Recap: Rehman and Goutham plan to keep Mithra safe from Pranav.

Day before get together:

Goutham was in his penthouse preparing toast. He poured a glass of juice and sat on the stool by the kitchen island sipping it slowly. He was thinking deeply about the get together which would change his life for sure. He only prayed to be a positive one. Though they have confessed indirectly and behaved like a couple he was scared deep down on the probability of her rejecting him. He dumped the toast in the trash can losing the appetite and picked the blazer to leave for office.

He put on a facade and reached office, his eyes searched for her and saw her cabin empty. He stood by the glass wall of his huge room watching the road down, waiting to see Mithra. He checked for any messages from her but there was none. He sighed and moved back to his seat to continue his work to calm his mind. 

He badly wanted to see her as he was feeling down and scared. She was the light in his dark world, the warmth in his blood, beat of his heart. He could achieve anything with her by his side. He leaned back in the seat cand closed his eyes just reminiscing their moments. A knock on the door broke his trance and he called the person in knowing who it was.

Mithra entered inside and looking at her he got up from his seat with a smile and stood before her. Mithra had a blank expression and gave a little smile. Goutham entwined their fingers and pecked her cheeks.

Goutham: You are late and I have been waiting to have a glimpse of this goddess to have a better day.

Mithra: Cheesy....

Goutham: I m stating the fact Mithra...I felt so down and now that I saw you I feel so energetic. You are my energy shot.

Mithra: Tomorrow I will not be in office. Remember the get together ? its tomorrow.

Goutham: I remember..Go and enjoy the day with your friends.

Mithra hummed and left his room leaving him puzzled on her actions. He didn't fail to notice the worry on her face and badly wanted to pull her back and hold her in his embrace but he let her go to give her the space for her to comeback herself to him and open whatever thing that was worrying her.

Through out the day Mithra was in her cabin trying to lose herself in work to avoid the omnious feel in her heart. She had an unknown fear of losing something precious which scared her. All she wanted to do was push away everything and run into Goutham's arms and hide in his warmth forever but she didn't want to worry him with whatever unknown fears of her.

Before lunch she entered the room and saw Goutham on call with some of his employees from London office. He saw her placing some files before him. She was about leave but Goutham stopped her muting his call.

Goutham: Mithra, are you alright ? 

Mithra: Yeah...I m leaving for lunch, have yours too.

Goutham: You don't seem to be good. Is there anything bothering you ? 

Mithra: you are holding up the call Goutham, go ahead and continue it. I m good just a little headache and will be fine in sometime.

She gave a gentle smile and left his room leaving him even more worried on her actions. His already messed up mind about the get together and revealing about his age factor to her was now a complete wreck. He put everything aside and continued the call to focus on business and talk to Mithra when she is back after lunch.

Mithra and Nithya were in the cafeteria and she was playing with the food from her lunch box. Nithya closed both their boxes and held Mithra's chin to look at her.

Nithi: Enna dhan di prechana ? ( what is the problem girl ?)

Mithu: I don't know..something is not good. A fear that something bad happening but not sure if its such my hallucination or an instinct.

Nithi: What will happen Mithu ? You are scared for nothing. We are in office now, tomorrow we will meet our classmates and seniors, juniors. It will be only fun to be around and enjoy with everyone so don't be worried.

Mithu: I m not hungry anymore. You have lunch and will meet in the evening.

Before Nithya could speak she left the cafeteria and reached her cabin. She saw a bag on her desk and found a chocolate bar, a small box of her favourite cake, a tablet for headache with a note.

" Hope your favourite chocolate and cake brought the lost smile on your face...if not then I m sure the white roses below your desk succeed in making you smile....There is no problem in the world that happens without solution so keep whatever is your worry away and keep smiling.

Mithra smiled reading it and bent below the desk and found a white rose bouquet with a small teddy bear holding a heart. She picked the teddy bear and kissed it before placing in her handbag. Carefully she placed the roses in her vase and finished the cake and kept the chocolate for later.

She saw Rehman walking towards the conference hall and knew from him that Goutham was on a meeting with his overseas employees. She decided to wait for him to finish his meeting and to ease his worry that she was doing good she sent a heart and rose emoji to him. Goutham instantly smiled looking at her message and continued his meeting.

By evening Mithra entered his room and saw him raking his fingers through his hair. On seeing her he smiled and moved before her. He cupped her cheeks and caressed with his thumb.

Goutham: you ok ? How do you feel now ? 

Mithra: Good and thank you for the cake and roses........hmmmmm ....Goutham.... you won't miss me ?

Goutham hugged her and kissed her temples making Mithra close her eyes feeling his warmth, care and love.

Goutham: I will never miss you because you will be with me always Mithra...you won't miss me too...trust me..its my promise to you.

Mithra hugged him back a little more tight and Goutham felt difference in it. He felt her heart thudding, her fist was crushing his shirt but in all he felt her vulnerable state, some fear she was holding in. He crushed her in his embrace giving his warmth and kissed her hair.

Goutham: What happened to my darling. Do you want to share ?

Mithra: I m scared Goutham.....its like an instinct that something bad is about to happen. I m scared for the first time. I don't know what is this feel but it makes me restless and nervous.

Goutham lifted her and made her sit on the table. He tilted her head and kissed her forehead letting his lips linger for a long time.

Goutham: You will not miss me and whatever may happen, remember that I m here for you Mithra. I will take care of everything and if you are worried about us then stop worrying, nothing will change between us. 

Mithra: Thats all ?

Goutham: If you think that I forgot about the date I asked you then you are wrong. I will meet you tomorrow and promise me that you will come out with me.

Mithra: Promise.... but where are we going and where should I come ?

Goutham: don't worry about that and everything will be taken care. I will pick you from your college. Nothing will go wrong Mithra. Just close your eyes and think about us...being together holding hands and leaning against each other and kissing like mad.

Mithra did as he said and her lips twitched upwards. 

Goutham: do you feel anything wrong with us being together ? Do you feel like I m playing with your feelings or do you see anything other than truth from my eyes ?

Mithra shook her head negatively and opened her eyes. She touched his cheeks gently and placed her forehead with his .

Mithra: I m feeling better Goutham, thank you so much..

Goutham: Good, Now come on be a good girl and give me that smile or I won't be able to continue my work.

Mithra smiled at him and he gave a quick suck on her lower lip. Mithra gasped and hit on his chest. Goutham chuckled and held her hands in his hold.

Goutham: I have a better way to cheer you up. What say ?

Mithra cocked her eyebrows questioning him. Goutham smirked and wrapped her hands around his neck and crashed his lips on hers. He grunted when she didn't open her mouth. Mithra smiled at his annoyance and teased him having her mouth shut and not letting him have his way. Goutham pulled back and looked at her.

Goutham: Too bad darling....you are not leaving this room unless you give me a proper kiss. I will have you locked here and no one questions me for that.

Mithra: Lets test your patience level. I want to see how far you can hold yourself.

Goutham: Oops sorry, I have zero patience level when it comes to kissing you so I give up. Test me with anything but not with you. I will fail even before you start the game.

Mithra: But I want you to win in everything be it a game or real life.

Goutham: You are so innocent Mithra. Losing is also a win when it comes to you. I need to train you a lot but no issues I will teach you.

Mithra held his collars and pulled him closer that their lips were less than an inch away. She caught his locks behind in her fist and tilted his head with a smirk.

Mithra: I m not a child and sure I know things so you need not waste time in teaching.

She licked his adam apple and he groaned feeling her lips. Mithra released his locks and tried to push him away but he locked her hand behind her and traced her lips with his tongue.

Goutham: Good then we can start practicals directly. Give me a demo of your skills fire cracker.

With that he started kissing her and she kissed him back, their tongues battling for dominance. Goutham let go of her hand in which she held his collar pulling him closer.They broke the kiss panting heavily in need for air and giggled embracing each other.

Goutham: that was..

Mithra: Awesome....

Goutham: How do you feel now ?

Mithra: ecstatic....

Goutham: Good, remember this kiss and have the same feel until we meet tomorrow also you promised to go on a date with me so no going back from your promise.

Mithra kissed his earlobe sealing the promise and they stayed savouring the moment.
