Chapter 11

"Baymax?" You looked at him, confused.

"Tadashi?" Hiro continued to look around. Baymax stared down at you and Hiro. Peering closer, you could see Baymax's eyes were glowing a dull red

"Hiro?" You put a hand on his chest, pushing him back. "We need to get out of here," you whispered. Hiro was crying again.

"Where's Tadashi?" He screamed at the man. He only chuckled again.

"You stupid child. Tadashi is dead, and has been for at least a year. You should know this by now... I'm disappointed in you." His eyes widened.

"I heard him." The man cackled louder, and gestured to Baymax. The large robot stepped into a shaft of light, and you saw a video playing on his stomach.

"No..." You breathed. Baymax was playing Tadashi's test videos, and the sound was being projected throughout the clearing. Hiro just stood there, frozen in shock.

"Yes! Wait till I show my little brother!" It said, and the video paused, displaying a picture of Tadashi, smiling at the camera.

"Tadashi..." Hiro dropped to his knees. "No." Tears streamed freely down his face.

"You jerk!" You shouted up at him. The figure let out a kind of strangled noise that was supposed to be a laugh.

"Get them Baymax!" Baymax charged at you, and you braced for the punch, but you only felt the soft fabric of his chubby hand, like a balloon being pushed on top of you. You stood up, and ran over to Hiro, who was still crouched on the ground. But, no matter how hard you tried pulling him, he wouldn't budge.

"Hiro!" You screamed, tears now streaming down your face. Both for his loss, and the fact that you were as confused as heck (and puberty didn't help either).

Standing up, you took a deep breath. You opened your eyes, looking calmly around. Everything around you seemed to slow down, and you studied the man. Though you couldn't see his face, you made out some kind of remote he was holding. Looking back at Hiro, you whispered, "That man has the remote controlling Baymax. We need to take it from him!" Hiro didn't look up, but nodded, slowly getting to his feet.

"Oh?" The man hissed. "Are you going to play the hero now? Saving the little princess-" He was cut off as you flung a stone at him, hitting him squarely in the face.

"Don't call me a princess!" You yelled at him. Caught off guard, you dashed at him, intending to snatch the remote from his grasp, but, before you could get there, a yellow disk flew at him, knocking it out of his hands.

"What-" A flash of yellow blurred past you, snatching up the remote, and coming to a halt right in front of you.

"You guys okay?" Gogo asked, and shoved the remote at you. Your eyes widened.

"Gogo, you look awesome!"

Hiro turned to face the man.

"Go back to where you came from!" He spat. "It's over!" The man, though he was retreating back into the shadows chuckled darky.

"My dear boy, it is far from over." Then, he was gone.

"Hiro!" You ran over to him, tackling him in a hug. "Are you alright?" Hiro didn't answer, but he choked down a sob, and you quickly helped him to his feet.

"Hiro, I'm so sorry." You turned to see Wasabi, and Honey Lemon standing a few feet away.

"Hiro..." You hugged him tighter, hiding the tears that continued to stream down your face.

"We should get out of here." Gogo said darkly. "He might be back." You nodded,

"Come on Hiro, let's go home."
