Harley took a deep breath as she slipped on the long sleeved shirt that had "I speak fluent in sarcasm", black ripped jeans and black sneakers with gold hearts on it. She was trying to bad badass but she felt like she was failing especially with the sneakers but she really just let that slide, they were cute so what?

She rushed downstairs and grabbed a cupcake.

Hayes looked at her in shock and unease making her roll her eyes.

"Hurry" she whined as she rushed to his car, the adrenaline pumping through her veins.

Soo much was going down today and she was ready for it.

She kept on re-reading the message Vanessa sent to her, sending a little prayer that maybe, just maybe Vanessa had changed for the better.

She waved as Hayes as soon as he parked and rushed into the school, shooting Lilac a small smile while she just gave her a puzzled look.

She was too busy playing with her phone to noticed the person in front of her until she went face first into his chest.

The person grabbed her waist gently, keeping her from falling down and she cursed.

It was now or never

"You okay cielo?" His husky voice mumbled as he let go of her waist.

"Oh, now you notice me?" She scoffed making him sigh.

"I'm sorry" he sighed "I—"

She cut him off.

"No" she spat harshly "why are you talking to me now?"

"Harley I am so sorry" he mumbled as he tried to pull her in a hug but she moved away from his hold making a pained expression overtake his face but it went as soon as it came.

"Look I have other things to do" she banged her locker and shot him a nasty glare "bye"

He sighed as he watched her go making Hayes give him a ‘are you seriously letting her go?’ expression.

Harley cleaned the tears that threatened to spill with her sleeve. He didn't even go after her.

She rolled her eyes as she placed her phone in her pocket.

She rushed to the back of the school which looked neat and she was glad for that, she didn't need hee crutches getting stuck in overgrown bushes.

"Hey" Vanessa smiled, immediately helping her with her crutches "why don't you just use a wheelchair"

"A wheelchair let's me go to a limited amount of places" then she added "plus I don't want people looking down on me"

Vanessa laughed making her give her a serious look.

"What did you want to say?" She asked as she rolled her eyes.

"Oh yeah right" she laughed nervously "I know I have treated you badly over the years——"

"Badly isn't the word I'd use" she growled.

"I know I treated you worse than badly, I'm so sick of myself and I'm sorry" she sighed "I was just sick and tired of you getting everything you wanted, like good grades and my cousin, especially seeing you are disabled——"

"Oh so you think because I'm dis——" Vanessa cut her off.

"Will you just shut up and let me finish" she sighed making Harley grumble but she made no further comments.

"You are stronger than you will ever know and I look up to you because of that" she smiled bitterly "what you said that day I tried to force myself on Jace really affected me and made me realise what you said was all true"

Flash back

"I didn't find it" she mumbled lifting her head.

She gasped as she saw Vanessa trying to force herself unto an uncomfortable Jace.

Jace looked at her and fear was evident on his face.

"Harls it's not what you think" he said truthfully.

Anger quickly invaded her.

Vanessa kissed Jace's cheek and smirked at Harley.

"See Harley, Jace and I are in love" she smiled, a smirk replacing it afterwards.

"Harls it's not what you-" he was cut off by Harley's hand hitting Vanessa's cheek.

Vanessa caressed her now red cheek, tears clouding her vision.

"You might not believe it Vanessa but I actually had respect for you. I still do because I have a bit of respect for every human but now I am actually believing what everyone says" she yelled "you're a wicked human. You're selfish and don't care if you drag someone down to get to the top. You want everything for yourself then you can have Jace....... well that is if he even wants you"

Flashback Over

Harley looked down in guilt, was she too hard on her?

"Thank you" she smiled "thank you for yelling at me that day, thank you for knocking some sense into me because if it weren't for you I would probably still be crushing over my cousin and would be nasty to people"

Harley smiled.

"I would like us to be friends" she said after a moment of pure silence "if that's okay"

Harley hesitated.

"Everyone deserves a second chance" she sighed "I guess but it will take some time for me to trust you"

Vanessa nodded gratefully and pulled her into a hug and Harley pulled away immediately, sparing her a harsh glare.

"I haven't forgiven you yet" she mumbled "remember that"

Vanessa sighed and bit back her smile, they were getting there soon.

His Disabled Princess

Harley took a deep breath as she slammed her locker shut, keeping her eyes on the floor.

"How long are you going to ignore me?" He pleaded "I'm sorry——I was just going through something"

"And you didn't think to tell me?" She mumbled as she pushed her hair out of her face "I could have helped"

"I know——I was just—— I'm just so sorry" he sighed, rubbing the back of his neck as he kept on cutting himself off.

"I just didn't want to yell at you or do anything I knew I would regret" he mumbled.

"Well maybe you should have talked to me" she accused as she drilled her finger into his chest.

"I know" he mumbled.

"At least a text would have done the trick" she yelled as she pulled on her hair "just a 'Hey Harls, don't be upset if I ignore you today, it's difficult to explain' but noo"

"I know——" she cut him off.

"No you don't" she mumbled as she stormed away, leaving him alone.

His Disabled Princess

Harley cursed as she put her phone on silent and threw it away wincing she she heard a crack.

She shrugged, she would find it later.

I'll just watch That nerd Chris skits she thought to herself as she grabbed her lenovo laptop.

Just as she was about to type That Nerd Chris on YouTube an incoming call flashed on her screen.

Her nose scrunched in confusion when she noticed it was an unknown number and the person was asking for a video call.

She shrugged it off, thinking it was Vanessa.

"Harley" he yelled making her groan but she was inwardly smiling.

He called.

Just as she was about to end the call he spoke up.

"Please don't end this call" he begged making her roll her eyes but she let go of her mouse "Thank you"

"What do you want?" She asked coldly.

"Just wanted to see you and hear your voice" he smiled making her blush.

Her heart couldn't take it and she scowled when his smile brightened.

"Well then Mr Lambert you've seen me and heard me" she spat harshly "good night"

She quickly shut down her laptop and jumped on her bed, screaming into her pillow.

A knock on her door interrupted her.

"Come in" she croaked out.

Hayes entered, sitting at her desk.

"What's up?" She asked hoarsely.

"Nothing" he said skeptically "what's going on between you and Jace?"

"Nothing" she lied, tears clouded her vision when he gave her the ‘really?’ look.

"Okay" she started "He ignored me yesterday, the whole day and today he acted as if he didn't just act like I was a ghost the whole day and that pissed me off"

He watched his sister in amusement.

"You're upset because he ignored you?" He laughed lightly.

"When you say it like that you make me sound stupid" she sighed as she hid her face in her pillow.

"Well no offense but you are acting stupid" he mumbled bluntly making her stare at him in shock.

"So?" He mumbled "he was going through his problems, be there for him"

"I get it" she said seriously "but ignore me the whole day?"

"I——" she cut him off.

"He can't just do that because he is going through his problems" she scoffed "that's now how a relationship works"

"I know" he sighed "but why are you upset when you can help him"

"D——" he cut her off.

"Don't waste your time on the stupid things" he said firmly "when in the blink of an eyes — whoosh — they could be gone"

With that he kissed her forehead gently and turned to walk out but she pulled him into a hug.

"Thank you" she whispered softly as tears slipped "for everything"

Sorry for not updating since um February or January?
I'm not dead, I'm fine, thanks for asking.
I didn't really have inspiration but when my sister told me to update, it just came to me.
I will try to update more.
