CHAPTER 17
~Unwelcomed Guest…~
*HWASA*
“What are you doing here?” She asked, her voice shaking in fear.
“Ah, now that sounds like a good news.” The feminine voice said in excitement. “Seeing you in fear excite me.”
“You shouldn’t be here. You…”
“Yeah, I know.” She cuts her off. “You were expecting us to attack during the coronation, weren’t you?” She asked, raising a questioning brow at the nervous woman in front of her.
It wasn’t actually a question because she knows just what the answer was going to be.
“Get out of here.” Hwasa ordered, shooting daggers at her.
“Now that isn’t the proper way to treat a guest and an old friend, don’t you think?”
“We are not friends.”
“True. But apparently I’m a guest.”
“An unwelcomed guest.” Hwasa corrected. “Listen I know why you are here but trust me, you won’t be able to find it.”
The lady chuckles lightly, folding her arms across her chest, she tilted her head to the side. “You think so?” She stuffed her hands into her pants pocket. “Because I will be able to… especially when you are gone.”
“What are you trying to say?”
“It’s quite a surprise you don’t understand what I meant. Don’t worry I will explain” She walked closer to Claire. “My only chances of being victorious is by taking you out and when you are out, it will be easy to find it” She paused. “With the use of Jimin’s help, of course.” She winked.
“Don’t you dare touch my nephew.” Hwasa warned.
“Of course I won’t. But it depends on you.” She stretched out her palm towards Hwasa. “Give it to me.”
“Never.”
“I will ask again for the last time…Give it to me.”
“I won’t. Never.” Hwasa said, shaking her head vigorously. “I won’t let you have it.”
The lady started laughing, her hands fell to her side. “Alright then. You’ve made your choice.”

*JUNGKOOK*
“What do you mean by the document is gone?” Jungkook asked in disbelief.
Namjoon let out a deep sigh, running his fingers through his hair, dishevelling it in the process. “The document is gone.” He said for the hundredth time.
Jungkook couldn’t believe his ear. Yeah, he had forgotten about the document but he had expected Namjoon to take it and check through it. Now that was another problem… None of them knows what the document contains or how it was of help to them in the first place.
If someone had taken the document then it means the document contains something very important and would have been of a great help to them. But how can that possibly be possible when the document, and their only chance of forwardness is already gone?
Blaming Namjoon was his only way of releasing the burden from him but that won’t change any goddamn thing.
“This is bad.” He whispered.
“The caller was a lady.” Namjoon said.
“A lady?”
“Yes.” Namjoon nods his head. “Do you know what got me thinking?” Jungkook gave him the go ahead look. “This person had followed us to the Café that day.”
“Why do you think so?”
“There’s no way the person will know about the document being with us unless the person had followed us.” He thought for a while. “Or maybe the person had seen your mother handing it over to you.”
“Are you trying to say the murderer might be watching us right now as we speak?”
“It’s possible.” Namjoon sighed. “Jungkook?”
“What?”
“Have you ever had any issue with your head?” He questioned.
Jungkook raised a questioning brow at him. “What are you saying? What do you mean by that?”
“I mean… Never mind.” He said, looking away.
“Hmm.” Jungkook was curious to know what his friend was talking about but he decided against pushing it.
Because it kinda seem like he was having problems with his head. Just like what had happened in the beach. Assuming it was a dream, he would have seen it as just a mere dream but it wasn’t.
What if it was a memory?
Now that sounds crazy.
“Wait a minute…” Namjoon said, cutting through Jungkook’s thoughts. “Your mother. She must have read the document before handing it to you.” Jungkook slowly nods his head, waiting patiently to see where Namjoon was heading to. “We need to ask her some questions.”

*DOHWA*
“You really need to tell them the truth!” Lily said, handing a cup of tea to Dohwa who was already seated.
“I’ve told countless times, no. I can’t tell Jungkook about anything until he start getting back his memory.” She said, Collecting the cup of tea from Lily and setting it down on the table by her side.
Lily let out a deep sigh, sitting down on the empty space beside Dohwa. “What if the only way for him to get his memory is by remembering him of something that has to do with the past, huh?”
“It will kill him, Lily. I’m scared of seeing Jungkook hurt.”
“He’s hurt already and he’s blaming you for it.”
Dohwa sipped from the cup of tea, lowering her gaze to the floor. “It’s better this way.”
“He need answers and you are the only one to provide him with that.” She paused. “Namjoon might soon get to know the truth, you know that right?”
“I won’t let that happen.” Dohwa said, shaking her head vigorously. “Namjoon can’t find out the truth because if he does then there will be a probability of Jungkook knowing.”
“What exactly are you hiding from Jungkook?” Lily suddenly asked, catching Dohwa off guard.
“What do you mean?” Dohwa asked slowly.
“What is in Jungkook’s memory that you are afraid of people knowing?”
“Excuse me?”
“Stop acting clueless, Dohwa. I don’t get this, every mother will be willing to bring back their child’s memory but that isn’t the case for you” She stared at her closely. “Unless you have something to hide.” She reach out for Dohwa’s hand and held it in between hers. “Tell me, what are you hiding from everyone that Jungkook might know of but just can’t remember?”

*JIMIN*
Jimin yawned, stretching his body. He slowly stood up to his feet and started walking towards the door.
He successfully got out of the room. Jimin might be blind but he knows his way around his palace by heart.
He was walking down to his room, trailing his hands on the way so as not to miss his way.
He was just miles away from his room when he heard a scream that sounds so much like his aunt’s from the far end of the hallway.
Jimin knitted his brows in confusion.
Why did his aunt shouted?
Did she fell?
Was she okay?
He was worried but yet still mad at her.
But then again, she was still hid aunt and the woman who took care of him after his parents' death.
Jimin started making his way to his aunt’s room, he got to the room but stood in front of the closed door.
He knocked on it but heard nothing. He knocked again and again and again. The door suddenly open but he heard no voice of his aunt.
He slowly walked in. He felt something wet beneath his feet.
Could this be water? He thought to himself.
“Aunt Hwasa?” He called out. “Aunt Hwasa are you there?” He called out again, walking to the center of the room when his leg hit something across the ground.
“Aunt Hwasa?” He suddenly felt something very hard hit him on the head, he slowly fell to the ground and lost consciousness.
