Bail Out & Dancing
You sat in the police station waiting. Yugyeom is leaning against the bars of his holding cell. Someone in the apartment building saw him punch your landlord, so he got arrested for assault. It was a whole scene before you. The cops coming and arresting Yugyeom made you even more upset. You understand that he was angry, because you were too, but he really wasn't thinking rationally. Now you're sitting across from him, on the other side of the cell, waiting. You don't have the money to bail him out, so you had to call someone. He should be on his way now.
"I told you that you would just make things worse, but no, you ignored me," You snapped at Yugyeom.
"I got angry. I'm sorry, I don't like seeing people I care about being mistreated. You deserved more time at least." Yugyeom replied, looking down and tapping on the cell bars with his fingers.
"I appreciate the gesture. I know you were just doing it for me, Gyeomie. Thank you for that," You said.
Yugyeom grinned at you. You gave him a soft smile, but it quickly faded. After all this calms down, you still have some decisions to make. Where are you going to go? Your thoughts are bouncing around in your head.
"Alright, who am I busting out today?" A familiar, husky voice interrupted your thoughts.
You looked up and smiled at the smirking figure walking towards you.
"You called him?" Yugyeom asked, with quite a bit of attitude.
Jackson chuckled when he saw Yugyeom behind the cell bars.
"I thought you'd at least be my age by the time you went to prison," Jackson joked.
"Ha. Ha. Ha." Yugyeom fake laughed, then glared at the older.
Yugyeom shot you an exasperated look, and you rolled your eyes at him. Yugyeom should be thankful Jackson is going to get him out of here. He didn't have to come all the way here to fix Yugyeom's mistake, but he did because he's a good friend. Jackson walked over to the desk to pay the bail, and you turned to face the annoyed Yugyeom before you.
"Gyeomie, I would have called Mark, but he would have wondered what you were doing in my apartment building in the first place." You explained.
"Isn't Jackson wondering the same thing?" Yugyeom asked, tilting his head.
You glanced down to the floor, and stuttered nervously. "J-Jackson... kind of... uh.. knows."
"He knows about us?"
You nodded and bit your lip. Yugyeom is fuming at this point, so you continued to avoid his sharp eye contact.
"Did you tell him?" Yugyeom asked.
"He guessed it," you replied, honestly, "but it's okay. I trust him."
"And what makes you think you can trust him?"
"He's bailing you out of jail right now, which he doesn't have to do. He's a good person. That's why."
Yugyeom scoffed and crossed his arms over his chest. He's being such a brat right now, which is making you pretty agitated. Just then, Jackson returned with a police officer. The officer opened the door to Yugyeom's cell.
"No more punching people, kid," the cop chided before walking away.
Jackson started laughing, and Yugyeom glared at him.
"Thank you for helping, Jackson," You said with a smile.
"Ohh, it's no problem really. I figured I'd be bailing Yugyeom out of jail someday, I just assumed BamBam would be with him too."
You giggled, and Yugyeom pushed his tongue against his cheek, still with his arms crossed in annoyance.
You left the police station with the two boys. You got into the passenger's seat of Jackson's car, leaving Yugyeom to go in the back.
"So wait, why did you punch someone?" Jackson questioned, looking at Yugyeom in the rear view mirror.
"Uhh, Y/N's landlord was being a dick." Yugyeom shrugged, looking out the window nonchalantly.
"What did he do?" Jackson asked.
Yugyeom glanced at you, and you sighed deeply. You suppose you should explain this part.
"He's kicking everyone out of the apartment building because he sold it. I have 3 days to move out, and he just told us about it today." You explained.
Jackson looked at you worriedly, then looked back to the road.
"Only 3 days? That's so fucked. What are you going to do?" he asked.
"I don't know. I might have to move back to America maybe.." you trailed off as you felt yourself getting choked up.
Your eyes began to tear up again at the thought of moving back. You made Korea your home, you would really hate to leave so soon. Not to mention leaving all of your friends behind.
"You know Mark's never going to let that happen, " Jackson said, chuckling lightly.
"I haven't even told Mark yet.." You realized.
"Call him after we get out of the car. I'm sure he'll come up with something to help you. Don't worry, babydoll," Jackson reassured you.
A few moments went by as Jackson drove. You suppose telling Mark would make things a bit easier. He always has great advice for you. Yugyeom suddenly spoke up.
"Why did you call Y/N babydoll?" Yugyeom asked randomly.
You glared at the kid. Yugyeom's been acting jealous of Jackson since that night at the club. He's being so immature right now. You just hope this question doesn't start issues between the two. If Jackson and Yugyeom started fighting, you don't know what you'd do. You're already an emotional mess from the news you received this morning. You don't need more problems right now.
"I've called her that since we met." Jackson replied casually.
"But why?" Yugyeom pressed.
You looked at Yugyeom in the back seat. He has is arms crossed over his chest, and he's looking directly at Jackson through the rear view mirror. Jackson glances up from driving occasionally to look back at him.
"Because she's younger than me and she reminds me of a doll, I guess," Jackson said.
Yugyeom chuckled dryly.
"That's stupid," he muttered.
You don't know if Jackson heard it or not, but you did. The air in the car became tense, and no one talked much anymore. Jackson made another turn, and pulled up in front of Yugyeom's house.
"Ya, try to stay out of trouble, bro," Jackson said.
Yugyeom ignored him and got out of the car. You waved at him, and he waved back before Jackson sped off.
"Yugyeom seems agitated today," Jackson noted, seemingly unbothered by it.
"Yeah, I think he's just angry about the whole situation, as I am." You replied.
"Speaking of that, I can go home with you and help you pack and stuff." Jackson offered.
"I won't force you to spend the day packing with me, you probably have better things to do on your days off."
"What could be better than spending time with you? Besides, I want to help."
You thought for a moment before responding. Suddenly, your phone starting ringing. You check the caller ID and see Mark's name pop up.
"Answer it, I'll be quiet." Jackson said.
You nodded, and answered the phone.
"Hey Mark," you said into the phone.
"Hey Y/N! What's up!" Mark sounded cheery as ever.
"I'm just out running errands," you lied, "but, I have something to tell you."
"What is it?"
"My landlord sold my apartment building, so now he's kicking everyone out. I have 3 days to move," you explained.
"What the hell!! That's awful! He shouldn't be allowed to just do that! Oh my gosh, Y/N, I'm so sorry. Are you okay?"
"I'm alright for now, I'm just trying to figure stuff out. I have to figure out where I'm going to stay and how I'm going to ge-"
"MOVE IN WITH ME!"
You froze for a moment. You hadn't really thought about living with Mark before. This could either be really good or really bad.
"Are you serious?" You asked him.
"Yes! Of course I'm serious! I would never let you be homeless, you're my best friend!" Mark replied.
"Mark, that's way too nice of you.."
"Alright, so you're moving in tomorrow. I'll be there later tonight to help you pack. I have some stuff to do at JYP first, then I can come over."
"Mark, wait. Are you sure this is a good idea?"
"Y/N, why wouldn't it be? I'm surprised we didn't think of this sooner. Please, don't worry about a thing. I promise I will always be there for you."
You smiled widely at this statement. You feel so relieved knowing that Mark will always have your back.
"Okay, let's do it." You agreed.
"See you later tonight!"
"You're the best, Mark. Love you!"
"Love you too, Y/N!"
You hung up the phone and could not stop smiling. You're going to be living with your best friend. Your anxieties and worries turned into excitement after one simple phone call. You're over the moon right now.
"Sounds like that went well," Jackson said happily.
You nodded.

"Why do you have so many bathroom supplies??" Jackson complained from the other room, "I'm going to need another box!"
You giggled and sealed up the box you just packed up with some tape. You grabbed an empty box off of the kitchen table and strolled over to the bathroom. Jackson is sitting on the floor, fumbling with some tape. You giggled at the cute confused look on his face when he lost the start end of the tape.
"If I had known there would be so much stuff to pack, I wouldn't have offered to help you," Jackson joked, taping the box up.
"Shut up," You said, throwing the empty box in your hand at him.
He caught it and grinned.
"What's my reward for doing this?" he asked, keeping the suggestive grin on his face.
"You get the satisfaction of helping me when I lost my home," you said, crossing your arms.
"Yeah, that's great and all," Jackson muttered, standing up, "but, there's something else I had in mind."
He pushed you back against the sink, and pulled your hips against his.
"Yaaaaa, Jacksonnnn," you whined, "I have to keep packing."
"Mark's going to help you pack when he gets here. You have to leave some stuff for him too," Jackson reasoned.
He hoisted you up to sit on the sink and maneuvered himself between your thighs. You shook your head at him, and sighed.
"You just can't get enough of me, can you?" You asked, leaning back against the mirror behind you.
Jackson chuckled at your statement.
"If I remember correctly, you called me, " he teased.
"I needed you to bail Gyeomie out of jail," you retorted.
Jackson frowned. "I thought you called me because you wanted to see me.."
"Okay, maybe it was both."
Jackson smiled and leaned in to press a kiss to your lips. He gripped your waist and pulled your body against his. You cupped his face in your hands. His lips are sweet as they move against yours.
Then you heard knocks. You pulled away from Jackson's lips.
"That's probably Mark," you said.
Jackson nodded and moved so you could slide off of the sink. Earlier today you told Mark to get some other guys to help you move as well. He ended up texting Jackson and asking him to help you out, so Jackson doesn't need to hide or anything.
You opened the front door. Mark immediately pulled you into his arms. He hugged you tightly, and you buried your face in his chest.
"I'm sorry about this whole situation, Y/N." Mark said.
"It's okay. I know everything's going to be alright, thanks to you," you replied, lifting your head to smile up at your best friend.
He gave you a small squeeze before releasing you from his grip. You noticed a figure standing behind him a bit awkwardly.
"Oh, I brought Youngjae to help out too! Hope that's okay," Mark said, entering your apartment.
Youngjae gave you a small smile and followed Mark inside.
"Of course! The more the merrier," you said, "also, Jackson got here a few minutes ago to help too."
Jackson popped his head out from the bathroom and waved to the other two.
"Hi guys! Just warning you, Y/N has a lot of stuff. This is going to take a while." Jackson warned them.
Mark laughed and grabbed an empty box next to him.
"Classic Y/N. She's almost a hoarder," Mark joked.
You slapped his arm.
"Ouchh," Mark rubbed his arm where you slapped him.
Youngjae laughed a little.
"Where should I start?" Mark asked.
"Hmm, Jackson's got the bathroom, so you can start on my bedroom. It's mostly clothes and maybe some jewlery," you explained.
Mark nodded and headed to the bedroom with his box. Youngjae just kind of stood there awkwardly. You suppose it's because you and Youngjae don't interact much. You should probably change that.
"Ya, Youngjae," you broke the silence.
He looked up at you with big, friendly eyes.
"You want to help me with the kitchen? I need to bubble wrap some of the glasses and stuff." You suggested.
"Oh, yeah. I can do that." Youngjae replied.
You showed him how to start wrapping some of the stuff with the bubble wrap. Then, you turned on your speaker and started playing some music.
"PLEASE DOn'T PLAY OUR STUFF!" Mark yelled from the bedroom, "NO GOT7 SONGS!"
You frowned. "BUT I'M WITH GOT7! I HAVE TO PLAY SOME GOT7!"
"No you don't," Youngjae agreed with Mark, "We hear our stuff all the damn time at practice."
You turned the Got7 off, and put on something else. Youngjae immediately started smiling.
"AIGHT AIGHT AIGHT AIGHT AIGHT," Mark and Youngjae sang along to Papillon by Jackson Wang.
"YOU GOT ME FEELIN LIKE A, FEELING LIKE A PAPILLON!!" You, Youngjae, and Mark sang out in unison, mimicking Jackson's old man-like voice.
Suddenly, an irritated Jackson appeared into the kitchen. He took the phone from your hand and turned the music off.
"Jackson-ah," you whined, "Put the music back on!"
"If you guys can't appreciate my music, then no." He said, bitterly.
"WE LOVE PAPILLON. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?" Mark yelled from the bedroom.
"Yah, Jackson, we're not actually making fun of it," Youngjae added, "It's an amazing song. We just like to tease you."
Jackson didn't seem convinced. Youngjae took the phone from his hand.
"Let's just play something no one will fight about." He said, scrolling through your music.
Youngjae began to play the new Stray Kids song, called MIROH. You've heard some Stray Kids songs before and you think they're pretty good. You suppose Got7 supports them because they are under JYP Entertainment too.

"YESSSS!" Mark yelled from the bedroom.
"OUR LITTLE BROs!" Jackson yelled from the bathroom.
Youngjae chuckled and returned the phone to the counter. He continued to help you pack some more stuff. Both of you bobbing your heads just a little to the song. Once the EDM/Chorus part came on though, you couldn't help but dance. You aren't like seriously dancing though, more like spazzing around the kitchen. Youngjae started laughing at your crazy dance moves.
"What are you laughing at?" Jackson asked.
He put the box he was carrying down on the kitchen counter. You started dancing closer to Jackson and he tried to hold in his laughter.
"YA! MARK, CONTROL YOUR FREAKY FRIEND!" Jackson yelled.
You and Youngjae started laughing. Youngjae joined in in your weird dancing, and you both surrounded Jackson.
"HAJIMAAAAAA!" Jackson begged for you guys to stop, but he's laughing along with you guys.
Mark barely walked into the kitchen before he let out a loud shriek of laugher.
"WHAT THE HECK!" He shouted.
He too, joined in to your weird dancing circle, causing Jackson to scream.
"AAAAAAAAAaaaa," Jackson yelled as the three of you surrounding him.
Soon though, the song ended. Sadly, making you, Mark, and Youngjae stopped dancing. Jackson let out an exasperated sigh.
"You guys are crackheads," he said, returning to the bathroom.
Youngjae laughed, and went back to wrapping mugs in bubble wrap.
"Alright," You announced, "Back to work, everyone."
