I was not able to control my anger on him,how dare  he to doubt my capability and that to place his doubts in front of my mentor.Sir had gone  out to attend  a meeting as he was the president of the attorneys association leaving behind an aarogant Manik and a love sick Soha with me.Soha could not take her eyes off him.

I was getting bored so to avoid further suffering ,I decided to step out and get some fresh air,I had just walked a little away from the office when I banged into DHRUV ,well he was our batchmate and doing internship like us,also he had a crush or to be precise a massive crush on Alya but was a shy soul,as for me he was my very good friend the only male I could actually call, friend in Mumbai ,I bonded with him as he was a lot like my bestie Arjun.

So Ms Murthy where are you lost,don't you have work shall I inform Prof John?????

He fake threatened me and did a impersonation of sir on which I laughed louder.It took my mind off the monster for a while,since Sir was not going to be back before an hour I decided to take a coffee break with Dhruv ,also in a way  giving time to the couple (to be).We had a coffee with the best combination of gossips and of course Selfies!!!

It did refresh my mood and I was ready to return back to my work,I hoped that Mr malhotra had left.

But I was in for surprise,as I opened the door, i came face to face with Mr Malhotra,something about his facial expression told me that he was super pissed .

I was right after all  you are not really into your work but busy doing everything but work,I am waiting here but no !!!!you were busy flirting with men around,heights of professionalism Ms Murthy.

Before I could say a word he pushed me aside banging the door hard,I was shocked with the audacity of the monster,he was busy flirting and hitting on Soha the last I was in this room and I had been out for only 20 minutes.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS MAN???Who does he think he is,to keep judging me, idiot!!!,and who did I flirt with??? Why is he so pissed ????Aiyapa this man is making my sanity take a flip.

Just as I was busy putting all my question to Aiyapa,soha entered looking pissed...what is with these people today all seemed in a haughty mood.

Where is Manik???What is taking him so long???

He just left ,seemed pretty mad.

I replied to soha's query.

What???but as soon as you went out he got a call,I waited for 15mins and then got a call from the witch so had to leave.

She made a pout,so that explains how he got to know that I was with Dhruv,but why would he follow me obviously he was interested in soha and least interested in me,so what could be the reason that he had let go of a chance of getting a private moment with her and follow me,gosh.....he was getting more mysterious with each passing moment.On Soha's insistence I got Manik's number from Sir making an excuse.And as luck would have it Soha invited him for dinner.Great!!!Just great the more I wished to run away from him the more I was getting struck with him

Just as me and alya entered our house we saw the house decorated in a birthday party theme,I was perplexed considering none of us had  our bday in near future.

What is all this Soha???

Alya asked ,Soha came out wearing a sexy dress which helped display her assets quite well and replied.

Well Manik is coming for dinner I needed a reason to invite him and so I said its my birthday.

Me and Alya were finding the whole thing quite amusing.

And what if he finds out???

I asked her,knowing she would have a readymade reply.

Well he wont go around checking my birth certificate...dumbo.
Now you both go and get ready fast.

I was in no mood to dress up for the idiot so I excused myself faking a headache and promised to join for dinner.Meanwhile I helped Alya in getting ready.Of course she was threatened by soha not to look too good,so we chose a casual outfit.

As for me since I was not going to make an appearance before dinner I chose to remain in my nightwear.I rushed into our bedroom as soon as I heard the doorbell ringing announcing the arrival of the monster.

I took a bath and settled on the bed with a few paper works I had to do,I totally forgot that I left my when phone in the living room,it was only when I heard alya yelling that I realised my phone was ringing and it was Arjun my bestie calling me,I forgot that HE will be there and ran in excitement to get the phone.

I shouted happily as he was someone who used to bear all my craziness unlike some morons!!.

I took the phone outside in the balcony and engaged in an animated conversation explaining about my past one week's activities,he was in US doing his MBA.As I was recounting all the events I started to tell about the Coconut tree and on instinct looked inside at him,who was infact looking intently at me,it was funny actually I could see Soha trying to strike a conversation with him but he seemed more interested in watching me....Such a loser he is.

Meanwhile Alya came and started talking to Arjun yes of the two alya bonded best with him.Finally after getting done with the call,I moved in and was about to go back to my room,when he stopped me.

Ms murthy won't you join us????Or is it that you talk to only selected people??.

I looked at him with a confused expression but alya came to rescue and said that it was my best friend on the line.But soha driven by her insecurities said that she felt that I may probably end up with Arjun.I may be was wrong but having that said I noticed a sudden change in Mr Malhotra's expression he seemed angry????? Anyways I thought better  not to try & solve the mystery around the man,we got busy eating dinner but I could feel his constant glaring at me.Finally he bid Soha bye after gifting her a diamond bracelets and a little cuchi coo session.Soha and aliya moved to our room to change  and I was just cleaning up the mess created by the fake bday party when the door bell rang.As soon as I opened it I was pulled and pinned to the wall and my mouth was covered to keep me from screaming,I opened my eyes in terror to face the monster and he spat 4 words gritting his teeth and left.He said...
