Darlene, go outside and get Thorn Brooks and Max Rivers. You tell them my wife needs help and I demand they save her life," I shout as I kneel down next to Addison.

"Ok, Dom. Hold pressure on Addison's chest. You need to slow the bleeding as much as possible," Darlene suggests before rising to her feet. 

"Addison, can you hear me? Dear God, do not take my wife. I know I don't deserve to be happy or loved, and I know the life I live is filled with danger, corruption, and criminals including myself. Addison is everything I'm not. Pure goodness, compassionate, she has a beautiful heart and soul. I could see all of that within her when I met her. Me falling so deeply in love with her was never part of my plan. Loving someone else wasn't supposed to happen. I never wanted to truly love anyone else, but then I met you and every time I tried so hard to fight myself from falling for you, you would look at me with those beautiful eyes and that beautiful bright smile and it was like I had no control. My heart took control, and I lost the battle. And I lost my heart to you, Addison. Baby, please don't leave me." I whisper next to her ear as I lift her hand into mine.

"Dominic?" Max and Thorn shouts from behind me.

"My wife dying is not an option. I order the both of you to do whatever it takes to save my wife's life. I want the hospital on standby and I want every available doctor and nurse on standby. Security is to be surrounded around my house and the hospital. I don't give a damn who the hell tries to get through security, if they do, they are to be shot on sight. And as for this psychotic bitch, I want her placed in the hole. She is seriously going to pay for this," I shout as I point towards Roxanna.

"Dominic, don't worry, I will make certain nobody gets near you or Addison and I will make sure Roxanna is dealt with," Darlene assures me. 

"Dom, is Roxanna the one who shot your wife?" Thorn asks me as he kneels down by Addison.

"Yes, Thorn. Roxanna is the one who shot my wife," I say through a clenched jaw.

"Dom, why the hell are you letting her live after shooting your wife?" Max asks me.

"I have my reasons. Believe me when I get my hands on her, she will be begging me to kill her," I snap as I spin my wedding ring around my finger and fighting back the tears from drowning my eyes.

"Dominic, I sent everyone home. I know you do not feel like explaining to everyone what happened. I told them you and Addison are wanting your privacy and I thanked them for coming," Darlene says as she places her hand on my shoulder.

"Thank you, Darlene."

"Dom, Addison still has a pulse. We need to move now and get her to the hospital. She's lost a lot of blood. Darlene, go out in the back and tell my driver Paul to get the limo near the guest house. We will take her out that way," Thorn says. I quickly make my way nest to Addison and grab her hand with her wedding rings, I lean down and kiss them. 

"I know this isn't in your contract, but I order you to live, Addison. You are not allowed to leave me. I know you don't believe I love you considering we haven't known each other that long at all, but I didn't need a lot of time to see you were meant to come into my life and make it better. I guess that saying is true, love at first fight. Saying those three words doesn't come easy for me. I have lost so much, and I swore nobody else would have my love, but you do, Addison. I love you more than I wanted to. You have my heart," I whisper as I kiss her soft hand.

"Dom, we have to take her now before she loses more blood."

"I know, Max. Ok, let's go. Darlene, I need you to stay with my security guards and make sure you send some of them to the hospital. I do not want them detected."

"Ok, but I was going to go make sure Roxanna is guarded and doesn't escape, Dominic," she says. I stop and look back at her.

"Darlene, you know damn well my men will never allow her to escape. Please do as I have asked," I say with a glare in my eyes. She swallows and nods her head in agreement.

"Keep me updated, Dominic."

"I will, Darlene." 

After placing Addison in the back of the limo, we speed towards the hospital where they are on standby. Once we arrive, we rush her into a private room in the basement. Dr. Levi Jones proceeds to cut her wedding dress and looks back at me with a smile, I look down at Addison and watch her eye open and a smile forming across her face. She looks over at me and whispers I love you. I rush over to her and place my hand on her head. 

"I love you too, Addison. I'm so sorry you got drug into this."

"I'm not, Dominic. For better or for worse, remember?"

"Yes, I do remember."

"Dom, are you ever going to kiss me?" Her soft voice asks me. I lower myself down next to her.

"Yes, Addison. Right now," I whisper as I press my lips firmly on hers and our tongues soon begin to dance around each other. 

"Addison, are you sure you're up for this?" I ask and she leans up and I help her take off the bulletproof vest. 

"Dom, I knew what I was signing up for. I am following through our plan. I promised you I will standby you and help you bring down your enemies, and that includes your evil sister. Roxanna was telling the truth all along. Granted, I'm not thrilled she's in love with you, but she is truly the innocent one in this."

"I know. I have to admit, I didn't see that coming. What I do see is me making every person involved in this paying dearly. All of them are about to be reminded who the hell I am, and they are also going to realize what a fatal mistake they all made."

"Dom, she's you sister."

"Yes, Addison, she is. And you are my wife. She betrayed me and you have been loyal to me. There is no coming back from what she chose to do to me."

"What are you going to do now, Dom?" She asks me and I gently place both of my hands firmly on her neck and press my forehead against hers. 

"Addison, I have to ask you again. Are you sure you want to do this?"

"I am absolutely sure, Dom. I'm making the choice to standby my husband and help you bring down those who are trying to destroy you and what we have together."

"I don't deserve your loyalty or your love, but I am grateful to have them. Ok, let's do this."

"Everyone involved, is about to regret putting themselves on my husband's bad side," she whispers. I press my lips on hers and kiss her once again.

"Ok, our next step is making them believe you're dead, Addison. This is the only way we can pull this off." 

"I know, Dom. I guess you will be planning my funeral soon."

"Yes. The thought of having to see you lying in a coffin is enough to make me want to-


"Shh. Don't go there, Dominic. You know I'm alive and this is a set up. We are laying a trap for all of them."

"I know, Addison. And this includes my lying bitch ex-wife."

"I'm so sorry, Dom."

"Don't you dare apologize for the choices other people made. This was all to take my power and my position in this God forsaken business. I just pray we're able to find my son after this is over."

"We won't stop until we find him, Dom."

"I love you Addison."

"I love you too, Dom."

"I guess I need to put on one hell of a performance. They all have to believe I'm so lost in my grief over losing you, they will make a mistake. Addison, I know you say you understand the type of business I'm in. This is going to get very ugly. People don't get to live in my world when they make the choice to betray me and especially when they go after the people I love."

"I  know, Dominic. I love you enough to accept the ugly side of your life."

"Addison, it's showtime. You're now dead."

"Ok. You watch your back, Dom. Do not lower your guard for a second when it comes to your she-devil sister."

"Oh, believe me, my sister will be begging me for mercy."

"Good. I want you to make that bitch suffer."

"I promise you, Addison, Darlene will suffer immensely."
