Carlisle Pov

I walk back downstairs from my office, looking around the living room for Gwen. The Volturi left to hunt, and will be back soon.

Jasper signals me towards the back, and I nod, heading there.

I step out the door, finding her sitting by the edge of the pool. Her feet in the water.

"Hey there."

She jumps, her head whipping to me. But it seems to forget where she is, using my vampire speed I run to her, pulling on her top, stopping her from falling in.

"Don't do that!!" She yells as I help her to stand. Hitting my chest.
"I could of fall in."

"Sorry love. But you don't have to worry, I'll always catch you." She shakes her head, giggling.

I wrap my arms around her waist.
"What's going on in that mind of yours? Talk to me."

"A lot of things actually." She says, looking up at me.
"Do you believe him?" I fix the blanket on her shoulders.

"Partially. But we'll see for sure when we get there." She nods,resting her head on my chest. I wrap my arms around her, remaining quiet.

"Oh I'm sorry." We pull away, looking to her birth mother.
"May I talk with her for a moment?"

"Sure." I reply. I raise her hand to my lips kissing it softly.

"I'll be inside." She gives me a small smile, nodding.

I enter the house once again, and Amun immediately calls out to me.
"Carlisle! Come let me introduce you to Honey."

I walk up to the two who stood near the kitchen area.

"So you're the blonde gentleman that swept my baby girl off her feet."

"Guilty." I laugh.
"It's nice to meet you Ms. Willows." I  stretch my hand out to her.

"Oh cut that out!" She hits it away.
"You're basically family now." She says pulling me into a hug.

"Thank you for being there for her." She pulls away.
"Truly." I smile.

"No need to thank me."

"Amun acts all game, but Kedi and Benjamin speak very highly of you."

"Ahh yess. Amun has a thought that I'm taking his coven from him." I chuckle, causing Amun to roll his eyes.

"How did you both meet? Tell me everything? Did you fall in love at first sight?" Honey rambles. Amun lets out a huff, surely not wanting to hear of how I "took" Gwen from him.

"Oh stop being a mood killer Amun. I've been wanting to hear the story as well." Kedi says, hitting his arm. 

Gwen's Pov

"Why don't we go by the table?" I suggest and she agrees.

I pull out the chair for her, helping her sit, before, taking a seat next to her.

She watches me in awe, a content smile on her face.

"I've imagined so many times what it will be like when I meet you again. Sadly all imaginations can't compare to this moment." She hesitantly goes to take my hand in hers, pausing slightly, asking for permission.

I answer her question by taking her hand. A small smile taking over both of our faces.

"What are you having?"

"Another boy. Your father won't shut up about it. He basically has me on lock down." She says, a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"A father tends to be very protective of his children." We look ahead of us, my birth father walking over to us.
"May I?"

"You don't have to ask." I tell him. We sat in awkward silence just for a few seconds, before Mom started speaking.

"If there was any other way, I would not of given you away." She says sadly.

"You were so beautiful. I didn't think you -well..we didn't know you even existed until you were born."

"What exactly happened that day?" I've been wondering for so many years, about that day ever since I found out the truth of who I was.

She begins to tell me the story. I couldn't believe it. My aunt in law, was the one who poisoned her.

So why is he here? And why is he with mom?

"I know that look on your face. I thought the same thing when he showed up at the castle with Honey." My mother says.
"I honestly wanted nothing to do with him and I still don't trust him 100%. But he hasn't given us any reason to doubt him."

"Yet." My father mutters. Mom shoots him a look, telling him to stop it, but he doesn't pay mind.

"You don't trust him?"

"No I don't." He responds.

"Win-ston." She sternly says. He lets out a loud sigh, softly apologising to her.

"Mom wouldn't trust so easily."

"Exactly. Even more reason why we should trust her." Mother says.We sat in the cool Autumn breeze, blankets over our shoulders as we pick on all the times we had lost.

It's nice finally get to know my birth parents. They honestly seem so genuine and kind.

They showed me pictures of beautiful Eltria, which I would love to visit some day.

"Did you guys get to catch up?" Mom says walking up to us, a smile coming on my face as I see her, but slowly fading when I see Gastron right behind her.

"None of that young lady. Gastron has made many stupid decisions, but I promise you he's a good guy." She says, wrapping her arm around his. He looks down, giving her a small smile.

"We'll see." Dad mumbles under his breath. But that only resulted in him getting a hard slap to the head from my mother.

"That's what you get."

"Don't mock me Gastron! I swear I'll hit you." He says standing from his chair.

"Oh brother, did you forget that you have never once beaten me in a fight." He taunts.

"Oh please! I'm not that scruney little boy anymore. I'm a lot stronger now I can take you."

"Indeed, you have grown little brother." I watch as my father"s features soften, hearing him call him that.

Mom pauses for awhile, her eyes glazing over, slightly.

"I have the location."

I watched as everyone said their final goodbyes.

"Listen to Wilma and John okay. Jacob is with you. If you need to call, just ask Jake okay." I hear Bella tell Ness as I pass them in the piano room. Entering into the heading over to Wilma's car.

My mother and brother and his girlfriend, will be heading back to Eltria with their guards, while my father and Godfather will be joining us. My mom has to teleport us to the location, and Gastron will not leave her side.

I know that if anything was to happen to my father, Ethan would have to take over as King.

So those going with us are, the entire Cullen clan, excluding Esme and the weretrio. They will remain with Ness.  

Aro, Caius, Marcus, The witch twins, Demetri and Afton, will be with us. While Heidi, Felix and Renata will remain as Jewel's guard.

Edward and Bella walk Ness over to the awaiting car, Jake, Leah and Seth already there.

I walk to the Wilma's car, hugging them all.

"You keep yourself safe you hear." She tells me, pulling me in a hug.

"I will." I pull away, turning to Henry and James. The both of them wrapping their arms around me.

"You boys stay safe for me okay."

"We will Ms. B." James says.
"I'll be in the car." He says hitting Henry's back. Giving us sometime to talk.

"Promise me you'll come back."

"Hen-"

"Promise me."

I look up at him, his face serious.
"I'll see Aiden and you again. And we'll have a grand wedding for you and Carlisle, letting Alice have some of her way."

"I heard that." We hear her say, make us laugh.

"You have an entire team of people, family on your side. Promise me you won't fight it alone." The sudden silence of the driveway, made me realize they were all waiting to hear my answer.

I've thought about this a lot. The purpose behind my birth. However, I didn't think, that so many people will be with me, when that time came.

So I made a promise to myself, that I won't fight it alone. Even though I was born to.

"I promise and we'll talk more about you and Ms. Winnie later." He rolls his eyes again.

"Nothing happened."

"Still. We'll talk about the both of you later." He nods.

"She better not be out here playing Captain America. This is not the comics." Jewel says, walking up to us. I roll my eyes.

"I'll see you soon okay? We have wedding shopping to do, and so many other things. I would put a time limit on you to come back, but I'll just give you all the time you need for now. I asked Aro and them to watch over you for me. They said they will. They better have said yes. I-"

"You're rambling best friend." I pull her into a hug. She lets out a shakey breath.

"You're the only best friend I have Gwen. Don't you dare die on me." She says pulling away.

After saying goodbye to Ms.D and the others, we all stood watching as the SUVs drove off, one after the other.

"Ready to go?" Mom asks.
"Okay. Hold hands and do not let go." She instructs us.

"I won't know where you end up if you do. On three. 1...2..." A bright light begins to shine, before she could even say three.

Opening my eyes, I see that we're standing in an open field. Anderson, Steven and some of their guards standing behind them.

"Welcome."

Aro's Pov
A few minutes before they leave.

I stood far off with my coven, watching the others, especially Jewel, say her farewells.

"Watch over Jewel with your life. I will not take it lightly if she is hurt." I say not taking my eyes off her.

"Yes Master."

"Don't let anyone track of your scent. Keep your distance, follow close behind. If anything is to happen contact me immediately."

"Yes master." Afton replies.
