Sorry for the late update girls it's just my aunt passed away a day ago and it's just we were kind of close so yeah..!

But here is the update..!

" How is it?" Grandma asked me smiling as I took a bite from the cookies she made. I gave her a thumbs up as I stuffed my face with cookies.

What?Am still a kid from the heart,dont judge me.

" East or West, Grandma is the best." Ananya said squealing as she hugged her grandma. She smiled while petting her head.

" Kids!!!" I heard Neela Aunt coming toward us.

" Yes, Mom?" Avni said confused as she looked up from the file she was reading.

" Hadwins invited us in their dinner party." She said and I looked at Avni to see her expression.

(If you by any chance forgot who hadwins are then just know they are Liam's parents and D'cruse family's friend.)

" I won't come, Mom. I am sorry." She said smiling tightly.

" But why, Avni? Liam is a close friend of yours. Won't he be upset?" Neela aunt asked.

" I don't care, Mom. I don't want to go." She said.

" That wasn't nice bachha." Neela aunt said.

" Sorry Mom, I don't -" she was saying.

" We'll go Neela Aunt, thank you for telling us." I said smilingly. She looked at me and smiled. Avni looked at me glaring. I smiled looking at her. I nodded at her. She sighed.

" What's wrong, Princess?" Mr. D'cruse asked. She shook her head.

" May be they fought or something." Grandma said shrugging as she sipped on her tea.

" I just am not feeling well to attend the party." She said shrugging.

" Very well then." Mr. D'cruse said.

" Oh, okay.  you don't have to come."Neela aunt.

" We will come." I said and she nodded weakly.

" Oh, ok then." Neela Aunt said with a bit of confused face.

" Yes, we will be there." I said looking at Avni who gave me an irritated face and then sighed.

" Ok, Dad. We are coming." She said.

" Very good then."Mr D'cruse said.

" Then what's more, Karan? You said Vidyut  has backed off from their ways. Are you sure?" Mr. D'cruse asked Karan.

" I have send people around they will assure us soon." Karan said shrugging as he looked away from Anna who was eating cookies.

That guy is whipped for sure but who am I kidding I am too.

" Don't let the guard down." Mr. D'cruse said.

" I am keeping them until everything is cleared. No use of living in an illusion." Karan said. " Besides, Vidyut  has a lot of influence. I don't want to take risk." Karan said. What are they talking about Vidyut !!!

" Very well then. If we made him totally clueless then he will break down. He can move away and leave the UK.

" I think they will reach Russia to find a safe fortress." Karan said.

" Alright, then. I will keep them alert." Mr. D'cruse said.

" There is another empire they are trying to bring down besides D'cruse and Khurana's. But it's not cleared who they are." Karan said sighing.

" Try to find them out and make them alert. I don't want Vidyut  cause harm to anyone like this. They need to suffer first." Mr. D'cruse said as he typed something on his tablet with a stoic face on.

" Will do that. No worries." Karan said and Mr. D'cruse nodded.

I was totally puzzled. I needed to know what they were talking about. I really really want to know cause this Vidyut  has caused several harms for us too. But until now they couldn't do anything but a less.

That was not so harmful but I am sure theyhe will hit back again. I needed to be careful. I might need Karan's help. I will ask him about the whole situation as soon as we finish the breakfast. I silently took my breakfast. Soon we finished our breakfast and I came back to my room. Some time later I decided to go to Karan's room. I reached his room and knocked.

" Come in." He said and I walked inside. " Neil?" He asked surprised.

" Yes, wanted to talk to you about something." I said and sat across him.

" Tell me. Has Avni done something?" He asked chuckling.

" She has done many things but I am not talking about her here. I wanted to ask you about something." I said to him directly looking at his eyes. He looked at me for a while and then approved me ahead gesturing me to ask him the question.

" What's the problem with Vidyut ?" I asked him. He looked at me blankly.

" Come on. Tell me." I said and he sighed.

" Apparently, they are the cause that made D'cruse and Khurana's enemies long back. It created a lot of damage. It made us fight like dogs. But it's cleared now that everything was plotted by that Vidyut . Now it's playback time. If they are not given an answer they will keep bothering us and which I don't want to happen again." He said. " Not now when D'cruse and Khurana's have become a family. I will take care of it." He said.

" I needed to tell you that, Vidyut  tried to make a move to us too." I said and he gritted his teeth while clenching his fists.

" What did he do?" He asked.

" I exactly don't know. I will talk to Dad about it and inform you. But I think he has tried to influence our associates." I said.

" Bloody Bastard!" He said.

" Yeah, that's what he is!." I said and sighed.

" Need to do something soon before they spoil everything." He said.

" Yes." I said.

" I will look after it." He said. I talked with him for some time more then came out. I reached near the kitchen and found Avni talking with her grandma.

" Ok, no worries. I will get the groceries." She said and took the list from her grandma.

" Thank you, Sweetie." Grandma said smilingly.

" I can join her and help her, grandma." I said winking at her. She smiled and left.

" I was about to take you with me anyway." My fiesty said. " I don't like to carry the stuffs at all." She said shrugging and I laughed.

" Is this the way to tell me that you want to spend time with me alone?" I asked her smirking as I pulled her by her waist and we walked together.

I was lowkey wishing and hoping that Mr D'cruse dont come here.

" In your dream." She said smirking.

" My dreams doesn't help me with the mere things." I said and winked at her. She elbowed me at once.

" Pervert." she said glaring.

" That was hard." I said as I rubbed the place she elbowed on my chest.

" Take it you pervert." She said as she tried to keep her blank face on even though I could see the little bit of her lips curving and I smirked at her.

" Do you want to see some pervert activities?" I asked her smirking.

" No, I am fine." She said rolling her eyes.

" But I am not." I said pulling her more closer.

" Neil! We are getting late." She said.

" No accuses." I said and hold her tightly and pushed her on the wall. I slowly placed kisses on her neck and she trembled a bit. I left her and she was closing her eyes.

" Open your eyes, Babe. I am done for now." I said and she looked at me glaring.

" Don't dare to do anything like that again." She said glaring at me with a finger pointed on me.

Damn I still cant believe that this fiesty girl is mine.

" Like what?" I asked smiling mischeavously.

" In public." She said.

" So, I can do it in private, right?!!" I said winking.

" Pervert!!Not allowed." She said and walked passed me. I laughed hard.

" Why not, Babe? You feel something?" I asked her as I followed her

" Yes, felt." She said rolling her eyes.

" Felt love?" I asked winking.

" No, felt weird cause you are making me stupid like you." She said sighing and I laughed.

*Few minutes later*

" Turn to the left." I said to him as he was driving and I was giving him the direction as he dont know much about this place.

" Wow, this is a one beautiful place I have ever seen." He said smiling.

" Yeah, it's beautiful." I said.

" Hmm, it is. I have never come to this part ever." He said and I smiled.

" How about Brazil?" I asked.

" Brazil is beautiful as well. I will take you there. Soon." He said.

" Alright then." I said.

" Is this the only way to reach the supermarket?" He asked looking around.

" No, this the is an alternative way." I said.

" Really?" He asked checking the rear view mirror.

" Yeah, this is way too long but I love this road. Views are probably the most beautiful here. But it take time which I enjoy a lot." I said.

" Good. Very good." He said checking the rear view mirror again. I followed his gaze and found a blue car behind us. Suddenly he stopped and gave the car behind us a way to leave before us. The car behind us stopped as well.

" Why did we stop?" I asked him confused and he just smiled.

" I have got a call. I need to call back immediately." He said. " Can I?" He said.

" Sure." I said. I saw him taking out his phone before calling he popped out his head from the window and signalled the car behind us to move ahead.

" Go, dude. Have a good day." He said and brought his head inside. He was looking sharply at the car and then called someone.

" Hello!!Alex."

I zoned out as he started talking so I didnt heard much only the last part.

"Alright, I have texted you the number. Keep an eye on it. Bye." He said and hung up. He smiled at me and started the car.

" Let's go to the supermarket." He said and turned on the radio. I looked at him a bit confused.

" What's wrong?" I asked him.

" Nothing wrong, Babe. What will be wrong?" He asked smiling.

" You are acting weird lately." I said shrugging. He smiled.

" No, babe. Everything ok." He said and I nodded hesitantly. I don't know if he is saying the truth. I kept looking at him. Why is he trying to become so mysterious!!

" You can have me forever to drool over me, Babe." He said and smiled. I was shocked that he knew that I was gazing at him coz I was looking at him from the corner of my eyes.

" I know that. But you are mysterious some time." I said and sighed.

" I am trying to open up everything to you. Trying to tell you everything. But need time to explain everything, Babe. But I will tell you everything." He said holding my hand with his left hand. " "Trust me, ok?" He asked me.

" I think I do." I said. He smiled and kissed on my hand.

" Thank you for trusting me and giving me a chance. I will never ever disappoint you. I will try my best to make you happy always and forever." He said like taking a vow and shaking my heart with an unknown feeling. What the fuck is wrong with you Avni!I just nodded looking at him.

" I am waiting for your words to come true." I said leaning back.

" I will do it." He said.

" Better." I said and he kept driving. Soon we reached the supermarket and he parked the car on the parking lot. We got down from the car. He looked around and narrowed his eyes at something. I followed his gaze and found the blue car that was following us. I looked at it and found no one was inside may be came before us. He took out his phone and texted something to someone. May be to that guy Alex whom he called before. I looked around.

" Let's go, babe." He hold my hand and pulled me with him.

" Yeah, let's go." I said and we entered the supermarket.

" Take a cart." I said to him. He nodded. He came back and followed me. I was taking things and keeping it on the cart. I wanted to take coffee but it was in the highest point and also I was wearing shoes. I tried to reach it but couldn't. I tried several times but couldn't reach it.

" Let me help you." He said and I nodded he was about to take it but suddenly stopped. He turned to me and smirked. I knew it was one of his evil smirk.

" What?!!" I asked narrowing my eyes.

" Umm, I was thinking if I can get a kiss. I haven't have it till now." He said standing very close to me looking at me like a kid.

" No, kisses you whiny kid." I said to him. He pouted at me like a little kid.I sighed as I look around to see if anyone was looking.No one was looking at us and no cameras were their either.I grabbed both side of his neck and kissed him softly. He smiled on my lips and then kissed on my forehead after breaking the kiss.

" Now pick it." I said pointing the coffee.

" You do it yourself." He said and I narrowed my eyes at him but he smiled at me sweetly. Then he bend and picked me up so that I could reach the coffee.

" Take it, Babe." He said. I shook my head at the adorable idiot and took the coffee. Soon we were done shopping. I was paying the bills. I found the sales girl were ogling at Neil. I glared at her hard.

" What are you looking at, miss?" I asked her in a cold voice and hard eyes.

" Umm..I ..." She was saying but I looked at her coldly.

" Are you looking at him?" I pointed Neil. He looked at me and looked at the salesgirl. He was confused as he was standing a bit away from me texting someone.

" If you want your job then I suggest you keep your eyes to yourself so that you can do your job properly. Don't make me scoop out your eyes." I said coldly. She was taken aback. She quickly was done.

" Thank you." I said and pulled Neil with me. I found girls looking at him but no one dared to come to talk with him as they heard me earlier. We came back and was keeping the stuffs in the decklid. He helped me. When we came back I saw him looking at a piece of note.

" What's that?" I asked.

" A warning." He said and smirked.

" Which warnin" I asked.

" I took the dare. Let's see." He said and smirked. I was totally clueless and I fuckin hated it.

Btw I have a question regarding my new story...so the character of Neil is gonna be like kind of a bad boy like not just villain kinda bad boy but that kinda who had girlfriends and had done all the things.

He will change as soon as avni came though but still wanna confirm.

And just so you know avni ain't gonna be innocent girl either lol

Will you guys be okay with it?

I mean I read many stories like that but just wanna confirm coz I seriously dont wanna write something that my readers don't like.
