Here is your update!!

I groaned in pain when the doctor touched my wound on the stomach, it was deep, I guess.

" Don't worry, you'll be fine, you're healing fast" he said with a suspicious in her tone.

I just nodded in return. Suddenly Tyler bust into my room, " hurry, Lucas is severely injured" he shouted.

The doctor immediately took her things and was out of the room in no time and before I could ask Tyler about Lucas he was following the doctor too. After sometime there was a lot of hubbub going around, I can't even get up on my own without groaning like a monster.

I saw Kartik passing by, so I shouted " HEY!!!!!" , He sighed and came into my room.

" What??" He asked

" How is Lucas?" I asked him, he looked here and there, " he's in surgery right now or maybe dead" he said in a straightforward way

" What do you mean dead?, He's gonna be ok right??" I asked worried

" Why do you even worry, as if you can do anything about it" he snapped and turned around to leave

" Actually I can" I said and he paused and raised an eyebrow

" What do you mean, how you can save him" he said irritated, he was just worried for Lucas, I can clearly see that.

" Blood transfusion" I said

" We don't need blood, I can buy a whole fu!king blood bank for him if needed" he said in a cold tone

" No, he doesn't need a blood bank, you just need to give him my few drops of blood" I tried to explain him.

" A few drops, what a few drops of your blood gonna do? Huh? " He scoffed

" Trust me, I only want what's good for him" I said, seriously why is it so hard for everyone to believe me.

" You're a human only, not an alien" he said taking a threatening step towards me.

" And blah blah blah, are you done?" I cut him off in between which made him more angry.

He came near to my face, our faces were very close, but his face held another emotion, his anger spoke through his eyes, there were flames of fire in his hazel eyes, his face muscles stretched when he spoke, " DO. NOT. TALK. TO. ME. LIKE. THIS." He whispered near my ear.

I can still feel his hot breathing near my neck, and it sent a wave of chills down my spine. I immediately shifted back a little and he also retreated back into his standing position.

" I was only trying to help, do whatever you want to" I said and broke the eye contact. Before he could reply, his phone rang and he went a little away from me where I cannot hear him, the more he talked on the phone the more tensed his posture looked.

He came back towards the bed and took a deep breath, I thought he was going to start our mini war again, but no he just stood there like a statue checking his phone. A team of nurses and a doctor entered my room.

" What is happening?" I asked panicking.

" I'm going to take your few drops of blood as you said, but if it doesn't work, then I don't even know myself what will I do with you" his cold voice reached my ears and I shivered at the thought.
