Gwen's Pov

I had to leave, I couldn't let this go on anymore.

"Gwen!!" I hear my name in the distance. I knew it was Carlisle, but I can't.

Just as I go to turn down another corner, I feel someone pull on my arm.

I look back at Carlisle. The others right behind him.

"We fight this together love."

"He wants me Carlisle. It will be better-"

"No Gwen." Amun walks forward.

"We fight this together little sis." Benjamin tells me.

My mom, father, uncle and Godparents all come forward.

Each of them having a determined look on their faces.

"I-"

"Oh well looky looky guys. It's the Elementress and her friends." I turn back around to see a woman and more men standing there.

Javier being one of them.

I glance behind them at the alleyway, Steven's head guard was right. He must be there.

"Oh what should we do?" We all get into stance.

"Leave her to me." Reinelle says, stepping forward.
"I've been waiting to handle her."

"I got Javier." Alice says. We run towards them, the soldiers coming to us.

3rd Person Pov

It's about time. Reinelle thought to herself.

Removing people with ease, she reaches Darcel, but the girl runs down another alleyway.

She sends a slice of wind behind her, and Reinelle ducks it with ease.

Seeing a pile of wooden barrels in front of the woman, Reinelle sends a fireball in its direction, it falls over, erupting into fire, blocking her path.

She spins around, raising her hand in the air.

"Reinelle please!! Listen to me?!"

She stops at a distance.
"Where is Marianna Darcel!?"

Reinelle holds her hand prepared to strike if need be, but suddenly she feels the air slowly being removed from her lungs.

"About time you arrived Ramon!" She looks up to one of the roofs.
"She nearly killed me!!" The man says nothing to the woman, but focuses on killing the one in front him.

Reinelle holds unto her throat, dropping to her knees, trying her hardest to breath in.

"Oh look at you now Reinelle." She mocks walking up to her.
"Where is the oh so powerful Fire El now huh." She laughs.

She stoops down in front of her, smirking.
"You really want to know where Marianna is Rei Rei? She's on her way to one of Bernard's facilities, along with the half breed and the girl, to be experimented on. I'm sure they'll force her into labor."

Reinelle eyes widen at Darcel's words.

She narrows her eyes at the woman. Her eyes beginning to glow.

Darcel staggers back in fear, tripping over her feet, crawling away from her.

You want air, take air.

Reinelle opens her mouth wide and instead of air leaving her mouth, fire leaves her instead.

Ramon stops in shock, trying to maneuver away but it was already to late.

His entire body lights up in flames, his screams, ringing through the air, as he falls backwards off the building.

Darcel watches in horror, at the woman in front of her. Trapped, with no where to go.

Fire lights up from Reinelle's hand before spreading across her entire body. Standing to her feet.

"T-That's forbidden." Darcel stutters. Fear taking over her entire being.

"The only reason I've never hurt you before Darcel.." she takes a step forward, causing the other women to crawl back, glancing at the fire behind her.
"Is because Marianna asked me not to."

"Reinelle please." She stands to her feet.
"I'm sorry. I-I won't do it again. He tricked me."

"Tricked you?" She begins to laugh.
"You know what's funny Darcel, you blaming others for your low self esteem." She takes another step forward, and she takes on back.
"And you know what's even funnier! To think she went to your parents and spoke to them, telling them to stop comparing you to her, and allow you to live you're dream!!" Her eyes widen, hands falling limp at her sides.

"W-what?"

"She was going to tell you the good news after her birthday dinner, but we all know what happened then." Her hands fall limply to her sides.
"I won't let you hurt her again."
Reinelle raises her hands, the fire leaving her body heading over to the woman.

Darcel tries to stop it with her power but she knew their was no way she could. Reinelle was known as the most powerful Fire El for a reason.

A small yelp leaves her mouth, blocking her face, as it collides with her body.

Reinelle watches as the woman completely disappears before her eyes. Her heart heavy, yet relieved.

She feels someone pull on her hand, and she turns around ready to strike, only to find Vincent and Winston standing behind her.

Her eyes slowly change back to their natural color. Tears coming to her eyes.

He pulls her into a hug, holding her tightly.
"We'll find her. Don't worry."

Alice throws another man off her. The other fighting as well.

She feels someone grab unto her shoulder, and she quickly turns around, grabbing unto their arm throwing them against the wall. When she realizes it's Javier, she holds unto his neck.

"You're a half breed Javier. Why are you even fighting."

The man snarls at her and she stagger back in shock a bit. He raises his hand up, hitting down hard on it, but Alice tightens his hold.

She feels a tap on her shoulder, glancing behind her to see Jewel with a wooden stick in hand.

"Let me" she lets him go, nodding, and running off to help Seth, who was being tackled by three men.

The man smirks at Jewel, looking to run to her but found himself stuck to the wall.

He tries to move again, but nothing.

She watches as his smug expression leaves his face, and fear replaced it.

"This is for Ms. D you bastard." She swings.

When they thought they were done, more men showed up. Just how much did he bring with him. Gwen thought to herself.

It's as if he brought everyone.

She looks to her family. Watching as they fought with everything in them.

We fight this together love.

Promise you won't fight it alone Gwen.

Tears come to her eyes.
Forgive me boys.

She fights off the few men in front her, unaware that they were not putting up much fight, and freely letting her pass.

Making it unto the field, a smile comes on Bernard's face as he sees her run unto the field.

He waits until she is a good distance.

"Put on the system. Not to much! Just get her on her knees." He glances behind him at Roger. The man smiles, pressing the red button.

Gwen raises her hand, pieces of the earth raising as well, but suddenly a
loud humming sound fills the air, and she finds herself being forced to her knees.

"Haha!! See I told you Freddie boy. It brings the strongest to their knees." He laughs.
"I've tested this system for many years just for this day. And even if they come to help her, they step on that field, they will join her as well." He loudly says, laughing.

Fredrick becomes angry with himself. Hating that he couldn't do anything to help her.

If only he had his powers right now. He thought.

"Bring the boy!!" Gwen watches as Aiden is dragged out one of the SUVs by his hair, by Carl.

"No don't hurt him!!" Fredrick shouts, and his father only laughs.
Fredrick looks to Gwen her eyes widen.

Carlisle and the others, run towards the field, as they finish off the last person.

They could hear the humming sound in the distance not to sure what it was, but when they reach to the edge, about to run on, Jacob, Seth and Leah who ran ahead of them stop running, causing them all to stop as well.

"What is it Jacob?" Bella asks.

Henry walks forward, feeling and seeing why he stopped.

"He's using the system."

"The sicken humming sound we hear is that?" Honey asks and He nods.

"We step out there, we'll go down just like Gwen."

Fredrick sees the group in the alleyway in the distance.
"Don't come on field!!" He shouts, and they look to him.

His brother punches the side of his face, causing him to fall to his side.

"Shut up little brother." He tastes a metallic taste in his mouth.

He glances up to Anderson. Who had an unreadable expression on his face, watching the whole thing.
"You still think he's going to make you the most powerful!?"

"What happens when she loses herself huh!? Do you really think she would let any of you live!? The maniac only used you to get to her!!"

Anderson, looks at him, and then back at Bernard. Who raises a eyebrow at him.

"Something wrong Anderson?" He shakes his head.
"Good then."

"The boy." He asks again, and Carl hands Aiden over to him. He holds him by his hair. Stooping down behind him, making sure he's watching his mother, who was now on all fours.
"Isn't mommy manificent."

Aiden cries, more.
"Leave my mommy alone!!" He turns around hitting him in his face. He recovers quickly grabbing the boy the collar of his neck in anger.

His little hands fighting his hands off.

She could hear Aiden cry, and it made her fight to get out of it. Trying to push herself up, she feels a slight release. Her hand lifting slightly lifting.

The action was not missed by Bernard and he smiled.

"Raise the system to 75 Roger!"

She feels the pressure become stronger. Her hands were shaking, her elbows bent a bit, but she kept fighting.

The fact that she was still on her hands and knees, made Bernard marvel.

Any other would of been prostrate on the ground.

He chuckles, standing back up. Grabbing the boy by his hair. He could see de was fighting it.

She wants to save her little baby boy.

He knew this boy would be the ticket to his plan succeeding, and true to my son's words. Anderson was only necessary for getting her.

I was actually surprised he came to me, years aback, stating that he would help, and what his condition was.

Seems the King of Fais, was slowly losing his powers.

The day his dear old sister got freed, I was on my way to get some of her blood.

Even then the fool, begged me to help him. I had no intentions of ever doing anything, and Fredrick caught on to everything.

That's why he's my favorite.

He may have thought I was hard on him when he was small, but it was only because I saw how great he could be.

He would of been a great successor after me, but then his brother tried killing him out of pathetic jealous, and thought I wasn't aware.

I watched him stab him, and then himself. My blood started to boil so badly. Because of his actions a lot of things had to change, but I did nothing.

I needed him around now that Fredrick was gone, and his jealousy only fueled him to do what I wanted.

Only enhancing his human DNA, with the littlest of vampire venom. His strength and natural abilities increased making him a literal super human. And it seemed the vampire I took the venom from, had the power of invisibility and that was how he was able to enter the town after Anderson told us of its existence.

I sent him ahead to make sure Anderson did his part.

But even then,it appears to me, that Fredrick is the only one who realizes my false promises of success was something that would never come.

And I felt pride in the fact that he knew that.

He looks ahead at Gwen again, a evil smile coming unto his face.

Show time.

"Petra!" Fredrick looks up at his father, looking behind him as a woman in a lab coat walks out one of the vans, she opens a small case like box, opening it for him.

He smiles down at the needle, taking it into his hand.

"Isn't their anyway to get to him!?" Honey frantically, asks as they are all watch on.

"Jane can't you-"

"No I'm sorry. I can't seem to get to him over that system."

"Maybe it's the humming." Marcus says.
"A type of cover."

Bernard smiles as they group ahead looked frantic. They would not be able to stop him.

He looks to Gwen, who's eyes were now watching him in horror, making him smile more.

He squirts out a bit of the venom. Before slowly bringing it to the boy's neck, for dramatic effect.

Fredrick looks at his father,with feeling conflicted.

When did he become this monster?
Memories of them as a family when he was younger. How happy they were with his mother, and how devastated they became once she died.

Could that be the reason for all this. Though he says it's for his enjoyment, but why?

Flashback

Evon and I stood on the stairs, listening to our parents.

"It will work Beverly. Believe me. With supernaturals being real, do you know how significant their DNA would be. I just need the right equipment and a lab, and I can do this. I can save you."

"Bernard stop it please!! Let it go!!"

"No!"

"I will not be one of your experiments Bernard. I rather die peacefully with you all by my side, than being your personal lab experiment!!" She shouts at him.

End of Flashback.

When she died, he saw the light leave his father's eyes. He put all his attention into work, but soon after he was stripped of everything.

"Mom would hate this." He says and his father's hand stops.

He looks to him. Evon as well, frozen in spot.

He sees something flash in his eyes, thinking that he may have gotten him to stop all this, but his eyes narrow, filling with anger.

"She was compatible." He says and sticks the needle into Aiden's neck. Fredrick fights to get up, but his body wouldn't allow him.

The Cullens all shout out to the boy. Gwen's eye widen, her heart beating rapidly, her loud screams not able to pass out her lips.

Bernard shoves Aiden away from him, and he falls unto the ground, letting out a piercing scream, clawing at his neck.

Jasper falls unto his knees, his hand on his chest, groaning in pain.

Alice and Esme stoop down next to him.
"Her emotions...they're too much."

Her eyes glued to her son, she fights with everything in her, finally managing to scream out no.

"Raise the system higher!"

Honey tries to focus on think of a way to get to the boy, Carlisle looking as well.

"Is there another way to get to that side of the field!?" He asks Steven. The man looks to him sadly.

"This is the only exist and entrance from this end. I'm sorry."

He looks back forward.
"But it looks like open field!!" Amun shouts.

"It only looks like it. Simply an illusion. The place is a lot smaller than it looks."

They all look back to Aiden and Gwen, feeling completely powerless.

Aiden's screams begin to die down, and the air becomes chillingly silent.

Jasper looks up to Gwen, alarmed.

"What is Jasper?" Alice asks him, and they all look to him.

"She...I can't feel anything."

They all look towards her anxiety filling each of them.

The sky begins to darken, the flowers right around her slowly beginning to die. It doesn't spread through out the entire field, but made a circle of death around her.

"What did you give him!?" Fredrick shouts fighting to get up.

"Venom." He answers.

"Are you crazy?! He's just a child."

Ignoring his words, Bernard kept his eyes on his prize, watching as she slowly forfeited to the chaos within.

The loud crackle of thunder, made him smile even more.

Carlisle and the others holding their breaths as they heard Aiden's heart stop.

Ms. D stands up from her seat, when she hears the loud sound of thunder, and the small trimmer of the ground beneath her feet, caused fear to rise in her heart.

Wilma and John stand, looking to her concerned.
"What's wrong Ms. D?"

"What's going Ms. D?" James asks.
Mary looks up at her, waiting to her her response as well.

"Gwen." Was all she could get out. Holding unto her heart.

Lightening clashes down again, causing Evon and them to duck, but Bernard stood basking in the glory of his creation.

"Father?" Evon looks up at the sky.

"Shhhhhhh!"

"Raise the system higher!!" Bernard shouts again.

Gwen feels it forcing her back down, but she pushes up again. Getting unto one knee.

"More!!"

Everyone looked on in horror. As she continued fell back unto fours, but she tries again.

She looks up, to Bernard her eyes connecting with his.

"Highest level!!!" Bernard crackles, Anderson and the others looking to him frightened, as she continues to stand.

"Father you said it will be able to hold her down!!" Evon says, him and the group of men looking at the woman with fear.

"Do you really think it would of held her down?" He laughs and they all look to him like he was crazy.

Fredrick manages to break out of the numbness, getting his strength back. He quickly runs over to Aiden, checking for his pulse.

Evon grabs unto his shoulder, and he hits his hand off.

"He always knew it would not hold her down. He knew she would defeat it!!" Thunder booms again and Evon looks to the woman. She was now on one knee, staring at his father.

"He's not sane Evon! All of this was a suicide mission. He knew you all would die. He doesn't care about any of you!! Do you really think, that silly system would of really been able to hold her down when she became the chaos he wants her to be!?" He stumbles back from his brother.

"He's wrong right father?" Bernard glances at the boy, then his brother and laughs, looking back at Gwen.

"Isn't she magnificent." His response leaves him dumbfounded.

"Our father died when mom did Evon. And instead of mourning like a regular person, he decides to go around inflicting pain into the lives of people. He was the chaos she was meant to stop Evon, but he made her it with him."

He picks Aiden up in his hands, before surrounding them both with his force field.

It would keep them safe, as she releases her wrath upon them.

He places his hand on the boy, quieting the noise around him, listening for a heart beat.

He doesn't feel anything.
Come on Aidie.

A few more seconds pass before he feels a small heartbeat, and he hugs the little boy in joy.

They watch in relief as Fredrick hugs Aiden, he looks to them giving them a thumbs up.

Carlisle sighs, one is okay.

He looks back at Gwen.

Rain has yet to fall, as if awaiting their command.

"Magnifico." Bernard whispers, as he watches her.

"Father we must go!!" Evon tries to pull his father, but he shrugs him off.

Looking at his father in disbelief, then to Gwen.

He looks to his brother, the two safely protected by his force field.

He looks to his father again, shaking his head, he runs towards one of their SUVs, Roger jumping out the van and running to one of the cars, all of them driving off quickly.

Anderson stood frozen in spot, watching the woman in front of him. She was almost up.

She really is the most powerful El.

Turning around, he runs off to another one of the cars, leaving as well.

Bernard turns to look at them, laughing loudly.
"Fools. Where are you going!?" He turns back to her.
"Isn't she magnificent?"

They don't even make it far, before a bolt of lightening, strikes down on each vehicle, causing them to blow up.

Bernard ducks a bit, looking at the blaze laughing.

He looks back at Gwen, pleased to see her fully standing, a purple aura around her.

"Evil befalls you my Elementress."
