"Don't you dare!" Dharmini looked at the source of voice in terror.

"You still haven't paid me enough for the makeup" Kahna gasped, dramatically.

"I am dying of nervousness and you want your payment?!" Dharmini deadpanned, clicking her tongue.

"I didn't know you were this selfish Kanha" She looked at him wiping her fake tears.

Draupadi was in no mood to deal with all this.

"Oh please!" He rolled his eyes.

"Bhrata Yudhisthir wants to have a word with you" He said.

"I feel like I am going to the principal's office" She sighed.

"Can't you help me?!" She cried holding his hands.

"Nope" He sighed, pulling his hands away.

"I hate you" She glared up at him.

"I hate you too" He chuckled dropping her off out of the room.

She took a deep breath, walking to her assigned room.

Biting her fingers, she walked in. Should've said 'May I come in, sir?' She laughed at her own joke inside her head.

Are you crazy? Kanha spoke in her head, chuckling. She nearly jumped hearing the sudden sound.

"Rajkumari?" She jumped closing her eyes, afraid.

"Did I scare you?" Yudhisthir asked looking at her.

"N-no" She smiled, nervously scratching the back of her neck.

"Sit?" He asked, having a seat himself.

Oh god please help. She smiled, sitting down.

"Actually...I uhmm....ehh..." She stood up biting her fingers, rambling.

Yudhisthir chuckled, walking towards her.

"Calm down, Vasudev already told me everything I needed to know. Don't worry take your time" He smiled offering her a glass of water.

"He did?"

"Yeah"

She heaved a deep sigh.

"Now, I don't need to worry" She cheered, gulping the water.

"Why were you worried?" She choked.

"About my past. But Khana already filled you up with the information, so, I don't need to worry anymore"

"Everyone wears the weird dress in Kaliyug?" He asked out of the blue.

"What dress?"

"The dress you wore that day when you bumped on me"

"No, not everyone"

"Oh" He nodded not wanting to push the wrong button.

"Friends?" He asked bringing his hand in for a shake. She looked at him dumbfounded.

"Vasudev told me to do so. Am I doing it wrong?" He said, checking his hand for any fault.

She chuckled, "No". Saying this she grabbed his hand.

"Friends" She said, shaking their hands.

"Rajkumari?" "Dharmaa", She corrected.

"Would you mind If I?" He showed her a small box.

"What is that?" She asked looking at it.

"Matashree wanted you to wear this" He opened the box revealing the piece of jewellery.

"This is Matashree's chudamani" He said, caressing it.

"She wanted to gift it to her jyest kulvadhu, but Panchali...." He sighed.

"I understand, and I'd love to wear this" She smiled, grabbing it.

"I'm really lucky that you chose me" He said looking at her intensely.

"But why? Why did you choose me out of all the people present there?" He asked, taking the delicate piece of jewellery in his own rough hands, walking behind her.

"May I?" He asked and she nodded positively. He slowly and delicately put the chudamani in her hair, pinning it perfectly.

"You didn't answer me"

"I don't know" He looked at her with confusion in his eyes.

"Really, I don't know. My legs automatically walked towards you" She said looking down.

"Really?" He asked, just to make sure he didn't hear anything wrong.

"Yes"

Meanwhile,

"What did I do Govind?" Draupadi broke down, ugly tears running down her beautiful black orbs.

"What did you do Sakhi?" He asked looking at her.

"I destroyed my sister's life. And I am...I..I.." She couldn't complete.

"How come?" He asked holding her shoulders.

"I don't deserve to be Yuvraj's first wife, she does. And...and I am...I am a sinner" She sobbed.

"Yes you are"

"Being selfless and chosing a path that doesn't bring any good fortune to you. Thinking about other's happiness and sacrificing own self is a great sin. Yes Draupadi you committed a sin" He spoke, cupping her chin, making her look at him.

"And about Dharmaa, that was her own decision" He finished, looking at her with reassuring eyes.

"Besides, if she becomes a queen then we all should be concerned for the citizen" She chuckled, wiping her tears.

"Wait!" She exclaimed.

"Why did you send her? She was so nervous. My baby sister is so naive and innocent. She doesn't know anything about this. How will she manage? She must be wanting someone to come at her rescue" She rambled.

"Calm down. You two are really exhausting me. I will charge extra for this" He scoffed making her giggle.

"Yeah yeah you can. Now go" She pushed him a little.

"I feel like a tissue" He sniffled "Use and throw-no push!"

"Dwarkadheesh Vasudev Sri Krishna is asking for permission to enter" The guard announced.

Yudhisthir nodded positively indicating that he heard him.

"I hope this idiot isn't irritating you much" Kanha entered, chuckling.

"Yeah, Yuvraj was just about to run back to Hastinapur" She scoffed.

"You're proving my point" He shrugged, directly getting hit on his face by a pillow.

"Kanha!" She exclaimed.

"I was here to touch your feet and gain blessings Bhabhishree" Kahna cried bowing down to touch her feet. She gasped, walking back.

"Kanha!"

"I have rights to do so" He teased, walking towards her while she hid behind Yudhisthir, holding his arms for support.

"I don't permit that" She whined looking at Kanha with pleasing eyes.

"Fine I won't" He stood up straight, grinning.

Yudhishthir snapped back into really after he felt something grabbing his arms.
Strangely, his heartbeat rose at the simplest act she did, unknowingly.

"I'll be taking my leave then" Krishna said looking at Yudhisthir, walking out.

"Ah-I am exhausted" Dharmini sighed, sitting down.

"You can rest. I'll leave" Yudhisthir smiled proceeding to walk towards the door.

"No! I will stay with Draupadi for the night. You can sleep here Yuvraj" She said standing up.

Even standing up in this lehenga is exhausting. She scoffed.

"It's okay you can-" "I said na! I am going to stay with my sister" She pouted looking at him, her eyebrows knit together.

"Okay princess" He raised his hand in defeat.

"Good night, Yuvraj. Sleep well" She greeted walking out.

I wish I could sleep well Rajkumari. He thought, yet gave her a charming smile.
