Damian's POV

The door opens and Jason walks in. I put my finger to my lips and motion to Jo who's asleep in my bed with the duvet on her.

Jason smiles at me, "So just to make this clear, Bruce is ok with this?" Jason asks and I narrow my eyes.

"She's not my girlfriend Todd, she's only a friend." I say seriously and he nods.

"I bet she would be your girlfriend if Bruce allowed it." He says then sighs, "that's why I don't listen to him, his rules stop you from living a life." He says then pats my shoulder, "If I were you I'd ask her out before someone else does, chicks like her go quickly." Jason says then leaves and I close the door behind him and lock it.

"Mmhhh." Jo groans turning over, "Damian?" She asks tiredly and I go up to her.

"What?" I ask and she opens her icey blue eyes and looks up at me.

"Nevermind." She says then gets up and takes a rubber band from my desk and ties up her hair, something she barely ever does and lies on the bed looking at the ceiling.

"What's your dad like?" She asks and I shake my head smiling and helping her up. She always asks the most random questions.

"He'll be home tonight before me and him go out for patrol, you can meet him." I say and a small smile forms on her face as she goes to my door and unlocks it then goes downstairs and into the living room. I've already gave her a tour of the place before she fell asleep and I put her to bed.

I go into the kitchen where Alfred and Jason are. Jason is sitting on one of the stools guzzling down a beer like a child would with apple juice.

"How is your girlfriend master Damian?" Alfred asks, "Master Jason said you were-"

"She is not my girlfriend pennyworth, Jason is lying as usual. Josephine is my friend." I say annoyed at everyone who keeps saying we're more than friends.

"I'm home early." Father says behind me and Jason chokes on his beer.

"Y-You aren't meant to be home for-" Jason stutters suprised he was caught drinking. Stupid Todd and his 'totally fool-proof' plans. He gets busted everytime without fail. He should know by now you can't hide anything from Batman.

"I know, for another 3 hours but I had to meet Josephine and see if she was alright, that and I heard you were onto a criminal I am working on. Also the next time I see you drinking or smoking you're going straight to rehab because you're 19 and you shouldn't be drinking or smoking or taking drugs like you do." Father says unhappy with Jason and I smile earning me a glare from him, "I also might have a location on Josephine's father."
