Shelby's P.O.V

I still couldn't fully calm down no matter how hard I tried. I guess I was holding a grudge against Yammy and Scott and most of the others. I didn't feel like myself. This wasn't a very Shubble thing to do. "Shelby, you alright?" Yammy asked. Iceboi glared at her, but I flicked him and, with a grunt, his look softened before he looked away completely. Yammy skipped to keep up with our pace. I sighed. "I don't know. I just... feel off," I replied.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't feel like me. I feel like a whole different person. I was never this confident, this rude, this... this ANGRY!" My anger came flooding back, but I tried to hide it. My tone and reddening face weren't helping. I pulled a stick out of my pocket and snapped it to pieces. I began slowly calming down, before nervousness took over and I began fidgeting with the hair band on my wrist. "I'm nervous about seeing this doctor," I admitted.

"I'm sure it'll be fine. Kyle wouldn't have brought us here otherwise."

"No it's not that, it's... it's... what I could be diagnosed with."

Yammy looked at me sympathetically and put her hand on mine, which was resting on Iceboi's neck. It made me feel a bit better, but I still had a feeling, deep down, that I'm who we all thought I am.

The Woodland Mansion. It was massive. I got off Iceboi and put him back in the pet amulet. My back was better already. We hesitated to enter, but we did. Surprisingly, there were no mobs, and the place was well-lit like a player had been before us. We all stood, confused. "Who dares enter my mansion?!" a raspy voice shouted.

"U-um, we are the players of One Life, and we are in need of assistance. One of our own needs to be looked at," Kyle yelled in reply.

"Players?" A witch appeared in a puff of smoke, but she wasn't your regular Minecraft witch. No, she was actually a lot prettier. She had flowing jet black hair and no warts on her face. She only had a mole on her cheek. She still wore the normal Minecraft witch attire. She smiled. "Well, how interesting. I'm Camella," she greeted, holding out her long-fingered hand. Kyle shook it.

"I'm Kyle. This is my wife, Yammy, and all of these people are members of the One Life Village. Shelby is the one in need of help." Kyle pointed to me, and I waved shyly.

"Right this way, then. We don't want to stand here all day, now do we?"

Camella began walking out of the room, and we all trailed behind her. We walked into a room with a large cupboard and a long table with enough seats for all of us. Camella pulled me over to a seat near a small table and sat me down. "Now, Shelby, what's wrong?" she asked.

"Well, everytime I shout in anger, my voice goes all demonic," I replied.

Camella's face paled more than it already was. "And I feel... different. Like I'm not really me anymore," I continued.

"All players except Shelby, you must leave the room." Everyone did what Camella said, and it was just me and her. She pulled up a chair and sat down on it so we were facing each other. "Shelby, darling, this is..." she seemed lost for words.

"What? Tell me!" I demanded.

"Y-you..."

"Camella, tell me."

"I-I..."

"Tell me!" My voice went demonic again. "O-oh... see, that's what..." My voice went normal.

"You're like the Mystery Man. You have powers beyond comprehension."

"What?!"

"But this is something you mustn't let anyone else know. Except for him."

"Okay..." I blushed. The Mystery Man and I keeping secrets! The Mystery Man and I being partners in crime! I know I shouldn't be happy, but this was my chance with him! Camella looked at me with confusion. "What could possibly be good about this?" she asked.

"Well..." I calmed down. "Can I trust that you won't tell this to anyone?"

"Of course."

"I... have a... crush on the Mystery Man."

"Really?" The look in Camella's eyes expressed excitement and shock. "That's the last thing I'd expect to hear from anyone."

"Which is why no-one can know. They've been teasing me about it for a little bit but I don't think they realise it's true. Don't tell a single soul. I just had to get it off my chest."

"Do you think you're ever going to confess?"

"Maybe. One day."

I was. And I couldn't wait.
