Recap: Goutham and Mithra spend their weekend together. Chandru meet Nithya to convince her but she denies to get back with him.

Days passed with Mithra and Goutham living every moment of their married life in a bliss. Rehman successfully kept Raghini away from Goutham and Mithra. Chandru did not give up on Nithya and kept following her everywhere she went even if she did not spare a look at him. 

As usual Mithra arrived at office and entered Goutham's room but he was yet to arrive. she returned to her cabin and started focusing on her work and when he did not arrive even after an hour which was very rare of him she called him and her call was answered after few rings.

Goutham: Yes my dear wifey, did you miss me already ?

Mithra: Where are you and why haven't you arrived at office yet ?

Goutham: I received a call from lawyer to consult on taking over dad's business so I will be late.

Mithra: Ohh, ok I will wait for you then.

Goutham: We have a client meet today evening Mithra so inform your parents that you will be late today. I will pick you from office and we will go meet the client directly.

Mithra: Who is the client and why am I not aware of it ?

Goutham: he is actually a friend of mine and he called me directly to work for him. Clear your works by 4 and I will be at office by the time. 

Mithra: Ok, I will be ready. Take care. Miss you.

Goutham: I miss you a lot and imagine me giving a quick suck on your lips.

Mithra: No, get that yourself when you meet me.

Goutham: Trust me it won't be just a suck when I meet you so be ready for that.

Mithra: I m waiting now get back to your work so that we could meet early. Your wife is missing you already.

Goutham: Oh my god my wife is missing me already. I will finish all my work and come running into your arms just be ready to embrace me and I will crush you.

Mithra giggled and cut the call to continue her work. she wrapped all her work by 3 and got refreshed to meet Goutham's client. She was about to call Goutham to check on him but before that she received a call from her mother and answered it.

Mithra: Maa, enna maa indha time la call panra ? ( Mom, what is it with you calling at this time ?)

Kavitha: Mithra, veetukku seekiram vaa. ( Come home quickly)

Mithra: Maa, I have a client meet and I will return later than usual. Please not today and what happened that you want me return home at this time ?

Kavitha: Mithra, we have never stopped your working and one day if I call you home won't you be able to do it ? Your father is waiting for you so please get back soon. We have something important to talk to you.

Mithra: But maa ...

Kavitha: Come fast Mithra

Kavitha cut the call and Mithra dialled Goutham's number but he did not answer as he was in a flower shop buying flowers for her to surprise her at office. When he did not answer Mithra reached Rehman's cabin.

Mithra: Rehman, need a favour. I got a call from mother to get back home. I don't know whats happening and I couldn't refuse her. Goutham has not answered my call so please inform him to call me.

Rehman: Any problem Mithra ?

Mithra: Not sure Rehman, its very unusual for my mother to call me home at this time. I need be at home to know the reason.

Rehman: I will inform boss so don't worry.

Mithra smiled and left office instructing the driver to take her back to home. Goutham reached office with flowers and was welcomed by Rehman.

Rehman: Boss, Mithra has left toher home. She received a call from her mother.

Goutham: Why was she called back ?

Rehman: She was not informed of the reason but seems like she tried to reach you but you did not answer her call.

Goutham: I will speak to her.

Mithra reached her home and saw her father and mother busy in the hall and a shopping bag placed on the table.

Mithra: Maa, appa why did you call me ? I have an important meeting in the evening. I need to be back.

Raghuvaran: Mithra, you can inform your boss that you will not attend the meeting today. My friend and his family will be here soon to see you.

Mithra: Why do they need to see me ?

Kavitha: Hey loosa di nee ? ( Are you nuts ?) They are coming to formally initiate the wedding talks between you and their son. He has returned from his business trip yesterday. Now take this bag and we got you a new half saree. Get ready quickly before they are here.

They heard a thud sound and saw Vinay standing and the helmet from his hand was on the floor.

Vinay: Ippo yedhukku sudden ah arrange panringa ? ( Why do you have arrangement suddenly ?)

Raghuvaran: Shut up and get ready. You are bride's brother and behave like one. She is already 30 and its too late for marriage.

Vinay rushed out without a word and immediately called Goutham and passed the information to him. Goutham pushed the things on his desk and removed his blazer and threw it on the floor as he stormed out of his office.

Mithra reached her room and slumped on the bed crying. She wiped her tears and called Goutham but he did not answer his call. Kavitha entered the room and pushed Mithra to the washroom to refresh. Once she was back Kavitha gave the half saree and placed few jewels and waited for Mithra to get ready.

Mithra: Maa, nee po maa nane ready aguren. ( Maa, you may and I will get ready on my own)

Kavitha: Make it quick Mithra. We have waited for a long time to see you getting married. I have prayed all the deities for this.

Kavitha walked out and Mithra locked the door. She called Goutham again and again but he did not answer her calls. Mithra dropped the mobile on the bed and started getting ready wiping the tears which were rolling uncontrollably.

Mithra: I m sorry Goutham. Please answer my call. I feel weak and need you now. I need to talk to you before going infront of them. I promise, I will not delay anymore and speak to my parents today but please answer my call.

She stood before the mirror and saw the nuptial pendant on her chest and clutched it in her hand. Hearing footsteps she hid in her blouse and opened the door. Kavitha entered inside and saw from head to toe.

Kavitha: Mithra, remove that chain and wear these jewels.

Mithra: If you want me to wear those jewels I will wear but this is my lucky chain and I will not remove it.

Mithra wore a few jewels and Kavitha adorned her hair with lot of jasmine flowers. Vinay stood at the door and watched Mithra's eyes and her gloomy face. 

Kavitha: Mithra don't be like this and smile a little. They are a good family and groom is well educated. He won't stop you from working after marriage so you need not worry about your career. He is the only son and his father his your father's best friend so they will take care of you like their daughter.

Mithra: Maa, I m not ready for marriage now. I should have talked to you about this but its my fault I did not do it already. Please maa.

Kavitha: Mithra, stop kidding. What do you mean by you don't want to be married ? Daughter's marriage is a dream for every parents. 

Mithra: I know maa but I don't want now. I ... I...

Before Mithra could speak Raghuvaran called Kavitha that groom's family had arrived.

Kavitha: They are here and I will go down. I will come to take you down.

Once Kavitha left Vinay stood watching Mithra cry and his mobile blarred with call from Goutham so he moved from there.

Vinay: Hello mama...

Goutham: Vinay, I need to meet Mithra now.

Vinay: Mama, appa's friend family has arrived already and everyone is in the hall. Its daylight mama how will I get you inside ?

Goutham: I don't want any excuse Vinay. I want to meet her now. Open the terrace gate.

Vinay: People will see you clearly climbing the pipe mama. Please once they leave I will bring Mithra out of home to meet you and for now answer her calls.

Goutham: Still no is my answer. Either you let me inside somehow or I m walking in directly. I will take care of the consequences. 

Vinay: Where are you ?

Goutham: I m two house far in my car.

Vinay: I will come.

Vinay saw his parents chatting with the groom's family and using the back door he rushed out and saw Goutham impatiently waiting in his car. Looking at Vinay, Goutham got down from the car and vinay immediately hugged him.

Vinay: Sorry mama. I didn't know about all this until I was called home. Mithra and me got to know about this at the same when she returned home. If I had known earlier I would have done something or let you know already. I m so sorry.

Goutham: Vinay, I m seriously not in a steady mind. All I want is to meet Mithra now, this instant. Take me to her before I go insane.

Vinay pulled back from the hug and nodded his head. He passed a cap to him to wear and guided him to the back door of his home. He stopped Goutham and reached the hall.

Vinay: Appa, first time they have come to our home and I think you should take them to our pooja room before they meet Mithra. 

Raghuvaran: you started thinking like me atlast. Good though..

Raghuvaran invited the groom's family to the pooja room and when they were out of site Vinay signalled Goutham to enter. Goutham took the stairs and Vinay sighed in relief once Goutham was out of sight.
