Once upon a time, long, long ago... well, more like 20 years ago... Belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends.

Big cake.

Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks... basically all the really interesting people... and he booted them off to the isle of the lost with a magical barrier to keep them there.

This is my hood. No magic. No wi-fi. No way out. Or so I thought. Hang on, you're about to meet us. But first this happened.

Ben pov

Sleeve. Head. Ah-ha! the tailor said as he got my measurements for my new suit for my coronation

As he was working my mind kept wondering back to my proclamation of letting the children of the isle come to auradon.

My girlfriend Athena and best Andrew thought it was the most terrible idea I could have thought of. I just hoped my parents wouldn't think so.

How is it possible that you're going to be crowned king next month? You're just a baby! my dad said as he and my mother belle came in

He's turning 16, dear. mom reminded

Hey pops I said

16? That's far too young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42. dad said

Uh, you decided to marry me at 28. mom said looking at him with her arms folded

Ah, it was either you or a teapot. dad said as mom glared at him

Kidding dad said

"Mom, dad...I've chosen my first official proclamation. I've decided that the children on the isle of the lost be given a chance to live here in Auradon". I said as mom dropped the shirt she was folding in shock "Every time I look out to the island, I feel like they've been abandoned".

The children of our sworn enemies, living among us? dad asked

We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. I've already chosen them. I said

You have? Dad asked

"I gave you a second chance." Mom said looking at dad "Who are their parents?"

Cruella De Vil... Jafar... Evil Queen... and Hades. I said as everyone looked at me shocked when I said Hades name

Hades! he is the worst villain in the land! Dad yelled

Dad just here me out. I said

I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes. Dad said

But their children did nothing! They haven't had a chance to learn what it means to be good. I said as dad looked at me a long time.

I suppose their children are innocent. dad said as I smiled

Well, well done. Shall we? mom said as she and my father left.

I was currently in an alley way hanging out with my three companions Evie, Jay and Carlos spray painting my dad's symbol with long live evil on it

(Hope)

After me and my friends finished our song I bent down and stole a lollipop from a baby that I was passing by making my friends cheer

But suddenly bystanders ran away in fear and I knew why

Hey dad. I said turning around to see my father Hades

Stealing candy, Hope? I'm so disappointed. Dad said

It was from a baby. I said proudly

That's my evil little firecracker dad said taking the lollipop from me and spitting on it before he gave it back to the dreadful child

Dad! I said

"It's the deeds, Mal, that make the difference between mean and truly evil.

When I was your age, I was stealing souls. Dad said "I'm just, just trying to teach you the thing that really counts... how to be utterly despicable and purely evil".

I know that. And I'll do better. I said

Oh! There's news! I buried the lede. You four have been chosen to go to a different school... In Auradon. dad said

He couldn't be serious.

What? I'm not going to some boarding school filled to the brim with prissy pink princesses! I said

And perfect princes. Evie said as I glared at her

Ugh Evie said

Yeah, and I don't do uniforms. Unless It's leather. You feel me? Jay said

I read somewhere that they allow dogs in Auradon. Mom said they're rabid pack animals who eat boys who don't behave. Carlos said

Yeah, dad, we're not going. I said

Oh, you're thinking small, firecracker. It's all about world domination. Dad said as we walked back to his lair in the underworld that was in the isle

You will go. You will find fairy godmother and you will bring back the magic wand. Easy peasy. dad said sitting on his throne

What's in it for us? I asked

Matching thrones. His-and-hers crowns. Dad said

Um, I... I think she meant us. Carlos said pointing to us

It's all about you and me, baby girl. Do you enjoy watching innocent people suffer? Dad said

Well, yeah. I mean, who doesn't...i said

Well, then get me the wand and you and I can see all that and so much more. And with that wand and my ember, I will be able to bond both good and evil to my will! Dad said

Our will! The evil queen said

Our will dad said

And if you refuse, you're grounded for the rest of your lives, missy. dad said

Dad that's not fair. I said

Hope how many times as I told you life isn't fair dad said as we started to have a staring contest and of course dad won

Fine. Whatever. I said

I don't know why you have to be so dramatic hope, your just like your mother dad said as I looked at him

Evie my little evil-lette in training. You just find yourself a prince with a big castle and a mother-in-law wing. evil queen said

And lots and lots of mirrors! Evie and her mother said in unison

Ah! Evie explained with a smile

No laughing no smiling. Wrinkles. Evil queen reminded as Evie's smile fell

Oh, well, they're not taking my Carlos, because I'd miss him too much. cruella said

Really, mom? Carlos asked

Yes. Who would touch up my roots, fluff my fur, and scrape the bunions off my feet? cruella said

Yeah, maybe a new school wouldn't be the worst thing. Carlos said

Oh, Carlos, they have dogs in Auradon. cruella said

Oh, no! I'm not going! Carlos said as dad groaned

Well, Jay isn't going either. I need him to stock the shelves in my store. By the way Jay what did you score? Jafar asked as Jay started to empty out his pockets

Oh. Ooh. A lamp. Jafar said grabbing it and started to rub it

Dad. I already tried. Jay said

Evie's not going anywhere until we get rid of this unibrow. Evil queen said

What is wrong with you all? People used to cower at the mention of our names! For 20 years, I have searched for a way off this island. For 20 years, they have robbed us from our revenge... Dad said looking at the evil queen 

revenge on Snow White and her horrible little men. He said making her frown slightly

Revenge on Aladdin and his bloated genie! Dad said getting jafar all upset

I will..Jafar said as Jay grabbed him

Pop! Jay said

Revenge on every sneaky dalmatian that escaped your clutches. he said looking at cruella

Oh, but they didn't get baby. They didn't get the... They didn't get the baby! cruella said talking to her stuffed dog

And I, Hades...The evilest of them all, I will finally have my revenge on my nephew. Villains! Dad said

Yes they said

Our day has come. E.Q., give her the magic mirror. dad said as EQ pulled out her pocket sized magic mirror

Yeah, well, it ain't what it used to be, but then again, neither are we! It will help you find things. evil queen said

Like the magic wand! Hello! dad said he went over to his truck and pulled out a small box and handed it to me along with a spell  book

I opened the box to see a necklace with a red ember

It's this your ember I asked

Oh evilness no. You're not ready nor have you proved to me that you can handle the power of my ember. This is your own ember it's not as powerful as mine but it will be enough for you to get the job done dad said.

The future of the free world rests on your shoulders. Don't blow it.  dad said as the limo pulled up in front of the cave

Talk about no pressure I thought

Hope! Dad yelled as me and my friends and our parents walked outside to the limo

Ah! Smells like common folk. the evil queen said

Come back here, now! Carlos! Ingrate. cruella said as Carlos ran and got into the limo after he put his bag in the trunk

Bye-bye. Bring home the gold!Jafar said

Bring home a puppy! Cruella said

Bring home a prince! EQ said

Before I got in the limo I looked and saw my dad giving me the look like I got my eyes on you.

This was my chance to make my dad proud and I wasn't gonna let him down.
