled my suitcase behind my room door, leaving it there so when I had to leave I didn't need to struggle. I walked into my closet and pulled on my black leggings along with an oversized blue woollen jumper and my Nike sneakers. I walked out of the closet and over to my bed, sitting down comfortably while holding my phone in my hand. My room door opened and Gaby walked inside, shutting the door behind her quietly.

"I can't believe you're actually gonna do this." She whispered, glancing at my suitcase before looking at me. "I'm gonna miss you so much." She choked out, coming to sit down next to me.

"I'm gonna miss you too, Gabs." I whispered, wrapping my arms around her neck and pulling her into a hug. She hugged me back and I felt her tears hit my neck.

"Are you sure you w-wanna do this?"

I felt tears sting my eyes as I pulled back from out hug "I am, Gaby. I love him and if I stay here, I'll never be able to be with him or ever see him again. I've never felt this passionate about anything, Gaby, I can't let him go."

She nodded her head, tears still running down her cheeks "Okay." She sighed, sniffling.

"I love you, Iris."

"I love you too." I swallowed the lump in my throat. "Gaby, please don't cry, you're gonna
make me cry."

She smiled slightly, wiping her eyes "Sorry."

I shrugged, giving her another hug. "Jason said that whenever you want to come and visit, just tell me and he'll arrange a ticket for you, any time you want."

She smiled, pulling back from the hug "Really?"

I nodded my head, smiling back at her "Yeah."

"I want to, when school ends, I want to come and visit, tell him that." She said, her eyes looking less sad now and more excited. I giggled and nodded my head.

"I will tell him."

My room's door opened again and this time Adam walked inside, closing the door behind him before holding his arms open. I smile, jumping up from the bed before launching into his arms.

"He better treat you right, or I'm coming after him." He said, holding onto me tight.

"He will." I whispered, burying my head in his neck.

"I'm gonna miss you, Adam."

"I'm gonna miss you too, kid, so, so much."

We broke apart and I bit my lip, "I told Gaby that Jason said if she ever felt like visiting, he'll buy her a ticket. He told me that I should tell you that too. Whenever you feel like coming to see me, just let me know, okay?"

"That'll be real soon, I guarantee you."

He smiled, kissing my forehead. "I love you sis."

"I love you too, Adam."

I felt a lump in my throat as I looked at the two of them "This is crazy." I chuckled, "A year ago I wouldn't even have pictured myself falling in love, never mind elope with my criminal boyfriend."

They both chuckled lightly and I heard my phone start ringing. I walked over to my bed and picked it up, placing it to my ear.

"Hey." I whispered, already knowing it was Jason.

"Hey, baby girl, you ready?"

'I am." I said, looking at Gaby and Adam. "Are you here?"

"Almost, I'm just around the corner. I'm gonna come to your balcony, wait for me there, okay?"

"Okay."

"I'll see you soon, I love you, baby."

"I love you too, Jason." I smiled, biting my lip while looking at the floor before hanging up the phone. I grabbed my suitcase before motioning to the balcony doors.

"He wants me to wait for him on the balcony."

They nodded and followed me out onto my balcony doors. A few minutes later, Jason came around the side of the house, looking up at the balcony for me. He smiled when he saw me and I smiled back, all my worries flooding away when he came into view.

"Throw me your suitcase." He whisper-yelled as he stood underneath my balcony. I nodded and looked at Adam who picked it up before tossing it down. Jason caught it swiftly before placing it gently on the ground next to him. He looked back up at me and smiled, holding
out his arms.

"Alright, now you, baby."

I nodded, "Just give me a minute."

I turned to Adam and Gaby, tears threatening to fall from my eyes now. "I'll see you guys."

I took them both into my arms, hugging them both really tight. "Remember you can come and visit me anytime you want to, just tell me okay? And make it really soon." I whisper, pulling back from the two of them. "I love you guys."

I kissed their cheeks before giving them a small smile. "Thank you for supporting me and Jason, you two are honestly the only true family I have."

They both smiled at me before Gaby said: "We love you too, call us when you land."

She kissed my cheek and Adam nodded, doing the same. "And don't worry about us visiting, it will be really soon."

I smiled, climbing over the railing. "Bye guys." I whispered, glancing back at them.

"Bye." They both said before I jumped off of the railing, landing into Jason's strong arms. He placed me on my feet before pulling me into a kiss. His lips gentle and soft against mine.

"You ready to go, princess?"

I nodded my head, smiling at him and he smiled back, grabbing my suitcase and my hand before leading me away from the house. I looked back at Adam and Gaby, waving to them and they waved back. Jason and I reached his car and he held open my door. I got inside and he placed my suitcase in the trunk before getting in on the driver's side. He began driving and I bit my lip, my eyes staring at him. His one hand was resting in his lap as he used the other one to drive.

Slowly, I reached over and took his hand in mine, intertwining our fingers. He smiled, looking over at me before pulling my hand up to his lips, kissing my knuckles. The rest of the drive was quiet, a comfortable silence engulfing the two of us. He pulled up to the airport and we got out, him grabbing my suitcase before taking me inside. I saw Alex and the rest of Jason's gang, which was a lot of people. He handed one of the guys' my suitcase and said something to him before he walked away. Jason walked over to the seats where Alex and the gang was sitting and took a seat, pulling me down next to him.

"Hi Alex." I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Hey, Iris." I licked my lips, laying my head on Jason's shoulder. He pulled his arm around my shoulders, still holding my hand before kissing my forehead.

"You okay, baby girl?"

I nodded my head, looking up at him with furrowed eyebrows, "You know what I just realized? You haven't even told me where we're going yet."

He smiled softly, his eyes staring into mine, a certain glow in them that made my stomach flutter. "Italy, baby ... We're going to Italy."

I gasped, my eyes widening in excitement, "What? Are you serious?"

He nodded his head, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear while smiling softly at me "Italy, baby."

I grinned, staring at him in awe. "Oh my gosh, I can't believe you're taking me to Italy."

He chuckled, kissing my lips, "I know you've always wanted to go there, I wanted you to be comfortable and happy with where we settled. It's the least I could do after asking you to do all of this for me."

I smiled at him softly, shaking my head. "Even if it wasn't Italy we were going to, I wouldn't have minded, all I want is!to be with you, Jason."

He sighed, his thumb stroking my cheek. "I just feel terrible for asking you to make such a big decision."

"Don't." I whispered, taking his hand in mine. "I'm doing this because I love you, I wanna spend the rest of my life with you, no matter where we are."

He smiled, licking his lips before he kissed me, his hands cupping my cheeks. I held onto his t-shirt, my fingers clutching onto the soft material.

"Guys.." Alex called, making us break apart, "We gotta go." He said, smirking at the two of us. Jason nodded his head, standing up before holding his hand out to me.

"Come on, baby girl."

I took his hand, letting out a deep breath before standing up. We began walking towards the departure doors along with his gang. "So." I giggled, looking up at him. "We're kinda like Bonnie and Clyde, huh?"

He chuckled, shaking his head, his breath on my face "No, Bonnie was bad ass just like Clyde. and you're my good girl, remember?"

I smiled, my cheeks flushing "Fine, then Jason and HIS good girl."

He smiled, stopping in the middle of the passage, just before we had to get onto the plane. "And oh, how he loves that good girl so much... He loves her now and he'll love her forever."

"And that good girl loves her Jason, just as much." I smiled as he leaned down, kissing me softly one more time before we boarded the plane and never looked back.
