In the city of Japan, Kyoto, people were living their lives, on their way to work, school, or home if they got nothing else to do with their lives. In the buildings, Himeno and the others took (YN) with them to the public safety building to go and meet their boss, Makima. They walked down the hallway and to arrive to her office...

Himeno: Alright, we're here.

Denji: Nice! I'm coming with-

Aki: No the hell you're not.

Denji: What?! And who the fuck says so?! I have to make sure to tell Ms.Makima the job was done!

Power: Hehe! I like when the two of you fight.

Himeno: Calm down you two, I'll take care of it, besides, I'm the one that wanted to have (YN) to join us in the first place. Surely she'll understand...she better *fucking bitch*.

As Himeno was about to about the door to enter Makima's office, she then turns to (YN) and notices him standing there, and gave this unsure serious look...

Himeno: Hey, what's the matter?

(YN): Nothing...well, it's this Makima person you guys are talking about...something tells me she's...not like the other humans.

Himeno: ..Why say that?

(YN): I smell her scent from here, and from what I smell from her...it's really not good.

Denji: Wait you can smell her?!? ...how her mouth-

Aki: Quiet!

Denji: Hmph!

(YN): Of course, I'm a bear devil, bears can smell anything from far, close, better than any.

Himeno: Ahh, interesting...but look don't worry okay? Just follow my lead *He's not wrong though, Makima can be a different person than us...and the fact he can smell her scent knwinf he's the bear devil, that's why.*

With that said, Himeno open the door as she and (YN) walked into Makima's office and to close the door behind...as they were in the office, they notice she wasn't in her desk...

Himeno: Is she..even here?

(YN): ..She is.

Himeno: But where-

Makima: Hello there.

Himeno startled and she quickly turns around and (YN) to slowly turn around with no reaction at all, and to spot Makima with her arms behind and with a creepy smile...

Himeno: Makima.

Makima: Himeno.

Makima then has her attention to (YN)...

Makima: Oh? Who do we have here?

Himeno: Oh, right. This here is (YN).

(YN): Yo.

Makima: ...I'm confused here. I specifically order you and the rest to go after the bear devil, not find-

Himeno: Actually, that's the thing...he's the bear devil.

Makima: Oh?

Himeno: Yea, and yes you did asked us to take the bear devil out for good, which is him of course, but...something about him makes me feel that he can be useful in our public safety department.

Makima: ..Is that so?

Himeno: Yeah, from what I see when we fought, he has skills, and didn't mean no harm to us when we told him what we really are.

Makima began starring at (YN), as (YN) didn't like the way she was starting at him so he looks away with a bothered look...and Makima just smiles...and says..

Makima: Tell me, Himeno, how much trust do you have for him?

Himeno: Well, from what I see so far, I don't think he's not a bad person after all, despite the fact he almost tried to get rid of us, but he had a reason to kill those other normal hunters that have been killed by him...the bear devil is actual (YN)'s heart, if that sounds familiar to you?

Makima: So the bear devil turn into his heart? ...Very interesting. Himeno, why don't you wait outside while me and your friend of yours have a little chat?

Himeno: O-Oh, Uh-

Makima: Please? That'll be nice of you.

Himeno: ...Sure, of course.

Himeno turns and places her hand onto (YN)'s shoulder and whispers at his ear...

Himeno: Don't worry, just stay cool.

(YN) slightly nods as Himeno walks away and to exit Makima's office as (YN) watches her leave...and as he turns back to Makima, she was then up close to his face, which kinda startled him, and Makima just kept smiling...

Makima: So, you're the bear devil?

(YN): ...Yeah.

Makima: I see.

With her arms behind her back, she slowly walks around (YN), observing his body, and as she stop and stood up front, she began touching his skin body, from his gut to chest, his neck, shoulder and arms...

Makima: You're skin's so warm, very Interesting.

She slowly then goes for (YN)'s lip, and to slowly open then and she sees his fangs sharp and pointy...

Makima: Those fangs of yours...they can easily chop a human's neck off.

Makima again looks directly into (YN)'s eyes, and she can see that (YN) didn't felt shy nor nothing, he just kept glaring at her...Makima slowly tries reaching for his cheek, but (YN) quickly stops her and grabs her hand..

Makima: Oh my, no need to be so rough, (YN).

(YN): You can stop touching me...it's annoying.

Makima: Hmm, if you insist.

(YN) let's go of her hand as Makima approaches to her desk and to sit on top on her desk...

Makima: So, Himeno "recruited" you to be part of the public safety department and become a devil hunter, is that right?

(YN):  Tch, You stupid or something? She just told you that earlier.

Makima: Hm, I'll take that as a yes then..Well, if you're gonna be working with us, I have no problem, I could use more pets like you to work for me.

(YN): Pets? Is that what you call your partners? Even to Himeno?

Makima: Why, yes...Is that a problem?

(YN): ...Honestly no, and I don't care. You may be the boss of this, but just letting you...just from smelling your scent right now from here...it's full of shit, which means YOU, are full of shit.

Makima stood quiet after what (YN) called her...and all she can do...is smile at him, taking it as a compliment and responds...

Makima: I like you. Good thing Himeno has recruited you to join us.

(YN): ...

Then, Himeno enters the office again knocking on the door...

Himeno: Sorry to interrupt, but is everything okay?

Makima: Why yes. I'm impress you have found someone like (YN) that can be useful in our work, good job.

Himeno: O-Oh. Thanks.

Makima: Mm, well in that case, Himeno, I expect you to keep and eye on your partner that he does a good job.

Himeno: I'll definitely make sure of that.

Makima: Good, you two may leave, I got work to do.

Himeno: Alright, come on (YN).

(YN): Sure.

(YN) follows Himeno behind, and as Himeno exits the office first and (YN) as well, he then hears...

Makima: Good luck (YN), and welcome.

He gives a side eye to Makima, and can see her smiling again at him, and all he can do is scoff at her and exit the office with Makima....

A while later, Himeno (YN) Aki Denj and Power were standing outside of the headquarters building...

Aki: So, did things turn out okay?

Himeno: Yeah, (YN)?

(YN): ...It's whatever.

Himeno: Hmm, didn't get along with her Huh? Heh, don't worry, I don't get along with her either.

(YN): Good to thing.

Denji: Just a heads up (YN), Makima is mine! So I don't want any hickies on her neck!

(YN): ...Wha?

Aki: *sighs* Don't listen to him, he's an idiot.

Denji: I mean it!

Aki: Anyways, suns about to set out any minute, we should call it a day.

Denji: Yeah, getting sleepy too.

Power: Agreed! I also need to check up on meowy!

Aki: Let's head home. Himeno, are you planning to head home too?

Himeno: Yea-

Suddenly, they heard (YN)'s stomach growl, which means that he must be hungry...

Himeno: Heh, but first I'm gonna (YN) out to eat.

Aki: So he'll be staying at your place then?

Himeno: Yup!

Aki: Thank god, two is enough for me. Anyways, take care you two, let's go idiots.

Denji: How many times are you gonna call us idiots?

Aki: As much as I want.

Power: Would you like it if we call you idiot?

Aki: I don't care.

Power: You must!

With Aki Denji and Power leaving to their home, Himeno waves at them...

Himeno: Okay then, (YN), where would you-Oh?

She turns and sees (YN) digging from the trash can...

Himeno: (YN), what are you doing?

(YN): I'm looking for food, what does it look like?

Himeno: Hehe, not from there. Come, I'll take you somewhere else where there's better food to eat.

(YN): Better food??

Himeno: Yup, come on.

Himeno grabs (YN)'s hand which made him blush a little again...as Himeno takes (YN) out for dinner.

(YN) Mind: Her hands feel...soft. Woah, wonder what'll come next.
