~~Timeskip to you and Tony walking home~~

Tony's Pov
"So what made you come back Tony?"
"You..." I mumbled, mostly to myself.
"What?"
"Oh well I got a scholarship here so we moved back."
"That's awesome! Now we can hang out again just like old times!" Y/n playfully punched my arm.
"Heheh yeah."
"So what do you think we should do for our project?"
"Actually uh... Y/n I was kind of hoping we could just catch up, ya know? I mean, the project isn't do for another 2 weeks."
"True" She agreed.

~~Timeskip~~

We talked until we reached her home.

"Did you move?" I raised an eyebrow at the unfamiliar house.
"Kind of, some things happened and I was forced to move in with my grandmother." Y/n's voice quivered.
Feeling a little awkward, but not wanting to pry, I held out my arms.
She looked up and stepped into my embrace.
I felt small droplets fall onto my shoulder and back.
"Hey its ok," I rubbed her back.
"Thanks Tony," she nuzzled into my shoulder.
My heart sped up.
"I missed you so much," her voice muffled.
Butterflies sprang to life in my stomach as blood rushed to my cheeks.
"Y-your welcome. I've missed you too." I stuttered.
She pulled back, "Thanks again, I really needed that." Y/n smiled.
Returning the smile, "Hey anytime," I waved to her.

'I am soo glad that she and I are partners. With this assignment I've been handed the opportunity to get close and reconnect with my childhood crush,' I thought while turning the street corner. 'However I don't like that Hiro Hamada guy... he could be an issue..."

~~Your Pov~~
I was bored so I decided to text Hiro.

Me: Hiiiiirrrrrrooooo~

I put down the phone for one second when my phone lit up and vibrated.

Him: Yyyeeesss?
Me: I'm bored
Him: Lol do your homework
Me: Already did ;D

A few minutes passed before my phone buzzed again.

???: I know you're the masked culprit.

A/n: Ok short chapter I know, but I'm planning on writing more amd releasing them before and at Christmas!
