Where is she?

~Levi pov~

Your eyes started to loose life as they fluttered shut, he tried to scream, "DON'T CLOSE YOUR EYES Y/N!" But it was too late. The power of the sent had grasped you whole, and it refused to let you go no matter how much he yelled.

He watched as he took her away from him, he tried to get himself up but the added weight, along with the lack of sleep, was weighing him down. He could feel tears well up at the back of his eyes but he refused to let them fall, one of the men holding him down shifted and Levi found the opportunity.

He pushed himself up, grabbing the dagger that was used to threaten you and stabbing the closest bastard in his reach, blood spilling onto Levi's face. He shot up kicking the next, then punctured the third somewhere in the chest. He was more than enraged, the anger was bubbling up inside him like a volcano.

His vision went blank for a second, though by the time his sight came back, two of the fuckers had fled leaving the other two behind, bleeding out. He jolted towards the window ready to jump down and follow them, but the door opened causing him to stop and look back.

"Levi?" Erwin asked, him along with Hange and M/n were standing in the doorway staring at him confused. They scanned the room for you but you were nowhere to be seen. Levi's heart sank. He failed. Their eyes fell on the bleeding body's, Hange and Erwin were staring at them, whilst M/n brought her hand up to her mouth. She recognised their uniforms.

"Levi..?" Erwin's eyes slowly moved back to his, "where's Y/n? And what's up with the dead body's?" Levi stayed quiet, he couldn't admit his failure. "Levi.." his name was repeated a few times but he still couldn't speak.

Instead he walked past the three of them into the hallway, then through the door of his own room as they all followed. He started rummaging through his room: closet, spare boots, draws, under his bed, bathroom. Taking out all sorts of blades and placing them on his bed, once he had collected them he stood in front of his bed counting them, he wanted to make sure he had enough.

"Levi will you answer me or ignore me forever, where's Y/n?" Levi's counting stopped at Erwin's words. "I don't know." Levi said under his breath, it wasn't clear to the three standing at the door. "Pardon?"

"I don't know!" Levi raised his voice higher than he intended. All his emotions where spilling out of him and he didn't know how to stop them.

They all stared at him in disbelief, waiting for him to explain what he had meant. Levi inhaled hesitantly, and when he exhaled it come out a little shaky. He turned starting to put the daggers in every nook and cranny of his body, not able to face the three any longer. "I walked her to her room, and she went in. I heard her fall so I went in and..." He paused, his anger has already spilled over the top.

"And?" Hange spoke terrified of what he might say next.

"THAT DAMNED BASTARD!" He yelled turning to face them, M/n was staring back at him, seeing the bodies and him confirming it, was destroying her. He couldn't look her in the eye, he was ashamed.

"Levi-" Erwin began with a stern tone but M/n cut him off before he could say another word.

"We'll go get her then." M/n said, everything in her told her to start yelling, punching, crying, though she knew that this wasn't the time to breakdown in tears and shout at Levi. She needed to get her little girl back first. Erwin opened his mouth again but M/n was quick to shut him up. "There's no point arguing or yelling, those men are dangerous. They have anger and the hunger of blood leading them." She said staring back at the enraged blonde.

M/n stopped, turned to Levi and smirked, the anger turning into craving revenge. "But we have something even more powerful." Levi stared at the new version of her. Fire dancing in her eyes. He nodded understanding what she meant, turning to grab the blades, then turning to follow M/n out the room.

She led them back into her room, looking down at the two men, walking over to them and patting them down, flipping them over and finally finding what she was looking for. Two pistols. She flung one towards Levi to catch, putting the other into the side of her bra.

She made her way back to her bed, crouching down, and reaching for a wooden box. Levi watched her every move, not knowing what her plan was. Once the lid from the box was removed both Hange and Erwin spotted the four blades hidden inside it. Though Levi kept his attention on M/n.

She took out a folded piece of paper, the edges scruffy along with what seemed like coffee stains on it. M/n unfolded it gently, not wanting to damage it further, laying it out on the bed staring down at it deep in thought.

Levi was the first to make his way towards the unknown piece of information, though what stared back at him wasn't just something simple, it was a blueprint, a mansion blueprint. The estates blueprint. "This is where we're going to infiltrate from." She pointed out to Levi looking up at him to check if he understood. "This is where they get their supplies delivered."

"Ok, but how are we going to get through the guards?" Erwin said walking towards the two with Hange following close behind.

"Me and Levi become the supplies." She smirked at the two. "The plan will go smoothly, the only person whom is allowed to open them is the master of the house." They looked at her waiting for her to explain further. "So assuming Adwir is down with Y/n, the only obstacle that will throw this whole plan into hell is that they aren't expecting a delivery." Hange and Erwin looked at her with wide eyes at hearing her plan.

"That's going to be an inconvenience if that's the case." Levi said thinking through M/n's plan, it was reckless, uncertain, but he was willing to take that risk. "Ok let's do it."

"Wait, you're agreeing with this?! Do you not realise how dangerous and reckless this is?" Erwin said tensing his voice. He didn't want to risk it, yes he was desperate in getting you back, but if this plan went to shit he might loose someone.

"I know that estate like the back of my hand Erwin, Levi is humanity's strongest. We are more than capable in doing this." M/n began taking out all sorts of blades out the box placing them down onto the bed in front of them.

"Firstly, Y/n said it got burnt down. Secondly, how are you supposed to go in there?! Holding a knife doesn't do anything if you don't know how to use it." Erwin began to get annoyed with the plan, M/n pointed one of the blades towards him.

"Everyone in that place was trained, including the maids. They taught me on my first week everything they knew, so I can take care of myself. And for your first concern, I know my son, he wouldn't make that place any different than it was before." She walked over to the bodies, stripping them. Once she had collected mostly everything off the two, she made her way to the bathroom and began washing the outfits herself and Levi would be wearing.

Levi watched, putting together what her plan was. He couldn't protest on her plan, yes Erwin did have the right to be against it, but Levi didn't have the privilege to. He needs you safe in his arms as soon as possible, no matter the cost. He knew he was being selfish, but for you he would do anything.

"We'll leave in the morning, their delivery's mostly happen late in the evening. And that would give these some time to dry." She said placing them on the shower curtain rail to dry. She walked back out, coming forward and stopping right in front of Levi, she looked him in the eye. The height between the two wasn't so great, though she was towering over him a little. Looking in her eyes he saw how serious she was. "Get some sleep, you'll need it."

She said then walking towards your bed as it was empty, pulling the covers to make space for herself, before she got into the bed she spoke to the three. "It would be a good idea if you all tried to sleep now." This wasn't a suggestion, she was telling them to leave and do as she said, like she was their mother too. Though hesitant, they made their way towards the door as she instructed.

[time skip]

The carriage rocked side to side on the rocky road, the few boxes inside shifted from one end to the other. A arched covering hid Levi and M/n from the weather, it was raining, droplets falling down creating small pools of water on the ground. M/n had cut a small lookout hole in the material, looking out from it now and then making sure this was the right way they were heading.

Five other boxes accompanied them, three were filled with rocks and heavy items the four of them found, the other two were empty ready for them to enter once they got closer to the estate. Hange and Erwin were disguised as merchants, they were at the front of the carriage guiding it from M/n's directions.

Levi has been quiet the whole morning, he had nothing to say, no questions, no disagreements. But now he was a little sceptical. "Do you think this plan will work?" He said coldly, M/n turned to him, her eyes clasping his. She smirked.

"I'm not sure." She said shrugging her shoulders, "we won't know until we try." She smiled slightly trying to reassure him of something, but she didn't even know what, she herself was repeating that same question in her head.

Levi didn't feel reassured, he watched her body as it shifted, she was a strong woman and he could see where you had gotten it from. Hiding away your own feelings so you wouldn't burden anyone else with your own fear, the both of you were like the same person. He opened his mouth to say something, but her body turned suddenly towards the cutout, peeking through. He raised an eyebrow.

"Erwin stop!" With her words, the carriage came to a abrupt stop. Levi stared at her with wide eyes, he had fallen off the box he had been sat on a second ago. She looked down at him with an apologetic look, she was about to say something but Erwin's head had peeled through the slit in the cloth separating the duos before she could.

"What?" His eyes shot to the blonde.

"We're close." She looked down at Levi, she grinned before standing up and taking the lid off of the box she had been sitting on. "Just keep going straight from here, once you're at the front of the estate make your way around the left side and that's where our entrance is. Hopefully." Erwin nodded turning his attention back to the road.

"It's now or never." M/n said, she was already in her box crouched, with her head tucked into her knees. Levi picked up the lid which was resting on the side of the box placing it over her. "Now or never." He said before doing the same to himself.

_______

"Did the boss order this?" Levi heard a muffled voice. "I don't know man, maybe?" Another voice said, then silence. It sounded like they were thinking of something to do.

"Should we ask him?" Levi was holding back, he wanted to jump out and take out the two bastards. But that wasn't part of the plan, plus he didn't know how many there were beside these two.

"Ayo, Matt! Can you get the boss!" Levi was ready to jump out.

Fuck the plan.

"Nah man, he's not done with the princess." A third man said, Matt. A slight relief filled Levi, but hearing what their 'boss' was doing was eating him whole.

"What about Xenos?" The other two chuckled at the comment.

"He's probably having fun with the princess too, if you know what I mean. Lucky man." Levi felt his blood boil under his skin with that comment.

"So what do we do?"

"I don't know man. If we leave it here and it's important the boss will kill us." Silence fell again before Erwin broke it.

"Are you going to get them?" The blondes voice was cold, freezing.

"Give us a second old man!"

"Let's put them in, if it's noting important we can trash them in the morning" the other two hummed in agreement. Boxes began to be moved, and once one of them got to Levi's box he struggled to pick it up.

"Damn, what did the boss order." He muttered under his breath though it was loud enough for Levi to hear, "Ay, give me a hand with this one!" Two pair of footsteps approached the box Levi was in, and before Levi could steady himself, they had picked him up and started making their way towards the pile of boxes they had created.

Once M/n's box was place down next to Levi's one of them spoke."get lost old man!" One of them said to Erwin. The sound of the carriage departing faded.

"Wanna go get some drinks?" The other two agreed to the statement and began to walk away, their footsteps gradually disappearing."Fuck." Levi pushed his way out of the box, then helped M/n out too.

"Damned fuckers." She said through her teeth before looking up at Levi. His eyebrows glued together, eyes cold as ice. "Let's go." She began walking and Levi followed. Walking down dark corridors, barely lit as she guided him. They walk for a while, and to their surprise they hadn't bumped into any enemies. They found themselves in front of a staircase, M/n looked down remembering the rules her husband had put in place.

Never go down here, or you will die.

"Down here." Levi turned his head towards her. "That's where she is." Her fists clenched, her knuckles turning white. Levi nodded, they both checked themselves making sure they had everything on them: blades, the guns M/n had taken off the two dead men on her bedroom floor, along with a map to have if Levi and her were separated.

Echoing voices and heavy footsteps prevented Levi from taking a step forward, M/n's arm gripped his shoulder pulling him backwards towards a small storage room. Stacks of different torture tools hanging on the walls.

"Don't worry, when I'm done with her you can have her." Adwirs voice echoed the halls, Levi's blood boiled at his words. "I bet you can't wait." He chuckled at his friend.

"Well hurry the fuck up, I've watched her and that bastard get all lovey for way too long." Their voices faded as they walked further.

"Mother fucker." Levi said through his teeth. M/n made her way towards the stairs once their voices were no longer audible, Levi followed close behind, the hunger of destroying those two became greater by the second.

M/n led him, even though she had never been down there before, she moved like this was a familiar place. She stopped, Levi stared at her face, her eyes were fixed onto a door, he moved his gaze towards it, a dim light glowing under it. "This one." She told him. He nodded. He walked over, trying to open it but of course it was locked.

M/n took out one of the smaller blades she stashed in her boot, then began picking the lock with the sharpest end of the blade. A clicking sound erupted from the piece of metal, a slight grin appeared on her face as she began to picklock the rest. The door creaked open.

[11 hours before]

~Y/n's pov~

A sudden excruciating pain came over me, my head feeling like it's been stabbed over and over again, along with a ear piercing noice which accompanied it. The ringing only getting louder and louder, my ears feeling like they were about to bleed.

What the fuck is that noice?

I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't, or I had, but all I could see is a agonising red void, like someone was putting the sun right against my eyelids. I moved my arm, I tried to, but nothing happened. I move my leg, I tried to, but again nothing happened. A paralysing sensation covering me like a blanket, rapping itself over every little small part of my body, trapping me.

"Do you really think her little pet will show?" The ringing had now turned into muffled words.

"I don't really give a fuck if he does or not." The voices began getting clearer as my senses started to come back, though as clear as they sounded I couldn't comprehend anything they were saying. "As long as that bitch of a mother gets here I don't care if that toy does too, it would be a good weapon though."

My head spinning though my body still refused to move, a repulsive metal taste building up on my tongue, as if it was corroding. A nauseating smell of old and fresh blood engulfed me.

Is that my blood?

I tried to move to give myself a sense of where I could be, but I was still paralysed. I focused on my leg, perhaps if I knocked something over it might give me an idea of where I could be, after a few dreadful seconds my foot finally moved hitting against something. A chair

That kick was like a key to movement as my body began to work again, my arms were the second part of my body to waken from the spell, then it was my top half of my body: my chest, my waist, my head. But I still couldn't open my eyes. I tried getting up but I felt glued.

Glued to a chair...

I didn't need to open my eyes to realise where I was. The scent of blood now bringing back memories I had hoped to burry, the chattering voices becoming familiar, and so was this chair I was strapped in. The chair I had put my own victims in.

The voices stopped, they heard me struggle. "Oh look who's awake again." That, oh too familiar mocking tone caused my blood to boil, my teeth clenching.

Again?

Had I woken up before? What happened that time? When did they manage to put me in this chair? But the most dreadful question that was running through my head at that moment was if Levi was alright. He was pinned back, that was the last thing I saw, but I can't remember waking up again. Perhaps they drugged me the first time too.

I struggled to figure out why I still wasn't able to see, my face numb, but the tingles sparking in my cheeks and forehead gave me a little hope. My breaths uneven but I wasn't afraid for myself. I had someone else in mind.

Sound of large footsteps grew closer, and I felt a hand reach out for my face. I managed to squeeze my eyes in fear, the numbness was now turning into needles puncturing every crevice of my body. Dim light shown over my eye lids, giving a brighter red than before.

"I hope this means you've planned to tell me the truth and not some bullshit."

Truth?

I clenched my teeth, as I felt a hand run over my throbbing cheeks. "Or I'll personally take care of your little boyfriend." His hot breath brushed through the strands of loose hair hanging above my ears. I had recognise that second voice way too quickly. Xenos' fingers dripped down my jaw and to my neck, then my collarbone down and to the beginning of my chest. My eyes had opened at sometime between him talking and his hand tracing over my body, now they were throwing daggers at him.

His middle finger stopped at the beginning of my bra, my buttoned up shirt had been thrust open ripping the first three buttons and revealing some of my chest. Blood splattered over my bare chest, my white shirt had socked up some of it. I kept my sharpened eyes on Xenos as I addressed Adwir.

"I don't fucking know what you are on about." I say through my teeth. A chuckle emerge from my brother, Xenos was still eyeing me, the look of hunger in his eyes disgusted me.

"Fathers last mission!" He said louder. He was losing his patience, my eyes shifted to his, full of evil. His eyes reminded me of myself when I was trapped in this hell, I was evil.

I still am evil.

I raised an eyebrow at him, his jaw clenched. "Tell me what the last mission was for fuck sake!" I still had no idea what he was talking about, last mission..? "Before you ruined my damned life Y/n, you know what he had planned that's why you killed him. What did he want." He spoke through his teeth now, "what was the last mission everyone had trained for? What was it?!"

I look away, my thoughts scattered. I had erased mostly everything from my mind to do with my past, so I wasn't surprised I didn't tell him the first time I had woken up.

Last mission..?

What did my father want? He had everything. What was it he was hunting for? I tried to remember, I knew telling Adwir wasn't going to free me, he'll kill me after I tell him but I'm going to die in this shit whole any way I go about it.

Last mission.

____

[flash back]

"It's said that boy is stronger than anyone of us combined!" I stood there, next to my father, as I tried to take in the information that was being thrown around the room. Some of my fathers men was trying to convince him that we should 'recruit' a boy into the Red Screams. "He's killed over 10 men. Twice his size! If we recruit him now we will have immense power!"

Immense power? Why would they bring someone else when they have me? I'm stronger than my father, bringing a child into this would only make things more difficult. I don't want to drag more people into this, more deaths will only be the outcome of this plan.

"If this punk is so strong as you say, what makes you think we're able to catch him?" I asked, I was trying to put some sort of doubt in my father. It wasn't just because of the struggle and hassle we would have if we do decide to bring that boy up here, he's a child in the underground he has probably been through a lot of shit. Bringing him up here just to train and use him as a weapon like my father had done to me, doesn't sit right with me at all.

"Come on, we are able to take care of a kid. Plus they say Kenny ain't around him no more." The man on the other side of the table spoke with pride. "If Kenny ain't there, there's no threat." He smirked at me.

"No matter if rumours say that Kenny is with him or not it's too risky, if he's Kenny's son do you really believe Kenny would leave just like that?" I put the question forward. We have no information on this random kid nor Kenny or even if they have a relation but one thing is for sure, I'm not letting these bastards drag another child into this.

"What do you know about Kenny?" The man's sweaty forehead wrinkled and his filthy eyebrows folded over each other, I raised an eyebrow in response.

"I don't need to know him personally to know what he's capable-"

"That's enough!" My father extended his arm in front of me cutting my sentence short. I glanced at him, his gaze scattered the men in front of him then landed on the bastard whom suggested this monstrosity of a plan. The man shrunk under his glare. "Have you gotten a plan for this?"

The man scattered over his papers, frantically looking for something, "yes! It's here. Somewhere." He muttered the last bit. My father brung the hand that was blocking me from the men towards himself, slamming his hand on the table hard enough to make the man jump in fear. "Y/n has a point, if this supper kid has any relation with Kenny the ripper, it might be a little of an inconvenience."

I clenched my fists, wrapping my fingers tightly on the hope that my words had any kind of affect in changing his decision into the one I was hoping for. "Therefore this mission might be a risk." He stopped, my grip only getting stronger. "Gael, after 2 months I want every man in this building to be trained for war, might not be necessary, but if I loose just one man one this mission your head will be hanged above my door." My grip dropped, the hope I was holding onto so desperately for has now crashed to the floor, disappearing beneath my feet.

Everything around me felt distant, I had failed to convince him not to go ahead with it. People began to stand up and leave but I still stood there. Perhaps I have another chance, a little luck. I turned to face my father, which was now stood up behind me looking for something in the cabinet behind the table they were just sat at. "Sir, I don't think this is a good idea. Not only is it dangerous but bringing a child up here-"

"It's already decided." He spoke dryly.

"Please this is too risky, I don't-" I was cut off by his hand colliding with my cheek, his swift stern and heavy hand had me fall off my feet and onto the hard wooden floor.

"I don't need your opinion!" He got closer, my hand struck to my boot landing onto the hidden dagger I had placed on the inside the rough leather. I wanted to kill him right there and there, but I wasn't in the right position; he was standing and I was ass flat on the floor, and having his men just down the hallway was also a problem. "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT."

I got up, walking to the door and exiting the room. This was the last meeting he was having, last yell he was going to yell, last hit he was going to give me.

I will end this nightmare.

[flash back end]

___________

My eyes widen at the memory that had just crossed through my mind, the last mission was to capture Kenny the rippers kid. The kid that was able to kill 10 men twice his size. That was the last mission I didn't let him go through with. Fingers grazed my chin bringing my gaze back to those disgusting hazel eyes.

"Do you remember now?" He asked not sure of my expression. I narrowed my eyes at him not allowing him to figure out what my brain was reminiscing, his eyes glared before his palm hit the side of my face. "Fuck!" He yelled, turning his back to me pulling at his hair. "I guess I'll have to ask your mother." He said trying to intimidate me.

My mother never knew of this plan, even if he was to she wouldn't know. Though, yet again that meant she would be hurt without a reason or a purpose, though I'm very certain Adwir was aware she had no idea of what our father was up to. "I can't remember." I let out, I need more time to figure a way to get out of this damned chair.

He turned to me, believing me. Foolish. "You better remember quickly as I'm losing my patience and people will get hurt." He said again and as if he was allowing me to think, he walked over to the door signalling Xenos to follow and left. The locks on the door echoed the room for a while, once I was certain they had left I began to swing back and forth on the chair but it wasn't budging. I look down at its legs, they were screwed into the floor.

"Fuck!" I yell irritated, my head fell back looking up at the filthy ceiling. Blood had managed to splatter even up above me, though it wasn't my blood. My eyes glossed as tears threaten to spill, I felt so helpless.

The sound of the locks being opened caused my chest to tighten, I hadn't even figured out what I would do or say. Loneliness crept up inside me, and Levi's face flashed over my gaze, I wished with every inch of my being that he was ok, that he was alive.

"Y/n." My name being called by him echoed my memory. The way his lips moved, and his eyes and face softened when he had spoken my name up on that roof sent shivers over my body. "Y/n.." Hearing him saying it again yet this time with more sadness, I was going crazy.

I am crazy.

My head tilted back to the door expecting to meet Adwir and Xenos back for round two... well three, but when my eyes locked with greyish blue ones I had been yearning for, my heart stopped aching, and the wounds on my body suddenly stopped throbbing with pain.

"Levi..."

"Y/n..."
