Recap: Mithra's fifth bangle ceremony is done by the family.

A month later:

Pranav entered the dining and saw Raghini having dinner alone. He was about to return to his room but Raghini stopped him holding his hand.

Raghini: Pranav, I know you won't trust in whatever I say to you but could you please sit and listen to me for once. Remember its because of me Nithya is with you today.

Pranav removed her hand from his and sat opposite to her.

Raghini: Pranav, you stopped me from working in your office listening to Nithya but you will know her true face very soon but right now I want to talk about something else. Let me free from this house arrest. I m getting depressed in staying here all time. Me and my parents won't disturb you anymore. I won't force you to marry me or to take responsibility for the child. 

Pranav: what will I get if I let you go from here ?

Raghini: I m seriously losing my patience being locked in this place but still if you want I will get Chandru from your way permanently. Though I don't know the reason I know you despise Goutham and Mithra so if you let me go I will sure help against them you but please let me go.

Pranav: I will inform Karan to get the custody papers for the child tomorrow. You can sign the papers but you will stay here until the baby is born. You won't be locked anymore but remember I will kill you without mercy if you try to play against me.

Raghini: You can trust me but whatever we discussed now will stay within us and you will not share this except the custody part with anyone even your PA Karan or Nithya. 

Pranav: Just take care Chandru never cross mine or Nithya's life. Marry him and I will pay you 100 crore as your wedding gift.

Raghini Mv: Bastard why will marry him just for 100 crore when I can work to get Goutham who owns billions.

The next day she signed the papers giving the custody of the child to Pranav and he instructed his men to not lock her anymore. Raghini went out and started spending her whole day outside and would return only at night. For two weeks she spend so much of money and even Pranav did not stop her.

Goutham and Mithra were sleeping when his mobile blared from the manager of their London office. He turned it to silent mode and without disturbing Mithra he walked to the balcony and answered the call. 

Mithra woke up and sat leaning on the headboard waiting for Goutham to return. He returned to the room and saw her yawning rubbing her baby bump.

Goutham: why are you awake ? Are you hungry. shall I cook something for you twinkle ?

Mithra: Maggi will do but tell who called at this hour ?

Goutham: Call from London office. Fire accident at a site and the client is giving some hard time. I have informed him to involve a lawyer to settle the matter with compensation.

Goutham kissed her forehead and left to the kitchen and returned with a bowl of maggie but Mithra was asleep already. He placed the bowl on the teapoy and laid next to her cuddling her from back.

The next day Rehman entered the penthouse and saw Goutham in the kitchen and Mithra in the dining striking a ladle on her plate.

Mithra: Rehman bro, look at your boss. He is taking so much time to cook breakfast and here I m starving and my stomach is growling like a thunder in hunger........... thunder ... hunger awww see I formed a rhyming word...

Rehman and Goutham smiled at her antics and Goutham placed a tray with lid before Mithra and bowed removing the lid. Mithra squealed looking at the chocolate milk shake, banana muffins, maggi, idly, sambar, sauce, vada, honey.

Rehman: Boss, what a weird combinations she has. I have a doubt what if she continues to carve these food even after baby is born ?

Goutham: Yenda ? ( Why man ?) Now tell me what brought you in the morning ?

Rehman: Something serious happened in London office. Its all over news about the fire accident and the client is not ready to settle with compensation. Because of this two more clients backed off. Its becoming a major issue and we need to address it immediately.

Mithra: Goutham, I think you need to visit London office and handle the issue personally. We can't wait until it booms and drain all our hardwork. 

Goutham: Are you kidding me ? I m not leaving you alone not now, not ever. I will see for some other solution.

Goutham's mobile started ringing and it was from the manager of the London branch. He got to know the seriousness of the problem and sat raking his fingers through his hair.

Goutham: Can we send Chandru and Rehman to handle it ?

Mithra: Goutham, who knows the business there more than you ? Stop worrying about me and plan your travel now.

Goutham: No..

Mithra: Mr. Goutham, remember you are my CEO and work for me. Its my order for you to visit London branch and fix the problem. Mr. Husband, I will be very safe and take care of me and our baby. You have been staying home and Rehman has been looking after business but when your time is needed in crucial time you should do it. Be a good example to our baby in balancing business and personal life.

Rehman: Boss, I will be with boss madam to take care of her and moreover both your mother will be here so don't worry. It would hardly take 3 to 4 days for this.

Goutham: Fine make arrangements for my travel and inform our manager to plan the meeting with client without any delay. I want to return at the earliest.

Rehman left from there and Goutham sat next to Mithra feeding her.

Goutham: Are you sure you will be ok if I leave for 3 days ? What will you do when you feel hungry at midnight? Will you take your vitamins on time ? what will you do if your feet swell ? Will you bath alone ?

Mithra: hmmmm I will take care. Amma will cook at midnight if I m hungry. I will take vitamins on time. Vinay will massage my feet. I will bath alone too.

Goutham's face fell hearing her words but Mithra ignored her emotions else Goutham would cancel his plan. All day he was busy in the kitchen preparing snacks for her for three days and instructing the maid. Shylaja arrived at penthouse and Kavitha informed about arriving the next morning with Vinay. 

By afternoon Goutham had his things packed and saw Mithra eating ice cream watching cartoon, explaining it to the baby too.

Goutham: Konjamachum feel panrala naa poren nu ? Naa dhan inga polambitu irukken. ( Look, she doesn't even feel bad that I m leaving. Its only me ranting about it)

Goutham: Mithra, its time for me to leave. Are you sure baby ?

Mithra: yes baby, take care and buy chocolates for me. All the best for your travel.

Goutham pouted and started biting her cheek making her scream.

Mithra: Yenda kadicha ? ( Why did you bite me ?)

Goutham: Punishment for sending me away from you. I hate this travel, I hate leaving you alone, I hate going alone, I hate starting a business in London, I hate being a businessman.

Mithra giggled and wrapped her hand around his neck pulling closer and kissed him. Goutham kneeled on the bed and started kissing her back deepening the kiss. He broke the kiss and nuzzled in her neck inhaling her fragrance.

Goutham: I don't want to go twinkle. Please.. I don't feel like going. Something is stopping me from going leaving you alone here.

Mithra: No baby, its first day of school so be a good boy and mommy will buy you chocky after you return from school. 

Goutham: You are teasing me Mrs.Goutham ?

Mithra: Then behave like a grown up Mr. Goutham. You are travelling to handle a crisis. Fix it and come back. I will be waiting for you.

Goutham: god, atleast I heard that you will be waiting. Take care and I will call you very often to check on you. I have prepares snacks, eat them if you are hungry at night. Maid will be here to check the washroom floor before you want to bath so wait for her.

Mithra nodded her head and he pecked her forehead and left the room dragging the trolley behind him. Once she heard the door closing she broke down letting the tears to wet her cheeks. Shylaja entered the room and saw her crying.

Shylaja: Mithra, why are you crying ? He will be back even before the time he said. I m here and Rehman will return after dropping Goutham at airport. Tomorrow Kavitha and Vinay will also come here to take care of you so don't worry. We will enjoy and cook everything you wanted to eat.

Mithra: I m scared maa. I don't know but something doesn't feel good. Goutham will be scared if I say this to him and he will even cancel his travel. He had worked hard for this business and I can't let it go easily. 

Shylaja: nothing will happen. You know how smart is your husband. He will take care of everything so stop worrying and crying. It is not good for the child.

Shylaja wiped her tears and hugged her to console her.

Raghini was returning to Pranav's mansion after spending her time in the spa but on seeing Goutham's car she informed the driver to follow and stop his car. A few distance before the airport the driver overtook Goutham's car and stopped before it. Rehman got down from the driver seat and saw Raghini getting down from the car. Goutham too got down and showed a disgust face looking at her.

Rehman: Get your car out of our way Raghini. 

Raghini: I m here to talk to Goutham.

She tried to moved past Rehman to meet Goutham. Rehman tried to stop her but she shoved him and rushed to Goutham. Once she was close by Goutham she stumbled and fell on him. Goutham and Rehman both reacted and she was yanked away from Goutham immediately. Goutham dusted his shirt gritting his teeth and sneered at her.

Goutham: How dare you to enter my personal space ? did you forget the restraining order against you ? I can call the police to get you arrested this moment but I will spare only for the poor soul you carrying in your womb. 

Raghini: I m sorry Goutham. I only wanted to say sorry for all I did in your life. I reaped what I sowed and now I m alone with this baby. Please have some mercy and give me some job to take care of my baby.

Rehman: You should ask this from the one who is responsible for this. Don't waste our time and get lost from here.

When she didn't budge and started pleading with Goutham, Rehman slapped the driver non stop and threatened him to start the car as there were too many cars behind jammed for him to divert the direction. Goutham ignored her and sat in the car. The driver called Raghini and soon they started driving and Rehman drove to the airport.

Goutham: Something doesn't feel good Rehman. Have a close watch on Mithra and call Bala if you want. 

Rehman: I will take care of her boss. I will return immediately to penthouse and will work from there only. 

Raghini relaxed and wiped her fake tears and took the mobile from the driver. She opened the gallery and saw the picture the driver clicked when she stumbled on Goutham.

Raghini: Perfect time for all my plans.

She called Pranav and informed him about Goutham leaving for airport and made a plan with him.

A/N:

The plot is heading into the final sequence and I m planning the closure with 120 chapters. Have some patience with whatever happens and have trust in author and Goutham.
