Darling!

"Is he jealous?!" A message popped up in Anika's phone.

"Maybe or maybe not, but I'm satisfied 😎" she replied back smiling happily.

But suddenly her smile faded and she engulfed herself in thoughts, "Why should he be jealous about me!? I just need to remind him about our past and make him realise his mistake! That's it!"

Shivaay was completely restless on the other side. He was so irritated and his heart knew the reason.

"I should not think about her. She moved on in her life and so did I....... Yes I really shouldn't care about her! I shouldn't get affected by anything related to her!" coming to a conclusion, he flicked his hair with much attitude.

The next day, Shivaay headed to Pune for his meeting along with Anika. The two and a half hour journey seemed really boring for her while he was busy driving. She chose to remain silent as she didn't want to talk to him. While he spoke up, "Ms.Anika when's my next meeting with the Japanese clients?!"
"Tomorrow sir." she replied bluntly wondering why he was asking the same question he posted a while back at the office.

"Let's stop for lunch somewhere!" He said again when she looked at him much amused. Shivaay Singh Oberoi thinking about lunch in a random restaurant?

"Shiv Shiv Shiv!" Anika called out to her busy boyfriend who was trying hard to finish a part of his project.
"Anika I need some time. Let me work on this!" he said not even looking at her. She became silent as she didn't want to disturb him anymore. He continued working while she was getting bored. Just then someone came up to them.

"Ma'am, please take this." the guy who reached them spoke politely when Anika looked back bewildered. After a minute or two, a package was in her hand and the guy already left.
"Who is he?! What is this?" She asked showing the package to Shivaay.
"Anu how will I know?" He asked genuinely and she didn't question him any further.

Her eyes twinkled in happiness as soon as she saw her favourite Aloo Paratha in the box.
"Shivaay thank you so much!" She exclaimed and hugged him tightly.
"How did you know I sent this package?!" He asked when she said back, "Just like how you knew I was hungry without me telling you!"

"Healthy home food!" He said admiring the parathas.
"I'm not sharing even a piece!" She announced letting him frown.
"Then I will remain hungry and die!" He said dramatically.

"Go order from swiggy Mr." She said rolling her eyes when he asked her seriously, "Do you really want me to die ordering food from unhygienic restaurants?!"
"Oh hello! The world survives on swiggy. Why world, even I survive on swiggy at times!" She said when he became even more serious.
"Next time before you order food, tell me! I will make food and send." he told sternly and she just gave him "You are impossible!" look.

"Are you sure... sir?!" Anika asked again to confirm his statement when he nodded back in response without any second thoughts.
"There won't be any seven star hotels on our way." she said letting him frown.
"I don't mind having it anywhere if you are with me!" He said in a flow not realizing what he meant.

She looked at him much surprised.
"What?!" She instantly asked him if she heard it right when he stated with attitude, "Shivaay Singh Oberoi never repeats once said!"
"Those aren't golden words that can't be repeated!" She muttered to herself much irritated.

Stopping near a restaurant, they got down to be welcomed by a beautiful couple who own the restaurant.

"What a lovely day, what a lovely couple! Come in please." said a lady in her mid fifties. Shivaay didn't object the lady even after she referred them as 'a couple'. They were seated at one corner of the restaurant.
"Aunty, actually..." Anika was about to correct the lady's misunderstanding but she was interrupted by an old man.

"Ana darling, they must feel hungry! Did you take their order?" He asked looking at the lady when she said "Peter I will! By the way he is my..." She was about to introduce her husband when he stopped her.
"Husband in short! She has a lot of names to describe me!" He said chuckling when he received a glare from his wife.

Anika and Shivaay smiled at the couple in front of them. Ana then asked Anika while eyeing Shivaay, "Dear, I'm sure you would have given names to your husband as well!"
"Ana come on we'll have to prepare food!" He said dragging his wife away leaving the other two in thoughts.

"How many more names would I get?!" Shivaay asked groaning when Anika spoke casually, "Oh maybe just an infinite number!"

"Please save me God!" Shivaay said looking up at the sky joining his hands together. Secretly laughing, she continued "But you know what Shiv, 'billuji' is the best name I have ever given to you!"
"Best choice of yours to select that name!" He said in the verge of crying.

(A task for all my readers out there : list out all the names Anika gave Shivaay in IB!)

"Billuji." Anika blurted out as she laughed softly remembering the moment.
"Excuse me!" She heard the voice of the blue-eyed man. It didn't sound rude but it definitely sounded questioning.
"Anika never repeats herself!" She said exactly like how he told a while back.
"You should say it! And you can't deny your boss." He said in a demanding tone.
"Fine then. I said 'billuji'!" she said when he said back sternly, "I'm your boss, not your boyfriend to be called like that!"
"I didn't call you billu-ji sir! I know I don't have the rights to call you like that!" She said trying her best to sound innocent.

"Food is ready!" Ana announced as she came along with the food they ordered. Behind her came ________ that intimidated Shivaay.
