Levi's POV

Eren was now crying violently and I had no clue why.

"Baby boy what's wrong?!"

I reached out and pulled him closer to my chest. And he grabbed my shirt in his fists.

"Baby boy calm down. What ever it is it's okay."

I pulled him to were my head was laying on his. I rubbed his back soothingly and let a comforting smell escape my scent glands. I began wondering if he was in any pain.

"Are you hurting?!"

I asked worry evident in my voice. He just shook his head.

"I-I caused you.....to...get...sh-shot"

My eyes widened. He spoke to me...but he thinks he caused this. I immediately lifted his face up to mine.

"Baby, you're not why I'm hurt. I was helping good people fight a bad man and he got me."

Eren cried still. He didn't speak but his tears never slowed. I felt his sadness and it was heart breaking. His breathing started sounded more forced.

"Shh shh, calm down baby, breathe in, out, in, out."

He didn't do as I asked and soon he was coughing horribly. I sat up and put him on my lap. Sure it hurt me but I don't care right now. My crying omega is all that concerns me right now. I pushed his head near my scent gland and continued to put out a comforting smell. I softly crooned and rubbed his back. Then I whispered in a soft voice.

"Baby boy, I need you to listen to me okay..."

He nodded.

"First breathe for me, in, out, in, out, in, out, slowly."

He did as I asked and after a bit his breathing steadied.

"Thank you. Now baby listen and listen good. You are not the reason for this. You went through a lot and I thought you needed some space. So I went on a job. And while I was there a very bad man hurt me. But it's okay because I hurt him back. He won't ever mess with me again."

He nodded and his sobs stopped and his fists relaxed and his breathing was in a normal pattern. I felt his head tilt to were his nose was at my gland. I slowly looked over and had fallen asleep. I smiled a sad smile. He was so worried over me.....I gently pecked his cheek before rubbing his back and turning on the TV in the medical wing. After I finished a few episodes of Tokyo goul Isabel came in.

"Oh you're up?!"

She sounded really happy. I guess I was in a bad condition.

"Yea I'm up."

I still had my arms around my mate.

"Did he wake up?"

She asked fully aware he thought it was his fault. I just nodded and rubbed his back.

"Yea...and he balled...but after a bit I calmed him down. He spoke to me too...just not the way I hoped...."

I looked down and sighed. Isabel smiled but I didn't understand at what.

"What???"

"The way he's sleeping on you...His hands are laying on your chest and his head is tilted toward you scent gland. Plus his legs are intertwined with yours. He really loves you."

I smiled too. He seems to make me do that a lot. I know I'll get better soon like maybe a few months. I'm just worried. Omegas don't have their first heat until they meet their mate....I am sure Eren has no clue what a heat is. I sighed gaining Isabel's attention.

"What's wrong big bro?"

"I'm just thinking about when Eren goes into heat...I'll have to have that special mask so his phenomenal self won't cause my alpha to fuck him crazy...plus it'll be really painful on him seeing how in their first heat their uterus opens up so they can have a baby. And because I will not get into his pants!"

Isabel snickered at me and rolled her eyes.

"I'll make the mask. Just do not fuck him. I mean I think if he asks at least taking care of his boner would be okay...maybe even finger the poor omega."

I shook my head.

"No I'm not gonna take advantage of his heat. And I'll take surppresents for my ruts."

She just shrugged her shoulders.

"Do what you wanna but I think you should ask another alpha what to do for him while he's in heat and ask an omega what it's like so you can help him."

I agreed with that part. I decided when Erwin and Armin woke up I'd ask them.

~TIME SKIPPEROOOO~

I heard Armin and Erwin giggle after about 20 minutes. I decided to pull the curtain back. And cleared my throat. They both looked at me.

"So uh....you know Eren might go into heat soon and..."

"You wanna know more about it."

Erwin cut in and I just nodded. He nudged Armin to speak first.

"Okay so you know his first heat will be when his uterus opens right?"

I nodded.

"Okay well I'm sure he'll groan in discomfort and pain because frankly it hurts like a mothertrucker. But it'll pass. He might freak out because he gets super hot and bothered and doesn't know why. That's when you'll need to explain why to him."

I nodded and motioned for him to continue explaining it.

"He will ask for sex...a lot. And if you want give it to him. And he will get excessive painful boners....so he'll need that taken care of if nothing else."

I nodded and looked at Erwin. Right now I'm glad all our mates are rescued from a past that made the mate not wanna have sex right away but I also felt bad because their pasts are painful. Erwin began to speak.

"Since Eren was sexually abused like Armin I suggest you ask him each time. If he says yes help him with his....situation. If he says no let it happen. Armin had a panic attack during his first heat because he had no clue what was happening if that's the case with Eren calm him down. Get a damp cold cloth and rub his face down. Run him a cold bath to cool his body down. While he soaks in that I suggest making the nest. After that don't bother to dress him his cloths will cause him a lot of suffering. He won't like being naked at first but it'll be okay. If you don't wanna have sex right away like I didn't just help him with his frustrations. Like blow jobs or fingering him. I went and bought a few toys for Armin because I refused  to take advantage of him. That's all I can think to tell you...."

I nodded. As soon as Isabel says I'm good to go I'm preparing for his heat. I don't wanna be sorry and have to rush. I looked at Eren. Before whispering to him.

"I won't have sex with you but I'll make sure you as in as little pain as possible. Even if it means playing with you a little....."

I kissed his forehead.

"Only because I love you."
