Jia will be back tomorrow, I was glad about it. Last time when I met Jimin, situations were getting out of control. I was nervous and I knew if he would force me to tell him the truth, I could screw it up but he didn't. Since then, I haven't seen him around.
Submitting my reports to Mr Min, I was about to leave home, I had to collect Jia's wedding dress as well.
Yoongi sir has become friendly to me. At first, his silence and bitter attitude made me feel pressured whenever I came for submitting the files but since he started getting impressed with my work, we are good now.
"The staff is planning for drinks tonight. Do you want to join?" Mr Min asked. I wanted to go, spend time with the staff, make friends but I couldn't. I wanted to avoid bumping into Jimin. Just one more day and as Jia arrives back, I'll have a better life.
Jia isn't even picking my calls up. I wanted to ask her if her relationship with Jimin was fine or no because if it would be, Jimin would never doubt on her nor ask me anything about her but the day I met him, it felt like he knew something's wrong.
"I have plans tonight sir," I said lowering my lashes. His expression froze slightly as his gaze fell on me. He frowned a little and said, "That's alright, join us some other day," and stormed out of the cabin.
He is Jimin's best friend and what if I get drunk and blabber things that are stressing me out? I don't have any control once I'm drunk, I didn't want to do anything stupid.
The minute he left, I turned around and kept staring at his back. He looks ravishingly hot and his deep voice and that friendly behaviour are so extraordinary. If he talks to me a few more minutes like the way he does, I will be crushing on him or maybe, I already am.
I found myself blushing like an idiot. I bit my lip, lowering my gaze and left the office. In between, I had to stop at Belle's beauty to collect Jia's wedding dress.
If I would be the one getting married, I would be on cloud nine, would never leave my man and keep dancing the entire time but Jia? She's having leisure with a fling!
Cheating a man like Jimin would be foolish. He's good though I don't know him much but when we were kids, he was always protective and caring towards both of us thought he always chose Jia over me.
It was raining outside. I pulled my bag over my head trying to rush to the store as soon as I could.
I took the dress and finally found a cab and rushed inside. I protected the dress keeping it safe in the store but I was drenched as I stood out finding a cab.

I stood outside the house shocked finding that the main door was wide open. "Did Jia come back? She was about to come tomorrow or is there a thief in the house?" I thought to myself. There wasn't anything at home that a thief would want anyway.
The hall was pitch black, all I could hear was thunder and lightning through the window. I quickly got in stepping out of the heels and switched the lights on and the minute I did, a thunder had me shook.
I bit my lip, shutting my eyes and sighed, trying to calm myself. I've never stayed alone at home before and rainy nights scare me.
I put my heels on the rack and turned to face the hall and I froze.
I found Park Jimin sitting on the couch, his hand rested on either side. He had removed his jacket, unbuttoned the top two buttons exposing his exquisite collar bones, his cuffs rolled up revealing his strong muscled arms adding a hint of casualness to his prestige.
I gasped as my eyes widened, "What are you doing here?" I blurted regretting immediately. He's my boss, I shouldn't have spoken to him that way.
"It's my fiance's house, do I need the authorization to be here?" He asked as I lifted my eyes slightly, sneaking a glimpse at him who sat directly in front of me. I stood straight, gulping. My clothes were soaked, I had the wedding dress in my hand.
I quickly kept it to the side. I could feel his eyes moving on me. "It's pretty late and as I told you, Jia isn't home. She's out on a trip and she'll be back tomorrow," I said clenching my lips tightly, lowering my gaze.
He lifted his head slightly, observing me. "I am here to meet you," he said as my heart picked up its pace. "So you tell me which country your sister is and I will leave," he ordered and my mind froze.
"Don't let him know where I am." Jia's words were stuck in my mind. I couldn't let that happen, I didn't want to be the reason for their breakup or any sort of misunderstanding that takes place between them.
I couldn't say I didn't know which place she was in so the only option left with me was lying. I had to cover this just for a day and once Jia comes back, it'll be fine.
I stood at the same spot, my head filled with questions when all of a sudden, I saw Jimin's eyes turn slightly cold. With a dangerous look, he marched towards me, his hands clenched my wrist and he pulled me forward, encircling my waist with his muscular arms.
My body stiffened, I held my breath and raised my eyes to find him standing close to me. It seemed like he wasn't in peace. I met him twice and he always had that aura of indestructible darkness and solitude around him.
"Your sister isn't picking my calls. You said she's on a family trip with your mom and her sisters, right? She shouldn't be that busy then," he said furrowing his brows. He emitted an intensely icy atmosphere. He remained quiet, his expression, cold and I didn't know what to say.
My face went pale, I was soaked in water and the temperature was lowering. I wanted to have a hot shower and go to sleep but with his presence, I can't do anything despite just lurking and lying to him until Jia gets back.
"Say something," he wailed. I could see the rage in his eyes, revealing a mild paleness in colour. His cold voice just became a little hoarse. "Is he hurt?" I thought to myself.
After six years, I'd seen him from so close, his eyes are still the same while puberty did hit him hard as he grew from that cute-faced Jimin to a trim featured, sharp nose bridge, cold faced though expressionless one.
"Japan," I whispered to somehow get out of this situation. I didn't have any other option other than telling an untruth to him about this. I didn't show any intention of entangling myself with him any longer on this topic.
"Really?" He asked as I nodded fixing my gaze elsewhere. He already had a cold expression and now that was emitting an overpowering pressure on me. He clasped my chin tightening his grip and forced me to look at him.
"Japan, is it? I'll find every corner of that place and if I don't find her---," he stopped as he glared at me, his body sizzling with flames of anger he continued, "You're the new intern at Park's, see you later." He also let out a grunt at me making me feel he knew I was lying.
I stared at him for a while, opened my mouth to stop him from threatening me the way he was but the words instantly stuck back in my throat. I couldn't speak anymore and deep down, I knew if he comes to know anything, he would ruin my career as I worked in his company.
He loosened his grip around my waist and my chin. It feels like, in his fury, he loses control over himself. We never spoke for a long time and suddenly, he breaks into my house and threatens me?
His expressions didn't change. He picked up his jacket and turned around to leave and I was about to sigh in relief but he stood at the same spot.
He raised his head revealing a cold, intense, anger-filled eyes and with a sharp tone, he said, "Don't you own an umbrella? You have a car, why don't you use it?" His questions were taunts since Jia would never let me use her car and umbrella, I didn't know it would rain today.
I looked up to him but he had already stormed off slamming the door shut behind him.
I sighed in relief but this wasn't the time to relax. I had already screwed up half of the plan and I knew this wasn't going to end well. I tried calling Jia but as always, she didn't attend.
It is important to let her know what happened, she needs to know that Jimin is in a foul mood and does have doubts about her leaving for a vacation suddenly.
If she isn't able to take control of the situation, I'll be the one in trouble because Jimin seems harsh.
I was just hoping that once she comes back, she'll take care of Jimin. Their wedding is in two days and she's having fun with another man while Jimin is distrusting her. It'll be so unfair to him if he isn't with any other woman despite her.
As for me, I was only doing what I was told to. I couldn't avoid Jia from helping nor could I speak the truth. I thought Jimin wouldn't come back or he might have just accepted that I didn't know anything but he did come here. I get a strong feeling that he knows about Jia fooling around.
Though the entire office knew Jia and Jimin were dating but nothing was official. The marriage was going to be a private one having only close friends and family members as well. I just wanted tomorrow to pass as soon as possible because I can't deal with Jimin anymore.
