Chapter 30

 You lay on your bed, staring aimlessly up at the celling. Since the funeral a week ago, you'd been considering Asia's offer. Right when you were about to go home, she had pulled you aside. You'd been avoiding her the whole time, and she had begged you to listen to her. Asia, as your last living relative had wanted you to move back with her to New York, and live with her in her condo. At first, you were completely opposed to the idea, but for the last week, you'd gotten to think about it more. Asia was your last living relative, and she understood your pain of loosing your father.
        She'd given you a week to think it over, and she was coming by today to get your answer, and you didn't know how to tell Hiro you were actually considering it. You'd barley talked all week, and you'd grown apart quite a bit. Maybe it would be better if you just left without telling him at all.
        You heard a knock on the door, and rolled off your bed and dashed down the stairs.
        "(Y/N)!" Asia walked in and pulled you into a hug.
        "Hey sis," you greeted pulling away.
        "So..." She looked at you expectantly. "You thought about what I said?"
        "Y-yeah, I have..."
        "And?"
        You looked at her. She looked desperate, and you understood why. Your father had just died, and she was so alone.
        "A-Asia, I-I'll go with you."
        "Really?" Her eyes lit up, and she hugged you again. You managed a small smile.
        "Yeah, we should be together for this."
        "I'm glad you agree." She looked so happy, it made you almost not regret your decision. "We'll need to leave soon though, the plane leaves tonight."
        "T-that soon?"
        "Yeah, sorry it's kind of short notice, it's just, I wanted to give you plenty of time to think about my offer." You smiled and nodded.
        "I'll go get ready then."
        "(Y/N)!" She grabbed your hand, and you turned to look at her, confused.
        "What?"
        "What about Hiro?" She asked quietly. You looked at the ground.
        "I'll be fine. We haven't talked in a while anyway."
        "Okay. Well, there's a cab waiting outside, so I'll meet you out there."
        "Yeah, alright."

                                                                                                                  ~~~
        You stared out the window, watching San Fransokyo get smaller and smaller until you were above the clouds. You'd told aunt Cass you were leaving, and though she was incredibly sad, she promised not to tell Hiro. And school, she'd made sure they knew you were moving. Since the rest of the gang knew now, you figured it wouldn't be long before Hiro found out.
        Asia had made arrangements for another collage in New York that had been glad to just have you transferred over instead of including papers and stuff.
        "You okay?" Asia asked you. You nodded, and continued to watch the clouds drift away as the plane made it's way to New York.
        The plane ride was only an hour, and soon, you were landed and on a cab to Asia's condo in the city. She had tons of money being a model, and when you saw her house, you couldn't speak.
        "Whoa..." was all you could manage. But the view... was even better. Asia's condo was at the top of a huge building, and her living room overlooked the shining lake, and bustling market far down below.
        "I know right?"
        "When do I start school?" You asked, turning around.
        "Well, it's already almost second semester, so you're just going to start second semester, so like, five weeks?"
        "Oh."
        Just then, you heard a buzz, and, taking out your phone, you looked at the caller. It was Hiro.
