I silently walked downstairs with Didi laughing like a maniac because of how I was dead scared of the prank they just pulled off for me,is this even a surprise how on earth can they scare a birthday girl..

Yh it is my birthday..

I frowned at them as I held Ajmal and Amal's ear immediately after reaching the couch they were sitting..

"You two idiotic devils":I said glaring at them..

"Addah Mirhal,haba birthday girl your loving family just tried to surprise you":Amal said laughing..

"Sweetest surprise in your life, I heard that on your birthday you get what you wish for so we just fulfilled your wish,a real horror surprise":Ajmal said laughing..

"I will tell Maa & Baa what you have done to me when they come back":I said knocking there heads..

Yeah Maa & Baa aren't around,they went to greet our sick Aunty in Kaduna..

"Adda come on don't be boring":Amal said pouting..

"Adda Milhal sowwie":Didi said with a cute face..

"Okay Didi,you are forgiven": I said pinching her nose..

"So Adda Mirhal where are we going to your birthday calls for having fun":Amal said smiling..

"We are going to stay at home,have ice cram competition,Nutella competition,and popcorn competition":I said smiling at my idea..

"Yass yass":Ajmal said jumping like a baby..

"But for now am going to rest and revive myself back to reality because that prank shocked the living daylight out of me": I said as I walked upstairs to my room..

I carried my phone to check people's messages when I saw Areef's message..

Areef:You are like a star the darker it gets the brighter you shine,you shine the world of stars,in the midst of darkness you will be glowing the universe and your eyes will shine like the moon descended in them,your eyes will twinkle like a thousand of stars..

I smiled as I read the message for the 20th time..

Areef:It's a surprise,Amma wants to meet you also so you should come home then I will show you the surprise..

I kept my phone aside as I glance at the clock it's just 10:00 am..

"OMG this is cheating":Amal whined..

"Everything is fair in love and war and this is a war so there's nothing like cheating":Ajmal said sticking out his tongue..

"Okay soldiers,am the winner":I said turning my ice cream van upside down..

"Addah Mirhal,I won't agree you won all the three":Amal whined..

"Well well":I said sticking out my tongue..

"Am going out you guys shouldn't try anything stupid, I will go and get ready": I said looking at them with warning eyes..

The two of them are just too unbelievable for my liking..

I glance at my wardrobe then at my wall clock,It's 30 minutes to 4:00pm and I still didn't settle on any of my clothes as what to wear today..

I finally saw a sky blue gown with touches of white flowers,I topped it with a white veil and white shoes then a sky blue and white mini handbag,I shove my silver necklace on my neck and my sky blue stoned earring and bracelet, I applied my kohl and Tara powder with nude lipstick and arranged my eyebrow, I did my eyes work which is smoky with a little of mascara, I looked at myself at the mirror as I made my way out after spraying my oud perfume satisfied with my look..

"Adda Mirhal you look so breathtakingly beautiful":Amal said in aww..

"You two are twinning,it's just colour difference":Ajmal said smiling..

Amal's gown is red..

"This calls for pictures":Amal said smiling.

"Yesh":Didi jumped..

I take a look at all of them,Didi was wearing a black and white polka dot jumpsuit,with white shoes then a black bow cap on her head,Ajmal was wearing black kaftan with a black cap and red shoes,Amal was wearing a red and white gown with a white veil and white shoes..

"Let's go": I said satisfied with their look..

We snapped a lot of pictures with different crazy poses,we mimed many songs on our Snapchat video,After our fun pictures session I decided to drop them at the park with our driver so that they will have fun..

"Bye Adda":they said in unison..

"Musa take care of them,especially Didi":I said smiling at him..

"Okay mam":He said as he followed them inside..

I drove to Areef's house as I cursed myself under my breath for African timing..

"Good evening Amma": I said smiling..

"Evening birthday girl how are you":she said hugging me..

We gisted for a while about the restuarant and the bakery as she gave me a gift..

"It's okay, I guess you should get going Areef is glaring at the clock from his room":Amma said laughing..

I nervously laughed feeling embarrassed..

"I will wait for him outside,bye Amma and thank you so much": I said as she kissed my forehead and I went out..

Areef came out wearing a sky blue yard with white working,his white shoes were perfectly on his legs and his white cap fitted him so well,he looked so handsome and the clothes looked new because I have never seen him wearing any of them..

"So birthday girl why did you come late":he said smiling..

"Am so sorry,we snapped some pictures with my siblings and then I took them to the park sorry":I said smiling..

"We should also snap some pictures": I said looking at him..

"No way":He said..

"Please,you look so handsome,don't be boring":I said rolling my eyes..

"Okay,let me call Zayd to come and snap us":he said going inside..

We snapped many pictures with me showing him how to pose and the kind of smile he is going to do,it was fun because Areef felt like running away out of my pursuadings.

"The pictures are so fine":I said drooling..

"We look like couples in love":Areef said smiling..

"Yes look at the way you smiled in this one":I said shoving away what he just said..

We played ludo from his phone,X & O and many fun games..

"Let's go":he said and we walked inside the beautiful bungalow,a waiter and a waitress were standing there smiling at us as we ordered what to eat,we ate and he asked me to go to the other room..

I entered the room and found a box on the bed with a small paper attached to it..

Reaffirm your promise to stay by my side, close your eyes and think of everything perfect,there's no perfection in everything yet you are perfect...
Hurry up and change,and look behind you..

I looked behind me as I found a bunch of red flowered that smells so nice..I opened the box and found a beautiful red ball gown with black and red flowers,the gown has a long red net stoned hand,then a black veil was neatly placed beside the gown,a red flower crown was on the veil then black hells on the other side..

I quickly changed into the gown as the waitress came inside smiling at me like she won a lottery..

"Ma'am hope you are having a good time,sir told me to do a simple makeup on your face":she said smiling..

"Both of you are not fans of heavy makeup":she said smiling as I nodded my head in approval..

"You two looks so perfect together,just look at the way he was looking at you":she showed me a picture of when we were eating food..

"Thank you"I said after she was done..

"It's my pleasure let's go"she said carefully dragging me out of the room..

Areef was elegantly standing with a bunch of roses on his hand,he was wearing a black suit with black shoes smiling brightly at me..

An convertibleJeep came infront of us as we hopped on ..

"Thank you so much Areef,for everything this is morethan a suprise":I said smiling widely..

"Shh,it's okay":he said smiling..

We came infront of a beautiful gazebo with cake and champaign on it then a photographer came and snap us on the Jeep then when we came down,the favourite one out of all the pictures was when Areef kneeled down to give me a rose as a pose..

Today should never end..

We sat down inside as I cut the cake and fed it to Areef..

"Amma made sure this cake looks as great as you look":he said smiling..

"My dear Amma":I said smiling..

Areef excused himself to the washroom as I sat down still drooling on how the place looks so perfect...

He handed me a portrait of his art work which looked exactly like me,then he clipped a bracelet that has Angel written on it with Mireef below it,he clipped a necklace also and a small beautiful book with Angel written on it..

"A book of poems for you":He said smiling..

He kneeled down as he looked at me smiling nervously..

"When I look into your eyes I forget the word sadness,when you smile at me my heart become bright,when you laugh it become my favourite music,I love you that atimes it scares the loving daylight out of me,I love you in ways words can't explain,hearts can't comprehend and minds can't help but be overwhelmed":he said with tears..

"I will cherish you just like the way the sky cherishes the moon and stars, I will love in a way that you won't help but fall in love with me everyday, I will scribble you name boldly in my heart so that whenever it beats it will also call your name":he said still smiling..

"I love you so much Angel, I couldn't help but fall in love with gentle self":he said with affectionate tears..

I gave him my hand as he looked at me shocked but slid the ring into my fingers..

I kneeled down also as I removed my other Azurfa ring and slid it into his fingers..

"I can't help but listen to your beating heart,with a smile on my face,happiness all over my heart I say my feelings out,my undying love for you": I said smiling..

The moment was captured into our hearts as we looked at each other's eyes after confessing our undying love for each other we knew that love found us at the right moment....
