A/N: I would like to clarify few things regarding the story.

Akhil is in love with Jhanvi but he thinks its just attraction and start trying to hate her. In the upcoming chapters you will know his POV and his feelings.

Jhanvi is not an open book and even Ram doesn't know her completely. Akhil wanted  her to open up to him and tries to know about her but Jhanvi expects him to accept her for what she is now leading to the controversies.

The truth of Ram being a gay is not known to all and Jhanvi cannot reveal it to Akhil as it is Ram's personal. Unless Ram reveals himself or if he is ok that others know about him Jhanvi cannot reveal his secret to anyone even to Akhil. 

Obviously Akhil will feel jealous when he sees Ram around Jhanvi.  Akhil thinks Ram is in love with Jhanvi and he knows more about Jhanvi.

Akhil's love and possessiveness for Jhanvi makes him hurt her but he feels more hurt everytime.

Both are in love and in pain. Like Yash was a saviour for Anjali, Akhil will try to be Jhanvi's everything. Just wait to watch how and when it will happen. All my protagonist will be epitome of love once they realize their love.

Hope I clarified many things. Wait for many twist and secrets to unfold and  believe me hate love will be more interesting. 😉

Jhanvi kept staring through the window even after the car disppeared in her view. A loud bang with Sheela's voice to prepare dinner startled her and she quickly left to the kitchen and started preparing dinner. Jhanvi was feeling tired of doing all the works by herself. Back at Liya's home she used to help her mother in kitchen work and do cooking occasionally. Other works had been taken care of other maids. Kamini never let Jhanvi do other works other than taking care of grandpa which she did whole heartedly.

Now she did not regret doing the works but she was feeling so tired of doing it all alone in such a huge place. Sheela's voice broke her trance and she started serving them dinner.

Chak: Sheela, Why am I not seeing any maids around ?

She: Few are on leave and others usually don't come before us unless they wanted something from us.

Chak: Just make sure those on leave are returning. And let Jhanvi stop cooking. I see her cooking from the day she arrived here.

She: As you say and don't worry I will make sure the maids return for work. I will inform manager to inform them.

Sheela was having dinner when her sight fell on the hickey on Jhanvi's neck. She fumed in anger and lost appetite. Immediately she washed her hands and sat in the couch waiting for Chakravarthy to leave to their room. As soon as he left she rushed to kitchen and pulled Jhanvi with her elbow.

She: How dare you to go near my son when I clearly warned you to stay away from him ?

Jha: No aunty I did not go ..he ..he

She: Stop calling me aunty. What did he see in you and honestly tell me do you think you are worth for my son. I would have got so many beautiful girls for him and made the best out of it. What charms did you do on him ?

Jha: I did not do anything. Please believe me.

She: You think I will believe you. The mark on your neck shows how cunning you are to trap my son even after my threats to you. Now get ready for the punishment so that next time you will never think of going to him or letting him near you.

Jha: I m sorry please..

She: Don't you dare to touch or even see the food. you should not step inside the kitchen for the next two days. If I even see you having food then you will see the worst out of me. Now get out of my kitchen right now.

Jhanvi was hell tired and hungry but she did not want add fuel to Sheela's anger so she left the kitchen silently without a word. She gulped the water in her room and laid on the bed crying for her fate. Continuous crying and tirdness made her drift to deep slumber.

 All the way to noida Akhil was lost in thoughts of Jhanvi. He took his mobile and saw the few pictures Kabir had clicked during their marriage. None of the faces were happy. Early morning Akhil and Kabir reached the hotel room at Noida and slept as they had a meeting early that day.

Next morning chakravarthy left to office as Akhil was in noida. Sheela called the maids back to work to keep away the suspect of her husband. Jhanvi stayed in her room as said by Sheela. She was hungry and opened the door. She saw a maid and gave her the bottle asking for water. The maid understood something was off and felt bad for Jhanvi and secretly filled her bottle with water. Jhanvi spent the day with just water and slept out of hunger.

That night when Chakravarthy returned from office he searched for Jhanvi and saw her room was shut.

Chak: Sheela send a maid to call Jhanvi for dinner. I haven't seen her today.

She: She had dinner already and might have slept by now. 

Chak: So soon. Is she well. Did you check ?

She: She is not a kid and she can say if she is not well. I m not her servant to go at her service.

Chakravarthy got annoyed and got up to look for Jhanvi. Sheela tried to stop him but he did not give heed and knocked on Jhanvi's room but there was no response. Sheela stood behind Chakravarthy with an annoyed expression. 

When he did not get any response he opened the door and saw Jhanvi sleeping so he closed the door without any noise and returned to the dining.

She: When did you started to not believe me ?

Chak: Its not what you think. It is care for the girl who has come to our house in the belief that she will have a better life with love and care from us. Adding to it she is not any random girl. If you have not forgotten she is our son Akhil's wife, the daughter in law of this house.

She: She will not hold that title and I will not allow her to.

Chak: The sooner you accept the reality that is good for you and especially Akhil. Now tell me why Isha hasn't come, she was suppose to arrive today.

She: Since the marriage is cancelled I informed her to come after her exams.

Chak: I will speak to her after dinner.

Two days went in a blink and Jhanvi was struggling without energy and kept herself conscious with the water. She received a message from Narayan to meet her and she messaged Ram to speak to Kamini regarding it.

Sheela received a call from Kamini that Liya's grandpa wanted to meet Jhanvi and she would send her car to pick Jhanvi. Sheela had no options so she agreed. Soon Kamini's driver came there and Jhanvi slowly got in the car. At a few distance Ram got inside and hugged Jhanvi as always but the next moment Jhanvi fainted in his hold scaring him.

Ram: Bro, drive to the nearest hospital quickly please...

Driver: Ram, there is a small clinic shall we take there for emergency ?

Ram: Sure drive quickly.

Driver stopped the car in a nearby clinic and Ram carried Jhanvi inside. The doctor checked her and gave an injection.

Ram: What happened doctor, why did she faint ?

Doc: Is she fasting ?

Ram: No doctor but why do you ask that ?

Doc: Looks like she hasn't ate for long time and lost energy. She will gain conscious now. Make her eat she will be fine. Nothing to worry.

Doctor words scared the shit out of him. 

Ram Mv: What does he mean by that. Why would Anvi not eat for long time?

Before he could think further Jhanvi opened her eyes and saw Ram. He immediately hugged her. She cried in his shoulders. He did not release her from his hug and caressed her hair as he asked her.

Ram: Rose bud will you be honest and tell me when you had your food last ?

Jha: Ram please give me food.

Ram shut his eyes tight hearing her meeky voice asking for food which shattered his heart. He wiped his eyes and carried her out of the hospital and gave money to the driver to settle for the doctor. He drove to the restaurant and ordered food for her. Jhanvi dug into with tears rolling from her eyes. Ram clenched his fist under the table to look at her state. After she had food to her heart they left the restaurant and drove to the boutique. After meeting Narayan Ram stopped the car before Akhil's home. Jhanvi took Ram's hand and looked at him.

Jha: Ram, promise me you will not tell anyone about this.

Ram: Will you tell me what is happening or better come back.

Jha: No Ram, trust me there is nothing to worry. I will take care. Sure I will tell you when I wanted help but today you will not tell anyone about this.

Ram agreed and Jhanvi entered her home and Ram informed the driver a location to drive. He wanted to confront the person who was responsible for Jhanvi's state and his anger won't subside unless he got answers.

Akhil was in his office after his return from Noida. Earlier he wanted to drive to home to see Jhanvi but few works wanted his attention and he ended up in returning office before going home. He was in his office with Kabir and Sanjay.

Ram arrived at the reception and enquired about Akhil's room. The receptionist informed him to meet Akhil's PA to take appointment which was on the same floor where Akhil's room was located.

Ram took the elevator and reached the floor of Akhil's room and saw his room which had his name on the door. He was about to barge in but his PA stopped him. Ram was nowhere in sense to stop and barged inside.

Kabir, Sanjay were shocked to see someone entering suddenly. Akhil who was standing with a file his hand saw Ram and placed the file on the table.

Akhil: What are you doing here ? How did you enter without permission ?

Instead replying to Akhil, Ram grabbed Akhil's collars and raised his fist to hit him but Kabir and Sanjay pulled him back stopping from causing any chaos.

Kabir: Who are you and how dare you to enter our office and try to hit him ?

Ram: Ask this idiot who am I and he should probably know the answer why I am here.

Sanjay: Who is he Akhil and what does he say ?

Akhil: He is my wife's best friend Ram and he should be the one to let us know the reason for his presence.

Kabir: Ram, can you please tell us what happened ?

Ram: Jhanvi fainted sometime back and I had to take her to the hospital. 

Akhil panicked and held Ram's shirt now.

Akhil: What happened to her and where is she now ? Tell me idiot what happened to my Jhanvi ?

Ram: Don't you act like you really care for her when you can't even provide food for her. She fainted because she did not get food atleast for two days and thats what the doctor said. 

Akhil was shocked to hear the words from Ram and stumbled but caught the table and stood leaning on it with tears brimming in his eyes.

I know many of you would have gone mad at me if I stopped before Akhil's return so I had wrapped the entire torture of Sheela and Akhil's return in one update so next update will be Akhil's reaction and definitely the next update will be only tomorrow.
