1. How to be a Billionaire in Your 20s

Emara Stone

"Hail O! The Alpha with the power of two wolves.. Emara Stone."

The words thunder in my ears as the entire pack howls together. Their voices vibrate in the air with utmost respect for me, Princess of Wolves.

I stand there under the moonlight in my pearl gown, towering over them, taking in their praises and tributes.

Just then, silence falls like a heavy curtain. I look up as the crowd parts like Red sea, making way for him.

The ruthless. The most powerful Alpha in the history of werewolves.

The King of all Alphas.

Tall like Alps, strong like avalanche and dangerously beautiful. Every inch of him commands authority, radiating such a dark intensity that makes the air around him heavier to breathe.

His lethal brown eyes lock onto me, making my legs go gelatin.

He is not just powerful.. He is the power.

My heart drops as he stops before me, removing his crown with grace and lowering himself to one knee.

I gasp, as the Alpha of all Alphas, along with the entire pack, bends their knee and bows their heads in total submission, accepting me as their new Alpha.

"My Goddess. The Alpha with two wolves, please accept my loyalty." His voice deep as he offers me his crown I was destined to wear.

"I accept." I announce, resulting in chorus of howls rippling through the air, causing goosebumps to crawl on my skin.

I am their ruler. I feel unstoppable, like I can command the entire world.

"EMARA!"

I snap my head, as a sharp growl pierces through the air. I see my jealous twin brother standing there, clutching his fists and the wolf inside him.

Ethan?

"Wake up!" He roars, marching towards me with a glare that could cut through stone.

"What?" I gasp as he grabs me by my arms and shakes me vigorously like a madman. "Its 8:30 already. We are going to be late!"

A white light pierces through my eyelids, and I groan in irritation, "Ughhh! What is your problem?"

My mind feels detached, like it is stuck somewhere else, while my body is functioning else where.

I sit up, holding my head which is still buffering at the speed of internet explorer. What year is this?

"Get up!"

I glance at the audacity of my peasant brother to growl at me. The Princess with power of two wolves.. Wait. What?

I blink and suddenly, everything around me vanishes into thin air.

The grand hall is gone, replaced by the plain walls of my room. And my loyal werewolves, they are magically transformed into pile of clothes scattered across the floor.

"Where is my army?" I mumble to myself in shock.

The war I fought, the battles I won, and my powerful pack of wolves.. Everything is gone.

"Are you even listening to me?" Ethan yells, smacking my head and I realize, there is nothing on top.

Where did my crown go?

There is no majestic tiara or pearl dress glowing on me, and certainly no sexy Alpha kneeling at my feet.

I am no more in the werewolf world I was just crowned in.

Oh noo! It was all a... dream?

Suddenly, I feel like a complete idiot. No crown. No pack. No power of two wolves. Just me sitting in my room that smells like detergent and disappointment.

How am I going to face this cruel world now?

"Get ready, fast! Or I am calling dad." Ethan warns me in his one-minute big brother tone, before striding out of my room, leaving me heart-broken.

I stare at the ceiling, reminiscing about the wars I won, my throne I worked so hard to earn, and most importantly, my incredibly panty-wet Alpha King.

It was such a great dream!

"I could write a book on it." I murmur dreamily, still replaying the epic scenes in my head.

Suddenly something strikes me like a bullet. Fuck yeahh!

I launch towards my study table, grabbing a book and flipping through it like a crackhead, until I find a black page.

I start writing furiously, capturing every juicy detail of my dream, along with character descriptions, dramatic twists, swoon worthy dialogues and the dramatic perfect ending.

I could totally turn this dream into a bestseller book. It got romance, smut, plot twists, crazy banter, and a storyline to hook the readers until the very last page.

"This is going to be a million view hit book!" I grin to myself, staring at my barely readable handwriting.

Sure, I might have lost my crown, army and a hot wolfman, but hey, at least I have a damn good plot.

After freshing up and changing into a boring attire of black hoodie, baggy jeans, and a messy bun, I rush down for the breakfast.

Honestly, who cares if I even look like I just crawled out of a pond?

I pour cereal into a bowl, then a few spoons of milk to make it edible, being fully aware my brother's judge-y eyes on me.

"You didn't shower, did you?" Ethan asks me, with a side eye.

"You told me to get ready fast." I reply, grabbing my bowl, and flopping down at the dining table for peaceful bites.

"Emara, I can't believe you are making Ethan late on his first day of college. Very careless!" My mother, the Queen of favouritism scolds me with her disapproval gaze.

"Sorry.." I whisper, keeping my gaze glued to my cereal bowl.

"Why don't you learn something from your brother? He is punctual, serious about his future and studies. You should take a page out of his book and apply it to your life."

I glance at Ethan, who is smugly enjoying his first day of not-getting-scolded, while I take all the blows.

Oh, I hate this son of biscuit.

Not because he is the golden child who is better at almost everything and parent's clear favorite.

But, because he broke my dream of becoming the most powerful ruler of the werewolf world.

I'll make sure the guards throw him in the dungeons of hungry rogues.

"Other kids get so excited for their first day at university, and here, you are completely opposite!" My mother taunts me, while I chew faster.

Yeah, because those kids didn't get shoved into engineering just coz their super-smart brother got into it easily.

I stand up with my empty bowl and rinse it at the sink as I hear her from dining hall, "Your father paid extra donation to get you into that college along with Ethan, so don't disappoint him."

"I know." I grab my bag, ready to leave a hell for another.

"And don't forget your fruits!" She calls me out.

I turn back to the dining table, where I see two apples with bunch of almonds. I pick the bigger one, just then I hear, "Give that one to your brother."

I look up at her and plaster a smile. "Of course!" I saw that coming.

I grab my smaller apple, taking a big bite out of it and pretend to care even less. Ignorance is really bliss!

Walking out, I toss the apple at my brother, who is impatiently waiting by his bike for me to get my life together. "Here, wear this."

I glance at the helmet in his hand and shake my head. "No way. It suffocates me."

He rolls his eyes, before wearing his own helmet and with a kick, the bike comes to life.

"Bye. Study hard and make lots of friends." I hear my mother's voice, blowing us a goodbye kiss.

Got it, mom! I'll go make lots of boyfriends.

"Bye." I yell louder than the sound of engine, and we speed off onto the highway of unknown.

Cool air hits my face softly as Ethan accelerates the bike to reach on time. The wind's gentle whisper is almost enough to make me forget that I don't want to go to this college and study engineering.

I wanted to study literature.

But they laughed at me saying, it is not a career choice, but a hobby and shove me into IT alongside my brother.

But I ain't mad.

I will laugh at my parents when I'll become New York Best Seller Author, then they will run after me for my autograph.

"Stop. Stop!" I yell at my brother and he slams the brakes, screeching the bike to a halt just inches from the university gate.

"What happened?" Ethan asks, his voice muffled by the helmet.

"I am not going into the college on the bike with you." I slide down from the back seat, like escaping a hostage situation.

"Why?"

"I don't want people to think we are dating, or something." I reply, dusting my ass.

"Are you serious?" He stares at me as if I suggested him to let's blow up this college.

"Yeah. You go, I'll walk from here." I shoo him off, along with the future rumours.

Ethan shakes his head, his helmet shakes along and he rides away with a disappointed face.

I pull the hoodie's cap over my head and walk through the gates of Washington University, like a psychopath on loose.

I stroll down the gravel road, and glance around the campus, feeling like I am stepping into an exclusive club of Millionaire kids.

My jaw drops as I spot the lineup of cars parked that I have only seen in motivational reels about 'How to be a Billionaire in your 20s.'

Girls with Miss Universe makeup, cat-walking in their Gucci and Prada dresses, whereas boys got this swag that makes me feel like I am walking by a black rapper's debut music video, with all bling bling and chicks in G-string.

God! Mom told me to make friends, but how am I supposed to even start a conversation with these Vogue cover models when I didn't even shower?

*HONK*

Suddenly my heart jumps to my throat as a loud horn blasts through my eardrums. I turn around and see a jumbo sized black SUV right in front of me, about to run over my sexy body.

Jesus! Here I come.

I am re-writing this book as it was lacking depth of characters and adding some scenes which will shape the story for its next books.

Also, if you are a new reader, please read ALPHA RYAN~YOURS TRULY book first (Or you won't get many scenes in this book)
