A week later I was even weaker. I could feel my time running short, I knew I was going to pass soon.

"Nurse?"

"Yes Noel?"

"Can you call my son...just my son please?"

"Yes ma'am" she smiles sadly and then tears up and turns away.

A few moments later shes back.

"He will be here in ten minutes."

"Thank you, Kate"

"Noel? Are...do you feel...it?"

"Yes dear...and I have a few parting words to say to my angel, my son." I tear up and sadly smile.

"Noel, I want you to know...it's been an honor to know you...you have made such an impact on all the people around you...you are truly an amazing woman. You will be very missed, just as you have been loved." She cries softly.

"Thank you" I whisper and hold my arms out for a hug.

Will walks into the room and looks at me for a minute before he sits down.

"Mom...is...is there something wrong?"

"No...honey...I just have some things to say."

"You mean...you feel like your...gonna...leave?"

"Will...I know my time is almost up. And I will accept my passing...I would like you to know something..."

"Yes momma?" he look s at me with tears in his eyes.

"You, Will, are my pride and joy. You have loved me like no man ever could and I feel at peace because of that. You are an angel Will. I finally understand God's love. You will never be alone..."

I grab his hands in my shaky ones.

"Theres something you must know...there is a God up there, who heard my prayer. I was lost and afraid, and I had no where else to go. I had no clue, what to do. And then he sent me you. So if your lost and afraid and you feel so alone, don't worry child. Cause there's father who will love you as his own...just like he loved his daughter." I whisper.

He sobs and holds my frail old body close.

I have made yet another man cry...angels. God's love.

After about 20 minutes I felt weary.

"Will..." I whisper.

"Yes momma?"

"You need to go honey"

"No! Mom! You...you cant leave yet...mom..."

I give his hand a gentle squeeze and sadly smile.

"Go will, just go angel."

I watch him reluctantly leave me to my serenity. I look out the window at the rays of golden sun.

"God...thank you."
