Recap: Mithra gives birth to a baby boy and later she announces to execute their plans.

Four days passed and Nithya was planning her moves against Pranav but she couldn't succeed in it. After thinking for 3 days she came up with a plan and called Ravi from the hidden mobile she had to contact the family.

Ravi: Hello, yes Nithya...any news ?

Nithya: I need your help for my plans.

Ravi: Anything that helps my children. Tell me what should I do ?

Nithya: Arrange a dinner party for all the business associates and announce that you are stepping down from business officially as your family needs you now. Also since Goutham is mourning over his wife and has given up doing business you will announce Chandru as your next heir.

Ravi: What will happen next ?

Nithya: Pranav should also be invited and I will accompany him to the party. Rest you can wait watch my moves.

Ravi: Alright, consider done. 

Nithya: You will do that today and the party should be tomorrow so that I can give a best gift to Mithra on my nephew's naming ceremony.

Ravi: I will take care and you be ready.

Nithya cut Ravi's call and called Chandru and they discussed everything to do in the party. As expected by evening when Nithya was in Pranav's room discussing over a project the receptionist entered with a invite which was delivered from RC Industries.

Pranav opened the invite and smiled looking at the reason of the party. Nithya asked him about the invite as if she didn't knew and he explained about the retirement party of Ravichandran.

Nithya: You will go ?

Pranav: Ofcourse, I should be there as a member of the association. After all he is the president and he is stepping down from business is a big news to the industry.

Nithya: But I don't want you to go there Pranav. What if they humiliate you ? 

Pranav: No one would dare to do that to me Nithya. Be assured and I will call you after returning from party.

Nithya: No, either you will not go or I will come with you. And if Goutham's father is stepping down does it mean that Goutham will be back to take over his business ?

Pranav: Ofcourse he will take over and if you are sure of being strong enough to see them all then I m no one to stop you sweetheart. Remember Chandru will be there.

Nithya: I don't give a fuck if he is there are not. They are no one to me and I care for you so if you don't mind or don't feel embarrassed of having me next to you then I can be your plus one to the party.

Pranav: what nonsense do you talk ? You are the most important person in my life Nithya and I would love to take you with me to the party. I will get you a dress for the party then. 

Nithya: Thank you so much Pranav. You are so awesome.

Nithya Mv: Ewwww, I feel nauseous to say all this to you.

She left the room raising her fist in her mind. 

The next day morning Pranav sent a dress to her home and she made face looking at it and threw it in a corner. By evening with an annoyed face she got ready in the black and white jump suit he got for her with matching pearl jewels. Hearing a honk she rushed out and saw Pranav waving hand to her and she joined him in the car.

They reached the venue and saw many business associates had arrived already. Ravi and Shylaja were greeting the guest and it looked more like the guest were giving their condolences to the couple. Looking at Pranav and Nithya, the couple gave a curt nod welcoming them. Pranav and Nithya sat in a table and she gritted her teeth.

Nithya: See, I told you they will not treat you properly. Afterall what is their problem with you ?

Pranav: Let that go and we shall focus on us. You look stunning today and I can't my eyes off you.

Nithya tried to blush and looked away as if she was shy but she scolding him in her mind. A few minutes later Ravi's speech got their attention.

Ravi: Welcome ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your valuable time to grace this evening. I don't want to take your precious time with boring talks so let me be straight to point. You all have been giving me a tremendous support in my business for years and I m very grateful to that. I hope everyone is aware of the loss in my family and my family need me the most at this time so I hereby announce that I RaviChandran officially step down from all my business. Since my son Goutham is still not over the loss in his life he is not ready to look after any business and I respect his decision so today I declare my nephew, who is also my son Chandru Viswanathan as the heir to all my business. Gentlemen please give him the support you have given me all these years.

Everyone applauded and Chandru reached the podium dressed in a perfect armani suit.

Chandru: Thank you everyone. Thank you uncle, though I address you as uncle we know better that you are the father figure in my life. I will work and make you proud of the decision you made today. I will stand by you in all good and bad times. Together as a family we will achieve anything.

Chandru hugged Ravi and Shylaja and Ravi raised the glass for the party to start. One by one started greeting Chandru and wish him best luck. Chandru saw Pranav and Nithy and with a mocking smile he sat on one of the chair at their table. He sipped the drink in his hand and looked at Nithya with smirk.

Chandru: Looks like you are feeling bad that you lost a diamond and got a brass. 

Nithya: Look who got a tongue today. Don't forget that your great aunt is the same lady who blackmailed you one day.

Chandru: Atleast she is genuine and realized her mistake. She corrected herself and now she is supporting her family.

Nithya: Yeah family right ? I will never forget the venom words she spat on me. Mark my words one day you will cry over for being with them but I will be happy for the decision I made. 

Nithya turned to Pranav and gave him a smile holding his hand on the table.

Chandru: Decision of what, being his employee ? God, you are so pathetic Ms. Nithya. 

Nithya: Shut up. He is not like you. He made me the COO of his company and I take all the decisions of his business. That is the trust he had on me unlike a coward like you.

Chandru: You are just a COO and get paid for it. You speak as if he has given his business completely to you. I now see why he hasn't got any projects recently. Mr. Pranav open your eyes and check her work. Don't trust her blindly. See whom I talking to ? I wonder even if your eyes will recognize something else when you have a girl in your room. Made for each other....

Nithya: Shut up Mr. Chandru. You are crossing the lines. I m not with him for his property or business. He truly cares for me unlike you who left me broken not once but twice. I feel disgusted to even see you. Pranav lets leave this place. I can't take this anymore.

Pranav: Wait Nithya. Mr. Chandru has spoken so much and it won't be fair to leave without replying him. So what was Mr.Chandru saying that you are just my employee ? She is more than an employee to me and I trust her completely. I don't care to the loss of projects or I don't give a fuck even if I lose my business. I will do anything to bring a smile on her face unlike you who left her devastated. 

Pranav grabbed Nithya's hand and left from there. All the way Nithya was quite and he dropped her home without pushing her further on any topic.

 The next day Nithya arrived at office with a file. She knocked on the door and waited for Pranav to call her in. After she heard his voice she entered inside.

Pranav: How many times should I tell that you need not knock or wait for my orders to enter my room. You have every right to barge in anytime.

Nithya: What if I entered at some inappropriate time ?

Pranav: As if I m having someone hidden in my room.

Though Pranav saw her words were as usual and she was smiling but the smile did not reach her eyes. Nithya tried to put the best of an act infront of him.

Pranav: Are you still thinking of what he said yesterday ?

Nithya: Please let us not talk of that. I need your signatures in these papers. It is to release the fund for the new project we will start next week. Also there is an agreement to the security team to upgrade our security system. All our systems, laptops of all the employees will be upgraded to the latest ones to support the current trending softwares and applications. Also we are renewing the project with a few business partners as well as terminating few. I have checked everything still please go through each page before you sign. 

Pranav: Why should I read every page before signing it ?

Nithya: I don't want you to lose anything because you pitied me to this job. I m broken too much to bear anymore Pranav. Please...

Nithya wiped the non existing tears from the corner of her eyes and bit her lips to control her sobbing.

Pranav signed all the papers and stood before her. Taking her palm he placed the file in it.

Pranav: You hurt me by saying that I got you this job out of pity. Do you really want to know what you mean to me ? I can fucking bring the world down to your feet Nithya. You mean so much to me that I have never felt this with any woman so far.

Pranav cupped her face in his palm caressing her cheek. Nithya felt nauseous with his touch and wanted to slap him right away but she fisted her pant to control the urge to stab him. Pranav walked behind her and wrapped his hand around her waist pulling her to his chest. He inhaled her fragrance with closed eyes and felt his blood rushing to his south. Nithya shut her eyes in disgust feeling his hot breath on her nape.

Pranav: I want you Nithya... I want you only for me....

He moved back and hies eyes took in the curves of her body and he gritted his teeth to control himself from pounding into her.

Pranav: I won't force you Nithya....I will wait for you.

Nithya did not speak a word and left his room. Pranav was sexually frustrated and left the office informing Karan to get a girl to his resort. 

Nithya was feeling irritated and wanted to scrub her body to remove his touch. After office hours she called Chandru and hearing his voice she broke down. Chandru started panicking that she must be in danger and ran out of office. Nithya informed him to arrive at his apartment. 

She stopped her car in a mall and took an auto to reach Chandru's apartment. She saw the door was open Chandru pacing in the living waiting for her. As soon as he saw her he pulled her inside and shut the door behind. Nithya threw her hand around him and cried explaining everything to him. Suddenly she pushed him and entered the washroom in his bedroom and stood under the shower scratching her nape, hand and abdomen where Pranav touched her.

Chandru: Nithya enna panara nee ? ( Nithya, what are you doing ?)

Nithya: I m removing his touch from me. Its disgusting Chandru. 

He pulled her to his embrace and kissed her while his hands registered his touch and reminded her that she belonged to him... only him..

Chandru: Tomorrow at the naming ceremony we will speak with Goutham and you need not go to that bastard's  office anymore.
